Before "Eckidina" finished, Katarina roared and used the box to punch the dummy, instantly bringing it down. Both Sister Mary Eunice and Asuha looked at this with their jaws open.
Sister Mary Eunice: Not as what I expected, but still is good enough. Try... opening the box, my child.
Katarina opened the box and she saw a red spear with shining red aura. She began to swing it with awe.
Sister Mary Eunice: That's the Spear of Virtue, an ally and instrument for justice, vanquishing evil demons for generations. "She" thirsts for blood. "She" also has a "twin brother" which was lost for centuries, but I will find it for you.
Asuha: (whispered to Sister Mary Eunice) Generations? You told me that spear was made yesterday, Sister.
Sister Mary Eunice: (whispered to Asuha) I know, but it does not matter. The real spear - which I referred as a so-called "twin brother" - had disappeared, and I needed to make a fake one. Don't worry, Asuha. Our replica is still tough enough and is enhanced with some kind of ancient magic. This is a key thing to make Katarina accept her new appearance and destiny. I will find the real one so that she can have two spears to fight against the demon. We are facing danger and what we need is... to believe in ourselves.
Katarina: (put the spear back to the box) Thank you, Sister. This is a beautiful spear.
(door knocked)
Sister Mary Eunice: Oh, sounds like Sheriff Corbin is back. I'll tell him about you, and I assure you that he will be really glad to see you people.
Sister Mary Eunice stood up and went to greet Corbin. Just then, Katarina had noticed a young woman standing near the window not far away. She is Jenny Mills. She had an upset mood on her face. Katarina did not know that Jenny was fighting a sound in her head which was there to influence her.
Ancitif: (in Jenny's mind) Must kill. You will kill her. You will kill Abbie.
Sister Mary Eunice: (off-screen) Oh, my! Corbin, what happened!?
Jenny, Asuha and Katarina were all startled and they rushed to the front door to see Corbin collapsed in Sister Mary Eunice's arm. La Folia is beside them. He had bruises all over his face.
Sister Mary Eunice: Corbin! What happened!? Who did this to you?
Corbin: It's Atticus Nevins... He's back....
Corbin then passed out.
Sister Mary Eunice: Corbin! Corbin! Oh, God... someone call an ambulance!
La Folia quickly reached for the phone and started to dial the number of the hospital according to a telephone number notebook. However, she heard something she did not expected to hear.
La Folia: Hello, this is...
Unknown: (message) [How was your trip, La Folia? Don't worry about your world, my dear, since everything is in my control now. You people will see your world upside down and blame yourselves for not arriving in time to save it. Give my best to Katarina, hehehe...]
Hearing this, La Folia could not speak a word and was in blind astonishment. It stopped when the real hospital nurse asked her a question.
Nurse: (on phone) Where are you, miss? The signal was cut off. What is the problem?
La Folia: (awakened from her shock) Oh, yes, um, someone is injured.
Inside his lair of Purgatory, Moloch was preparing his first step to summon the Horseman of Death back to life.His eyes merely stared at four white trees.
Moloch: First comes the lightning, second comes the blood, third comes the sorrow and fourth comes the end...
Moloch was chanting his spell in Porcatino Grove when he had discovered something strange. The strange thing had interfered his summoning. It was a sudden turbulence. Roaring fiercely, Moloch appeared to be alarmed and then he summoned a portal. Through the portal, he saw Katarina interfering his plan, and he was angry and dismayed.
Moloch: We have a new problem. There is someone from another timeline, interfering my plan.
Suddenly, a cocoon started to break itself and then, a man with purple armor had appeared, with his eyes blurry, cold, vacant and dark. It was Hypnos who had turned into a killing machine of Moloch. Then, a voice appeared behind Moloch.
Unknown: Don't worry, Lord Moloch. That lovely creature shall not last long, and since you had called me, I finished my job quickly.
Moloch: I am working with you, not for you. You should know how to respect me.
Unknown: Lord Moloch, I always respect you, and it even became some sort of admiration. My admiration for you is so strong that it is like a flowing river that flow for eternity! It is also like Yellow River when it flooded fiercely and cannot be...
Moloch: (interrupting him) Stop those flattering words. Tell me, how can you deal with her? She reminds me of Katrina Crane.
Unknown: Easy, my Lord, we will summon Serilda of Abaddon back to her life. She is one of the best choice to take the girl down.
Even so, Moloch managed to retrieve the pendant worn by Serilda, which will grant its owner demonic power and mutation if it was tainted by its owner's blood. At some point, Moloch gave the pendant to the Unknown Figure after they made their deal.
Unknown: Well, I am less magnificent than you, since I failed to make Tarleton execute Ichabod before he met Katrina even if I warned two of his Hessian soldier I know. The true evil Peter Pan had no idea that he was impersonated, but it does not matter. He's dead now, by the hand of his horrible son, Rumpelstiltskin. Never mind, please let me take a look at him.
The Unknown Figure then smilingly looked at Hypnos who did not recognized him.
Unknown: Hello, Hypnos, perhaps you don't remember me, but I know you. Let us shake some old memory... from Neverland.
Then, the Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure turned to his disguise as the evil Peter Pan, which made some memories of Hypnos return, and Hypnos shivered angrily, nearly driving him to jump up and attack "Pan".
Hypnos: It is you!
Unknown (as Pan): Yeah, what are you trying to do? Cane me?
Moloch: Silence!
Hypnos: (calmed down) ......
Unknown: Trust me, Lord Moloch, I will deal with the red haired girl, but at first, let Nevins do everything for us. He will be a shield to hide our real action. I give you my solemn words. When the blood moon rises, the Horseman of Death will be back from his grave, Ichabod Crane will walk into my... I mean, our trap step by step, and August Corbin WILL DIE!!! HAHAHAHAHA!!!
A horrible laughter had now filled all of Purgatory...
All of a sudden, something noble within Sonia started to awaken as she seeing the map... and she couldn't help herself from admitting it. Her humanity is not gone completely even if she chose to join Ultimate Despair by herself.
Sonia: It means to dismantle and mutilate the cities of our kingdom and thousands Novosic citizens will be homeless... Oh, my, what am I talking about?
Unknown: I can see you struggling. Despair is flowing inside you, Sonia, and you joined this war by free will and just want to see anyone on Earth crying in despair and pain... in the very same style of Junko Enoshima herself. To tell the truth, I was hiding among the place that you committed murders, but you did not see me... and I did not stop you because I like your work. I will not call the police and I... suppose... that I won't be a copycat.
Sonia: (interrupted him) Mister, I think I am not interested in your "magnificent" plan. You can persuade Eckidina, but you cannot persuade me to join your plan. It will harm my own goods. Now, please go home. Someone send him home. We have work to do.
(paused)
Unknown: I can see you focusing more on attacking the Chronos Empire in China than joining my plan... but I think if you refuse, you know what will happen to your little detective friend.
Hearing this, Sonia dropped her china tea cup on the ground and it smashed into pieces. She lowered her head and her eyes returned back to green and filled with bitterness. The Unknown Figure looked at it with a false compassion.
Unknown: How fragile you are. You and the cup, you both are.
Sonia: You... stay away from her. Only I have the right to kill her and I will not do that. No one can harm her, including you! Stay away from... Kirigiri Kyouko!
Unknown:Kirigiri Kyouko? Who said anything about her? (paused) I did. (evil chuckles) Princess, I want to ask you a tricky question. Do you know the difference between that Santa Clause and me? Yes, he only comes once a year.
Sonia: What do you mean? Christmas is only for two months.
Unknown: That is the outcome when you let Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer organize your calendar. However, I am organizing a fine Christmas real-life show. I love to watch the "rehearsal" and I'm almost addicted to it. Volia!
The Unknown Figure clapped his hand and then the screens then changed. Sonia and her minions were shocked to find two old couples tied in color lights decorated on a Christmas tree and screaming in terror. The Unknown Figure smiled in his own twisted way.
Old couples: (on screen) We don't know anything... Princess Sonia, please spare us... We are...
KnightWalker soldier: Shut up! (punched the old couples)
Sonia: Oh, my...
Unknown: Those are Kyouko's parents. I found them in Tenguu City and caught them in... the name of yours. I apologize if I did not ask for your permission, but if I did... you must say no. However, I think if I done it, you will change your mind.
Sonia: Well, I haven't. What is the meaning of this? Did Kyouko know this?
Unknown: To my knowledge, so far, she has no idea. However, she will, and what will Kyouko think if she had heard the rumors that "you" are responsible for this?
Sonia: I... No, it's crazy. You... will pay for this!
Sonia grabbed a knife and started to attack the Unknown Figure, but the latter stared at her and eventually Sonia's body could not do what she had say. She floated on the air and bumping the walls.
Sonia: MAKE IT STOP! MAKE IT STOP!!!
Unknown: You're either with me, or you are against me... and if you are against me, even God could not help you, Sonia.
Sonia: Please... I'm with you...
The Unknown Figure smiled and made Sonia landed safely on the ground. He smiled wickedly when he saw his evil ruse succeeded.
The two old couples are in fact not Kyouko's parents. Kyouko's parents died two years ago in a car accident. They are only two old innocent people that the Unknown Figure captured to force Sonia to agree his evil plan to assassinate papal candidates. He also ordered a KnightWalker to guard him. Whenever they were about to tell the truth, the guard punched them fiercely.
Four days after the attack caused by Junko, in front of the City Hall of Rome, Michael Langdon was rewarded by the Catholic Church and the Roman government for his actions of attacking Junko Enoshima last night and saved many from certain danger.
Acqua of the Right: (to Michael Langdon) For your act of courage in the face of overwhelming uncertainty, the Roman Catholic Church would like to give you this token of appreciation; the Medal of Valor and Bravery.
Citizens of Rome applauded as Michael accepted his award with a smile. Michael then coughed a bit and went to the microphone on the stage. Then, he prepared gave his speech to the crowd. Suddenly, a journalist in the crowd raised her hand.
Journalist: Bishop Langdon.
Michael: Uh, please—just call me Michael.
Journalist: Michael, for Pete's sake, why aren't you running for the Pope officially? So many people regarded you as the third candidate for papacy.
With a smile, Michael was about to answer, but then he suddenly noticed a truck coming towards the road in a great speed, hitting passerby's as well. The car had a mark of the KnightWalker Family on it. On the truck, there was also a person (in fact Mukuro Ikusaba in her army uniform) holding a rifle and pointing it to Michael and his supporters.
Mukuro: (yelling) Bishop Langdon, the Ultimate Soldier sends her regards! This is for Junko!
Hearing this, Michael was horrified and shouted out.
Michael: Get down!!!
Hearing the gunfire, the people all got down as Michael said. Mukuro began shooting at Michael and people beside him, but the bullets failed to shoot Michael because Michael had already got down, saving himself from certain demise. The truck soon left and Mukuro stopped shooting. People were all frightened by what had happened.
After a long time of silence, Michael had an angry mood on his face. His green eyes were glowing in rage. People all calmed down when looked at him.
Michael: Do you know? Romans don't buckle under strong pressure, and neither will I. We have seen this savage attack already. This is utterly an act of terrorism, a revenge from KnightWalkers for me foiling their plan last night, but I am not afraid of them at all. We will not be intimidated by the scum... that seek to reduce this great city of Rome to ruins.
Many people nod in agreement while Michael was giving his speech, and Kirigi Kyouko among the crowd was also surprised by Michael's confidence, selflessness and sheer calmness. She looked at Michael with her eyes widened, waiting to see his attitude.
Michael: To be honest, recently, I went back to New Orleans for two days since I don't know if a killer can become a Pope and I need to atone since I killed someone anyway. However, after knowing Junko had turned out to be alive and Katarina and her friends had disappeared, I went back immediately and helped the Church in searching Katarina and pursuing Junko. I did not declare my candidacy officially since I was trying to be modest these days, and I think I can find Katarina and her friends before the vote officially begins. However, after this day, I changed my mind. Those wicked KnightWalkers are forcing my hands! If the bad guys want to stop me running, if they want to force my hands, well, then I guess I got no choice...
(paused)
Michael: I will run for the Pope.
Nagito: What do you mean? You said...
Unknown: I said spare one only, but now Pietro Yogdis and Michael Langdon are both there, and you only killed one Reynolds. Now, perhaps people had already known Ultimate Despair is interrupting papal election, and soon, people will try to hunt us. The plan is changed. Sonia: Arzonia brothers?! Those former Mafusa Gang members?

Mukuro: (dissatisfied) Yeah, they are, and arson and bombing are their hobby. I don't mean that they are boring for me, but to be honest, they are truly annoying and utterly lousy! Why them? Those troublemakers will make our plan leaked!
Unknown: Silence! Our plan won't be leaked at all, as I... as we will never take the blame. People will all think of this: Some sort of mean and devilish arsonists, coming from Aki and Tomoo's minions, were making fun when burning and bombing several properties... connected to the Church and many other cooperation's support those freakish candidates. We will pull the assassination indefinitely until the best time comes. You are now in my command and you all should do what I say.
Mukuro: But Junko...
Unknown: Junko agreed with me, so you people must do it, or you will still be mine like now, body and soul.
All of a sudden, some people within Ultimate Despair looked at each other worried. Sonia had a frown on her face and started worrying about Kyouko's "parents" even more, and many people were looking each other in utter tense. The Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure bitterly chuckled a bit, and he turned to Hajime and stepped on the latter's back.
Unknown: By the way, I just want to know... whether our Ultimate Hope... has something to say. Tell me, Hajimu. When will people bow to me?
Hajime: People will never bow to you. All of those candidates overpowered you. Michael Langdon had gave us hope, Pietro Yogdis had gave us his wisdom, and Augustin Reynolds had gave us his caring, but you had gave us none of them, only despair and pain. You are such a rotten and corrupt KnightWalker scum, and I dearly hope you burn in hell! I know Ultimate Despair was formed because people like you and Junko drove them into this hopeless and faithless pit. Most of them still had something important just inside them, and that is called conscience. Inside, they have never ever give up hope. They're just--
Hearing this, many Ultimate Despair, including Sonia, started to shake. Sonia even felt hurt inside her head. However, the Unknown Figure interrupted Hajime before he could finish, breaking the possible chance of changing heart within those Ultimate Despair members.
Unknown: Silence with that hope stuff. Look into my eyes and tell me you are dead wrong. No one have any conscience here.
Hajime: I am not dead wrong. I also see through your true goal, monster. You are working with Ultimate Despair and KnightWalker Family, but I can see your ultimate goal is benefiting yourself.
Unknown: You lie, Hajimu.
Hajimu: I know this is only your disguise. Now, I want you to take it off to me and show your face. Then, you need to tell me your real name. I want to remember your face and your true name, so that I can one day kill you with my gun and call you your name.
The Unknown Figure stepped back a bit and removed his foot from Hajime's back. Hajimu turned back to face him, but he could hardly stood up.
Unknown: Well, well, well, you really want to see my face? You really want to know who I am?
Hajime: SHOW IT, COWARD!
Unknown: Fine, but after that, you will know what you called hope is just so-so.
The Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure then slowly unmasked himself. Sonia did not see Unknown Figure's face since she was behind his back, but she noticed that Hajime's face turned from surprise to confusion, and eventually to utter shock. That made her feel uncanny.
Sonia: (thinking) What is happening?
Hajime: YOU!? Impossible!
The Unknown Figure slowly masked himself once again. Hajime shivered in horror and felt his head hurt.
Unknown: Nothing is impossible... except for hope. Now, as you see, hope is just a lie for some false brightness, just an abandoned piece of light inside the Box of Pandora. Only hopelessness is the real thing. Now, fell into my... faithless pit... made for you. Faithless is so similar to Despair.
Hajime: (start changing) No... no... what is happening to me!
Unknown: Excellent. The Ultimate Hope is no more. Be one with the Ultimate Despair!
Hajime: Be one with Ultimate Despair... Ultimate Despair...
Unknown: Yes, let the despair flow within your veins! Embrace it and never hold it back!
Hajime: Never... hold it back...
To everyone's horror, Hajime had changed. His hair turned longer and his eyes turned into fiery red, just like many other members of Ultimate Despair, and then he stood up, with his eyes cold and vacant. The Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure smiled in satisfaction while Junko looking at a despaired Hajime in awe.
Unknown: Now, I have a new name for you, my son. From now on, your name is Izuru Kamukura. I know this is your name, Hajime Hinata's alter-ego. Obey our good Despair or be crushed by it.
Izuru: I will obey Despair, master.
Unknown: Good boy.
While finishing a plate of delicious curry, Junko watched Hajime's transformation into Izuru, and she gleefully smiled.
Junko: Oh, wow, you managed to corrupt the so-called Ultimate Hope... and I've been trying to do this for days but I never succeeded.
Unknown: (spitefully) What do you think, Junko?
Junko: Jeez, I'm impressed.
Unknown: Now, it is time for my next move. "Moloch wir auferstehen"... Well, I hope none of you can understand this, but nah, hope is useless after all. Come with me, Junko and Mukuro. I think you should go to see Eckidina about our next move, and I need to stay in Rome and do some of my own... personal stuff. Come with her if you want to, Izuru, my magnum opus. HAHAHAHAHA!!!
With a horrid laugh, the Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure, Mukuro and Junko left the Novosic palace. After ten seconds, Izuru went out silently with them as well, and Sonia started to shake in fear. Nagito noticed something was wrong on Sonia's face and was confused.
Sonia: No, no, it can't be... It can never be... "It" can never rise...
Nagito: What's wrong, Sonia?
Soda: What did that strange man say?
Sonia: It's German. "Moloch wir auferstehen"... It means "Moloch shall rise again."
Kristoff and Sven, his reindeer, were collecting ice in the mountains. After some working, they took a rest beside the lake. Kristoff watched the sun as it fell. He knew he's going to return back to castle or the Queen was going to be mad at him. Now, he is Princess Anna's husband, after all.
Suddenly, a splash of water was heard and Kristoff turned back.
Kristoff: What is that? Stay here, Sven. If you see me in danger, then help me out.
Sven heeded Kristoff's advice. Then, Kristoff went near the lake to see what is going on, but he failed to see anything... until a green claw, with six fingers, grabbed his neck at its grasp behind him. The creature proclaimed itself to be the Green Meanie and threatened Kristoff to give him Queen Elsa's crown.
Suddenly, Kristoff managed to free himself from the attack, but then he was shocked to see the Green Meanie's mask. The Green Meanie Figure then attacked Kristoff again and attempted to drag him into water, but Sven heard Kristoff scream and came to help. The reindeer attacked the creature and bumped him into the water. Kristoff stood up, but then he saw the creature sank into the water without traces. He and Sven immediately fled the scene in horror.
Revealing begins
In fact, the Green Meanie is just another disguise of the Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure, aiming the sapphire on Queen Elsa's crown. The sapphire is known as the Frozen Sapphire of Arendelle, and was made by two ice sorcerers in order to prevent Arendelle from eternal summer, and the sorcerers were the parents of Kristoff, who had no ice powers. The sapphire was decorated on the crown of Arendelle when accepted by the Arendelle king (Elsa and Anna's grandfather) at that time. but the sapphire's power had made one of the king's daughter, Ingrid, born with ice magic and became Snow Queen. It later made Elsa a Snow Queen as well.
Later, the Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure had noticed the power of the sapphire and arrived back in time to Arendelle with the help of Moloch, who he had just sworn and outright supported. The Unknown forced the sorcerers to give in the sapphire, but they refused, and the Grand Grimoire Figure managed to change Kristoff's life forever... by beheading his parents.
Kristoff had saw the man's face and remembered it, but he could do nothing but ran with Sven. Later, he was raised by some ice workers and later became friends of rock trolls. The crown with the sapphire is now on the head of Marshmallow who picked up Elsa's abandoned crown in the mountains.
Revealing ends
Failed to pursuit Kristoff, the Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure managed to transfer himself to another lake near Arendelle Castle. At this time, Queen Elsa was holding her urgent meeting. Meanwhile, the Unknown managed to cause a storm and blew every lights in the castle. Then, he walked closer to the castle and broke into it. Not long after that, he and Elsa confronted each other.
Some guards lighted the candle with the match and it brightened the room for a while. Even so, the room was still darker than usual. With the glimmering light, Elsa angrily looked around, but she could not find the creature anywhere. Then, the Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure, dressing as the Green meanie, started to make the queen surrender her crown, but she refused... and the refusal had something bad known as consequences.
Then, in a speed of arrow, the Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure grabbed a guard's neck and dragged him into darkness before killing him and escaped.
Elsa heard the guard's scream and looked at the place. Finding one of her guards disappeared, Elsa immediately created a snowball and threw it to the Unknown Figure, but he immediately escaped into darkness and killed one more guards. Other guards shot arrows to him, but he managed to avoid them all. Settling himself for a while, the Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure looked aside while hiding and soon took down two more guards in quick speed - without being caught.
Elsa: Where did he go? Did you see him?
Just as Elsa looking around in confusion, the Unknown/Green Meanie stabbed through a guard's chest with his sword. He looked down in horror as his chest was pierced with a sword. The Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure / Green Meanie was behind him. It immediately pushed the dying guard away and ran to Elsa. Elsa immediately froze him with ice magic. Seeing Elsa and Kristoff observed the ice statue with fear, the Unknown Figure inside the ice was struggling.
Kristoff: Are you sure this is going to stop him?
Elsa: I'm not sure.
At this time, the Unknown Figure managed to break himself from the ice and glared at Kristoff and Elsa, who immediately took their respective actions. After breaking himself from the ice, the Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure pulled the sword out from the guards body and chased Kristoff & Sven in an inhuman speed. At Northern Valley, they confronted each other.
Unknown (as Green Meanie): You... you will show me to the Queen.
Kristoff: And then what? You will spare me?
Unknown (as Green Meanie): Perhaps it is too good for you. At least, I can grant you a quick and painless death.
Kristoff: I'll see if you can do it!
Holding a iron stick in his hand, Kristoff start attacked the Green Meanie. They fought for many minutes until Kristoff was overpowered by the Green Meanie and was punched on the ground. Afraid of his Green Meanie persona will be unmasked, the Unknown Figure prepared to slash Kristoff, but the latter fought back and knock the sword from the creature's hand. The Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure got a shock.
Unknown: (as the Green Meanie) That... that is not... possible...
The Green Meanie raced to pick up the sword, but Kristoff chased him and knock his head. A green mask fell on the ground. Seeing the mask, Kristoff paused for a while, but then he raised his stick to attack the Green Meanie. Just then, the Green Meanie turned his head to Kristoff... and Kristoff was utterly shock to see his face. He immediately recognize him as the man who killed his parents.
Kristoff: You!? You're... him.
Unknown (as Green Meanie) : (grinned evilly) Yes, I am!
Seizing the chance, the Green Meanie picked up the sword and stabbed Kristoff through his chest. Kristoff looked at the man with utter shock before he collapsed on the ground weakly.
Just then, Elsa had led a group of soldiers arrived at the scene. Elsa was also shocked when she saw the Green Meanie's true face and recognized him... so shocked that she forgot what to say. The Green Meanie, or the Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure, had haunted the sisters Elsa and Anna several times in their childhood dream, threatening them for the crown. Now, Elsa realized that he was real, and now he looked at her maliciously and then grinned.
Elsa: You...
Unknown: (as Green Meanie) Finally, the queen is here. Surrender your crown... and let me show you the 1,000 ways for you to die.
Elsa: (calmed down and prepared her ice magic) I know 1,001 ways for you.
The Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure grabbed his Green Meanie mask from the ground and put it on while running away, but he stepped on the ice Elsa shot at his feet. The Unknown Figure slipped from the frozen ground and fell from the cliff. However, he managed to survive the ordeal. The Green Meanie then stood up and went hiding. She then wasted no time to take care of a dying Kristoff.After Anna arrived there, Elsa whispered the real identity of the Green Meanie to Anna.

Returning back to her castle with a heavy heart, Elsa suddenly felt something strange on her spine, just like someone was observing her from another place far away behind her. She stopped for a while. However, she then went on her way, thinking whether she was too paranoid.
At this time, far away on the snow mountain, a hiding Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure in his Green Meanie outfit, watched in anger and hatred to Arendelle Castle before he turned his back on the castle and fled immediately, leaving an altered timeline of Arendelle behind...

At this time, a storm was coming and thunders were booming on the sky. The Ultimate Despair members (again) start quarreling against each other and Sonia, after finishing reading the part of Paradise Lost about Moloch, felt annoyed with those arguing, so she fired a shot at the ceiling to stop the quarreling, just as what Junko had done before. There were now two holes on the ceiling.
Nagito: (thinking) *Oh, my, we're gonna do a tough job fixing it...*
Sonia: NOT AGAIN! Ladies, gentlemen and others! Let us discuss this kind of things in a little more civilized attitude next time, all right?
Sonia put her gun back to her pocked and walked to her seat, sitting down. Now, Sonia was becoming more and more paranoid after all these days.
Sonia: So... not one of you know who orchestrated and/or executed the assassination against the retired Pope Matthai Reese, even if that person is staring us now in the face?! I find that hard to believe. I mean, those Church militants only suspect was once La Folia Rihavein, for God's sake. LA FOLIA!!! Then, who here is to be trusted? Because someone knows.
Mikan: Uh... we thought it was you.
Sonia: Why would I do that? We never had it better. The Ultimate Despair gave us all of the freedom in the world and business boomed, for all of us. It's a new generation, but then that hooded maniac wants to spoil everything. Even if most of the assassination attempts were failed, the Roman public is still terrified, business is in the can and what are we doing? Fighting among ourselves? (stood up) Is this how any of us want to live? Squabbling, quarreling, running, hiding? This world belongs to us now, but people, that brings responsibilities. We need to restore confidence in our brand, if you will. We need discipline and unity, yes?
(Other members nodded.)
Sonia: There... will be no more cowardice, no more arguments, no more fighting among ourselves. From now on, if you want to kill someone, blackmail, steal or kidnap anyone, we need to discuss politely between ourselves, understand?

The Ultimate Despair all gathered their eyes on the Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure, who happened to be at the door. He applauded and cheered just like after hearing a fantastic soprano's play. Sonia was displeased, but she had to fake her smile in order to hide her true feelings.

Sonia: What are you doing here?
Unknown: I just passed by, and then I heard that you are discussing my plan, so I came to visit you and pay my respect. Before my travel to Rome tomorrow, I would like to talk to you, alone.
Kazuichi Soda: Can I please follow Sonia?
Sonia: No, please.
Soda: Why?
Sonia: Relax, Soda. (to Unknown) He has issues, well, just has a cuckoo in his head.
Soda: Don't you ever call me cuckoo in my head!
Sonia: Just hush! I'll handle this.
Unknown: If Mr. Kazuichi want to join us, well, I don't mind, but don't tell anyone about what I would say five minutes later, OK?

Unknown: Your Highness, I need to say that the legendary Ultimate Princess did quite a nice job taking down Reynolds, but your biggest mistake is let Mukuro to take down Michael and Pietro which, well, made possibilities that some people might suspecting you people from Ultimate Despair, but let it breath.
Sonia: If you don't mind, I would explain. I sent Mukuro to attack Michael and intimidate Pietro since she is good at the job, and as for killing Reynolds, I was reluctant. In addition, between you and me... (whispered so that neither Soda nor Junko could hear it) I did not use my former method and I stabbed Reynolds right into his heart, making an illusion of copycat crime, since I do not want Kyouko worried about me. I had promised to her that I will stop my killing spree. That is also the second reason to make me send others to kill Pietro. Killing Reynolds will be my FINAL murder by my own and that's it.
Unknown: Oh, I see. Even so, you did a good job, my friend. The Romans seemed terrified. Well, I'll call you from Rome when I need more help.
Hearing the Unknown Figure calling her a friend and being so polite, Sonia smiled though being reluctant to do so.
Sonia: Good luck in Rome. I'm so glad that you considered myself as a friend.
Unknown: A figure of speech, (Sonia's smile instantly disappeared) but do go on.
Sonia: I can't help feeling... Wouldn't I be so much more useful to you as a friend, as a colleague, or at least as an ally?
Unknown: As opposed to the tool you are at present? Good question. (paused) No.
Sonia: Hmm... (nervously smiled) Well, I will be a much more effective tool for you if I wasn't so worried about Kirigiri Kyouko and her "parents". Thanksgiving is coming. If you let them back to Kyouko, I would still do your bidding. Trust me, I know who's currently in charge within this mission you gave me. (sarcastically chuckled) Lord have mercy, as should a future Pope. There is really no need to rub salt in someone's wounds.
Kazuichi Soda was beside Sonia and looking at her with amusement, but Sonia secretly stepped on his left foot while still smiling at the Unknown Figure. After the brief pain, Soda frowned and nearly cried, but then he reacted as he should react to the Unknown Figure.
Soda: Ow... (to Unknown Figure) Yes, sir, we all know who's in charge now.
Unknown: What do you think, Junko?
Junko Enoshima was beside the Unknown Figure, but her eyes kept wandering. Smiling with her eyes sparkling, Junko focused more on Izuru Kamukura than Sonia. Izuru was standing beside a chest which he had just carried in the Unknown Figure's office.
Displeased by this, the Unknown Figure had to poke Junko's waist with a pencil to make her pay attention.
Junko: Sorry, I wasn't listening. I was admiring that handsome Kamukura-chan right there. You know how I admire the type of man like him.
Unknown: Leave him alone.
Izuru: (irritated) Yeah, leave me alone.
Sonia: (whispered to Izuru) Hush, you are just a mere boredom-soaked fool. (smiled to Unknown Figure) Your Answer?
Unknown: The answer is no, my friend. Off you go.
Sonia's smile fade again, and this time the word "friend" did not please her. Enraged, Sonia went silent for a while and then she stood up, turned around and left. Just then, the Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure told her something else with an wicked smile.
Unknown: Stay by the phone.
Sonia stood for a while, and then she decided to go on walking out in rage. Soda was following her from behind. While walking, Sonia's golden hair were swinging in the wind and her green eyes shined in rage. The two people soon went out from the room.
Sonia: (thinking) Huh, invite the Arzonia brothers? Well, you should not invite those disgraced jerks into our feast. Why would I always listen to you? One day, I will know who you are. Then, I will let you follow what you had promised and surrender to me after that. Every one has a weak spot, and you found mine, but one day I will find yours.
Seeing Sonia left, the Unknown Figure looked at Junko in pure dissatisfaction, and Junko smiling walked to the door and stopped in front of there.
Unknown: Would you please not freak out our helpers? I have a papal campaign to run. I need to know if you're gonna handle this part of the business.
Junko: I get bored.
Unknown: (to Junko) I hate it when you say that. You have plenty to do. (to Izuru) Izuru, please open that box. (to Junko) You can still have the people of Rome, Vatican and Novosic Kingdom, even all of Europe to play with...
Izuru opened the chest and revealed Bishop Biagio Busoni inside the box, trembling and shivering in fear. As the bishop climbed out from the box, Junko was still complaining to the Unknown Figure.
Junko: I've been in Europe for nearly a week. Even for the Vatican, it's getting truly old fast.
Unknown: Then you can have Ibuki to hang out with...
Junko: Ibuki is fantastic, but she pays interest in training her music more, and she is rather noisy.
Unknown: Those are the best parts about her.
After gaining balance, Bishop Busoni stood up, and he was surprised to see Junko and the Unknown Figure. He looked into their eyes with shock and anger.
Biagio: Junko? And who is this gentleman? What exactly is going on?
Unknown: Bishop Busoni, welcome.
Biagio: What.. what do you want from me?
Unknown: You had secretly contacted the Peace Foundation and wrote a letter in order to declare war on Eckidina KnightWalker, right? Every nasty little things this foundation has done during this war which are all against the KnightWalker Family, you know all about it.
Biagio: No, I don't.
Unknown: Yes, I know you do, and you are gonna tell us everything that you know.
(paused)
Biagio: And what if I refuse?
Unknown: Torture will be served... but that's for later. Right now, there is something of yours we need to "borrow". Junko, would you kindly?
Junko: With pleasure. Left or right?
Unknown: Either one.
With a psychopathic smile, Junko walked towards the Bishop... and showed him a blade. A second later, the Unknown Figure calmly smiled while watching Bishop Busoni screamed in pain and fear.
Biagio: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Next day in Rome, Italy[]
A beautiful and young woman, with blond hair and dressed in a vermilion dress, was struggling in the water and screamed in terror. In fact, it was not an accident.
A green and scaly creature was behind the young woman and attempted to drown her. She screamed and struggled in sheer terror, but her efforts was utterly futile. That creature was the Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure, but now he is under his disguise... of the Green Meanie.
Woman: AH! AHHHHH! I HAVE TO GET BACK TO MY SORORITY! AGGRRRHHHHHHHHHH!
Unknown: (as Green Meanie) You... have nowhere to go...
Those words had become her last words and then she was drowned. The monster grabbed her head and plunged it into the water. This occurred near Italy, 2036, just two days after the assassination attempt against the pope candidates.
In following days, thirteen women were drowned, and the Italian press had not know who or what had drowned them. All of them required gold necklaces according to their friends, but their gold necklace were all gone after their death as well. Suspecting KnightWalkers for these crimes, Roman Catholic Church had to take several secret actions to hit them.
One of the actions arranged by Roman Catholic Church allied with the police of Sicily. They were attacking a place where someone saw the drowner, who wore a bizarre green costume, had entered this place fully wet. In fact, the Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure did enter the place, but he soon left. This place was secret "laundry" of Novosic Kingdom where they transfer the money came from racketeering, blackmailing, corruption from KnightWalker supporters all over the continent and selling armory to the battlefield in Eastern Asia.
In an attempt to find Sonia, Kirigiri Kyouko joined the action as well.
As the Novosic agents were counting money, Acqua, Vento, Kyouko and Lidvia snuck into the place with their strike force. As a KnightWalker agent was sleeping, Acuqa pointed the Great Sword Ascalon to his neck, making the agent awoke and frightened. Seeing the bizarre blue light beside him and feeling the cold feeling coming from the point of blade, the man froze in fear. Behind Aquca and Vento who enters later, there comes Kyouko, Lidvia and several police officers. Acqua then left to make two police officers overpowered and arrested the KnightWalker agent.
KnightWalker: You cannot do this! I have rights!
Officers: Yeah, you have rights to remain silent.
Vento: Anybody who does not want to get shot, raise your hand!!!
Several criminals raised their hands to surrender. The police and holy knights soon surrounded the place and kept those criminals secured. Just then, a KnightWalker agent arrived with a bazooka on his shoulder.
Lidvia: GET DOWN!!!
The man fired the bazooka to police and Church militant, but they successfully dodged the rocket.
Lidvia: (spell in Latin) Croce di Pietro!!!
Croce di Pietro (lit. "Apostle's Cross")
Activating one of the Ten Holy Artifacts, Lidvia pierced the man's thigh, defeating him. Feeling unexpected to see a bazooka, Kyouko looked at Lidvia with utter surprise.
Kyouko: A damn bazooka?!
Lidvia: (jokingly) Welcome to Sicily, detective.
The police then gathered the money they found while searching, but they could only find a green costume other than piles of money, not the mysterious drowner. Even so, this action proved to be an unexpected success.
Vento: (jokingly) This will fit my year's salary.
Kyouko: Don't get any ideas about that cash, my friend. Just bag it up.
Acqua: Don't worry, detective. Ideas are not her strong suit.
Holy knight 1: (to Acqua) I did some rough calculations, sir. Somewhere around two millions euros here.
Acqua: Very nice. Even if we did not find the culprit, we still find ourselves in a successful strike. It's a strong body blow to Sonia Nevermind. (to Vento) She'll feel it.
Vento nodded in agreement. Just then, another Holy Knight named Parcifal arrived and reported something.
Parcifal: (to Acqua) Sir, the workers here tells us that those amounts of money is for bribing some Catholic officers to vote for a KnightWalker secret agent as the future Pope, and they want pants since they claimed to feel cold when wearing shorts while standing outside.
Acqua: First, we don't allow bribery in the Church. Simony is a huge crime. Second, give them to read rights. It doesn't say anything about pants... but wait, tell them that whoever gives up where they got that freakish bazooka gets the pants. The rest can even go naked, for all I care.
Kyouko: Acqua, a word with you if I may?
Acqua: (walked to Kyouko) Of course.
Kyouko: I heard there's a place in Madrid, Spain, which called the Merc Market in English. It sells most of the heavy weapons in Europe to every kinds of people, whether they are the puppets from KnightWalker Alliance or not. They haven't been hit, because it's said that they pay off half the city council of Madrid.
Acqua: The Merc Market, huh? That city council can do nothing blocking us from that place. We will go back to Rome for supply now, and we will go to Madrid in order to hit that place tomorrow. Parcifal, belay that order. No prisoners wear pants.
Eckidina's mansion, Tenguu City[]
Three days later, Eckidina hummed a song while reading newspapers. She was now acknowledged of this serial drowning. Suddenly, the door opened and the Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure appeared again, this time he was wet from top to bottom.
Eckidina was not pleased but she dared not speak ill to him.
Eckidina: What happened?
Unknown: It was... um, raining outside, all the way I got here from Rome and I forgot to take my umbrella. Well, how was the Traveler's Spell? Had it worked?
Eckidina: Yeah, I worked on it very well. I am interested if I can use this spell to hunt Katarina down.
Unknown: As long as you master it, you can. However, if you can't... I will cut off your reward. Remember, our deal is not over, not its final step. I will destroy Katarina for you. Not just kill her. Destroy her... both body and soul. Have a nice time on your trip. It is a free one. I will change from this wet cloth and please wait for a while. Then, I'll just... head back to Rome.
Eckidina: Oh, OK. (the figure left) Wait a minute, did it rain today? Oh, whatever. Maybe it rained.
Unknown: (off-screen) By the way, did you contacted Arzonia brothers?

Three hours after the action, Kyouko had returned back to Rome and arrived at its police department after the actions in Sicily was finished, even though they did not catch the drowner. She then prepared herself for Madrid. Now, the police force will divide into two parts, one will find the green-dressed drowner, while the others will ally with police in Madrid to attack the so-called Merc Market.
Just then, Kyouko met Rentaro in the police department. She was surprised to see him since they did not meet each other ever since the Ripper Murders was over.
Kyouko: Rentaro? Why are you here?
Rentaro: I am looking for Katarina who disappeared days ago, and I heard she was last seen in Rome, so... Anyway, I am worried about her.
Kyouko: So am I. I began to think it over, whether the assassination against Matthai Reese, the theft of the Grand Grimoire, the incrimination against La Folia, the Ultimate Despair's attack against papal candidates, the missing of Katarina among others and those drowning... were connected.
As they were talking, Bishop Michael Langdon arrived at the police department, looking for Kyouko.
Rentaro: I think the KnightWalkers are responsible for this, but anyway, if I can't find Katarina in Rome, I'll return back to Tenguu City and have an utterly boring Thanksgiving without her.
Kyouko: Oh, yes, it's Thanksgiving now, and uh, Happy Thanksgiving and I wish you can find Katarina.
Rentaro: Oh, well, thanks for your blessing. (saw Michael coming) Oh, looks like our hero who managed to save Romans from Junko had arrived.
Michael: Hello, detective, it's good to see you here. Happy Thanksgiving.
Kyouko: Bishop Langdon?
Michael: I wonder if could, uh, talk along?
Kyouko: (to Michael) Aye, of course, and Happy Thanksgiving to you, too. (to Rentaro) Sorry, Rentaro, I need to leave this spot, and I hope you can find Katarina.

Rentaro left. Kyouko and Michael walked upstairs to somewhere quiet where they began their talk.
Kyouko: What can I do for you, Bishop?
Michael: Thank you for, uh, giving me some of your valuable time.
Kyouko: Oh, it's not a problem. Ever since my parents died in a car crash, I thought no one will stay with me before Thanksgiving since I was always alone, but then someone came and then she became my closest friend... She was just like light, a beam of sacred light, which made my life brightened, but later she just... "somehow" left... and the light disappeared with her. I wonder where she is now.
Michael: Yeah, me neither. I'm sorry, but I understand that. My parents both died not long after giving birth to me, and my grandmother raised me. It seems that Katarina, you and I are all orphans, but she had La Folia and you may have your friend... but I have nothing but a place of Bishop. I am a bit of envious.
Kyouko: You are going to run for the Pope, one of the mightiest men in the world, and if you succeeded, you can have many followers who would help you through many troubles.
Michael: Yeah, but I don't think they will help me out of this: That night at the charity fair, I... I just keep going through it. Junko appeared in my nightmare often, vowing for revenge.

Michael: I guess I did... I'm kind of amazed at myself. You, doing the right thing, it's what you do every day. That's why people speak so highly of you. Kyouko: Oh, endorsement? I am flattered, but, uh, I'm afraid priests and detectives don't mix. To be honest, I am not a Catholic, either.
Michael: Those both don't matter at all, since Father Brown is also a detective, too, and you know. It's maybe not for a simple P.I. but... Regardless of your career or your belief, Kyouko, you are a world-class detective, known as the Ultimate Detective. Many people from all over the world know you. Where you lead, police will follow. Kyouko: (smiled) Ha... You seem like a good man, but... I'm afraid my answer has to be "no". I don't really do endorsements.

Act 2 - Adam Frankenstein (Lands Without Color & Faerun)[]
Holding a candle, a woman dressed with white was climbing stairs of Frankenstein's tower and looking for the mad doctor. Behind her, a shadowy figure had climbed itself on the wall and somehow grabbed her pigtail. It pulled her down the stairs.
With a scream, the woman rolled down the stairs for minutes and when she fell on the ground finally, she was dead. The candle had burnt her dress and the fire swallowed her corpse.
Her name is Elizabeth.
The Spinward Rise[]
Dr. Viktor Frankenstein received well care by the Cult of Howling Hatred and thus recovered. During this time, the Prophet of Air, Aerisi Kalinoth, managed to control her breaking temper and visited Frankenstein very often. At this time, Dr. Frankenstein was offered a chance to join the Cult of Howling Hatred, but he rejected it. Aerisi was a bit of displeased, but she could do nothing but let him be.
One day, Aerisi had received a letter from a white eagle coming from the Land Without Color and she handed it to Dr. Frankenstein. Frankenstein read it and his face went pale.
"Dr. Frankenstein, Your poor and dearest wife is no more. You should feel regret with it since that is the outcome of your disastrous experiments. I am waiting you in the very tower you did those inhumane experiments, and I will tell you what I had suffered."
Aerisi: What did it say?
Dr. Frankenstein: No, it cannot be... My wife Elizabeth was murdered...
Aerisi: What? (grabbed the letter from Frankenstein)
Dr. Frankenstein: And this murderer wrote to me and wants to meet me.
Aerisi: Frankenstein, are you sure you are going there?
Dr. Frankenstein: Aerisi, I thank you for my care, but I have my own life. Now, I need to get back as soon as possible.
Aerisi: Okay, I won't bother you. However, please take care of yourself. Perhaps, this will be the last time we meet. Remember to say goodbye, perhaps our last goodbye.
Dr. Frankenstein: Goodbye, Aerisi.
Aerisi sighed as she watched Frankenstein being escorted back to the ground by a feathergale knight. Just then, a messenger arrived and spoke something to his master.
Feathergale Knight: Milady Aerisi, Lord Vizeran DeVir called you to the Temple of Elder Elemental Eye for a meeting. Other three prophets will be there, too.
Aerisi: (irritated) What is it about?
Frankenstein's Tower[]
After returning back to the Land Without Color all the way from Neverwinter Woods, dressed in his coat, a scarf and a hat, Dr. Frankenstein returned to his tower and found a burned corpse near the door.
Suspecting that the burned corpse was his wife, Frankenstein climbed upstairs with rage and disgust. He held his gun in his hand and was ready to find the murderer. He was determined that when he found the man, he will shot him dead.
However, when Dr. Frankenstein reached the top of tower, he was surprised to see a man sitting on a chair. The man was wearing a military uniform and covered his lowered head with both of his hands. The man was completely silent, speaking no words, but he seemed very sad and in pain.
Frankenstein felt uncanny at first, but then he went closer. Then, the man stood up and made Frankenstein horrified. In front of him, it was a towering man with yellow skin and scarred face. He started at Dr. Frankenstein with sheer anger, menace and sadness.
Dr. Frankenstein: Who are you!?
???: I am the man who wrote to you a letter, and I am surprised that you did not recognize me.
Dr. Frankenstein: Seriously, I don't know you. I can only figure out that you are the murderer of my beloved wife, Elizabeth!
???: She is your beloved wife, indeed, but you are not her beloved husband. Maybe you don't know or remember me, but I will never ever forget about you, Viktor. I don't even know if I should call you "father" even if just once.
Dr. Frankenstein: Your "father"? You are my "son"?
The monster simply took off his cloth and revealed all those scars on his chest. Frankenstein was shocked to see those scars, and the monster simply put on his cloth once again.
???: Who else? I should be, but you just left me inside that castle with those horrible and twisted fiends together. You named me Adam Frankenstein in your project, but you did not make me revived. Someone else did. A girl, whom I felt disgusted, wanted to use me as my puppet, and she carved those scars on my chest when I refused. However, seizing a chance when that girl teleported herself and some of her creations back to her own realm, I found this old uniform your father wore and escaped this hellish place.
Dr. Frankenstein: Adam? Is that your name?
Adam Frankenstein: My name is given by you, but look at what you react when you saw me. You do not see me as your son.
Dr. Frankenstein: Because you are nothing but a murderer.
Adam Frankenstein: Please allow me to tell what had happen before you scold me. Please, Frankenstein, I do not ask for your forgiveness, but you must know why I killed your wife.

Adam Frankenstein's story
Okay, Here we go. Listen carefully.
I don't remember what I was before I was brought back to life, and I could only saw that horrible girl with smiling face that made me disgusted. A boy was beside her and even somehow I gained my free will, so I managed to sneak myself out of the castle, leaving those abominations made from dead bodies. I was searching for you just like we were connected, but you were not there. Then, I ran and ran until I rested near a small house within the woods.
The owner was a blind old man with his three children. I had been watching them for days. I admired their happy life and eventually from them, I learned how to speak and then I realized how miserable and pathetic I am. I have no family, no love one, no childhood and no memory of my former life.
One day, I decided to talk to the old man when all of his children went out to woods. He was kind and cannot see my ugly body. I knew that his wife died and he had to live with his children while struggling with poverty. They owe their landlord they served for many years a large amount of debt, but they cannot afford it since a robber stole their money, all exchanged from their years of hard work, away and did not left even a pence. Therefore, their merciless landlord drove them into that little house in the woods.
Those words induced me to turn towards myself. I learned that the possessions most esteemed by your fellow creatures were high and unsullied descent united with riches. It made me realized that unfairness is everywhere. Rich became richer and poor became poorer all because of plunder and exploitation. Once, I dearly hoped everyone would be equal, but I realized that all of these were nothing more but a dream when I saw the old man and how he and his family suffered. People should be equal, but many people just claimed themselves to be "more equal" than others. That made me sad.
Just then, the old man's children arrived and they saw me. I would never forget what they behaved like when they first laid their eye on me. They were horrified and punched me with sticks. I do not know why they scared at me, so I tried to explain the situation, but that proved to be futile. Crying hard like a child, I escaped as fast as I could.
After running away from the young ones, I felt very tired, so I rest near a lake and drank some water. Just then, I saw my face foreshadowed on surface of the lake. Then, I was horrified. I was born to be so distorted and that's why they despise me. I began realized that old man was kind because he could not see me, he judged me with my attitude. His children, however, judged me with my appearance and therefore they utterly misjudged me.
Suddenly, I saw a young girl standing on a large rock and was about to fell inside the water. I tried to warn her, but she saw me first and screamed in fear. A second later, she tripped herself into the lake. I was horrified so I dived into the water and managed to save her, but then her friend arrived and considered me as a rapist, so they fired a gun at my arm, ignoring all of my advice. I managed to escape once again and realized that this was the reward of kindness.
I began to ask myself: What was I? Of my creation and creator I was absolutely ignorant, but I knew that I possessed no money, no friends, no kind of property. I was, besides, endued with a figure hideously deformed and loathsome; I was not even of the same nature as man. I was more agile than they and could subsist upon coarser diet; I bore the extremes of heat and cold with less injury to my frame; my stature far exceeded theirs. When I looked around I saw and heard of none like me. Was I, then, a monster, a blot upon the earth, from which all men fled and whom all men disowned?
Hatred started to fill inside my heart, and I vowed vengeance upon you and humanity. After hiding myself, I checked my wounds... and then I saw a word on my arm. There was a word "Adam" on it. Then, I checked myself, and I found "Made by Viktor von Frankenstein" on my palm. Finally, I knew who had disowned me so I struggled myself to find your house, and eventually I found it, but I couldn't find you. From the window, I saw shadows of your wife hugging kissing a man on the balcony, and I managed to hear what they said. I thought the man was you, but it turned out to be your younger brother, William. Their words made me disgusted.
William: Hang on, hang on... What if my brother returned?
Elizabeth: Don't worry, my husband will work late today. We can have our "fun" as long as we want. My husband may not live long, so you can become the Baron and I will be your wife.
William: Then, what are we going to do with our money? Viktor used that money for scientific experiments and charity for orphans.
Elizabeth: Those orphans who came to my husband for money shall never come closer to us. Their eerie screeching made my ears hurt. The money is for us to have splendid and parties and lavish dancing balls. We will live as kings if Viktor don't give money to charity. Perhaps all men are equal, but some men are much more equal than others. For example, we two are more equal than my husband and those poor. That's all.
'How cruel, uncaring and disgusting their words are. I left with sheer anger and hatred. Frankenstein, you should know who your beloved wife truly is. Judging by her despicable attitude on the poor and you, I know your wife better than you do. One day later, she came to visit you just for poisoning you so that she could took your legacy from you, but I snuck from behind and killed her. As I saw her corpse burning on the ground, I felt satisfied.
Then, I killed your brother and thus ending their conspiracy. However, that does not mean I forgave you. I wrote a letter to you so that we can meet face to face in this very place and thus you will look into my eyes, telling me that you're sorry for everything.
The story is over
Adam Frankenstein finished his story and had tears in his eyes, but Dr. Frankenstein remained angry as usual. Adam finished his story calmly while Dr. Frankenstein replied like an absolute savage.
Adam Frankenstein: So, this is what your creation suffered experienced... I confess that I killed your wife, but she once rejected me and did so many terrible things. Therefore, I had no choice. Perhaps, I am just a being which foreshadowed your black heart. I should be your family, but everything you did was just leaving me with those abominations that I could hardly speak that they are my so-called brothers! What am I? Am I an angel, a demon, an immortal... or just like they said, a monster? You should know the answers!
Dr. Frankenstein: Despite all you said, I will not feel sorry for you! You are nothing but a murderous and cruel abomination made from rotten dead bodies at best, like others of my "creations"! My wife and my brother are indeed sinners, but how come their sins need to be paid by the cost of their life?!
Adam Frankenstein: You are still so stubborn. Your wife and brother both deserved to die so that many others can live. Perhaps I am a monster like them, but I have one thing that they don't have: Free will. I murdered your wife and provoked you, indeed, but if you gave me love once, if you know your wife better, perhaps things will not be like this.
Dr. Frankenstein: Listen, I don't know about you! Indeed, I did created one of the abominations, but that's not you... I don't know if that girl created you!
Adam Frankenstein: Which girl?
Dr. Frankenstein: Her name is Eckidina KnightWalker. That's the girl you saw when you woke up!
Adam Frankenstein: Where is she? Where did she gone to?
Dr. Frankenstein: In fact, I am in the foggiest confusion about this. I'm done talking with you!
Adam Frankenstein: Viktor, don't you ever be confused. Never ever lie to me. Now, I killed your wife and brother, but this is the only two people I killed it. I swear it. If you want peace, you must do a thing for me.
Dr. Frankenstein: What is it?
Adam Frankenstein: You must use the way of creating me... to create a woman for me, a bride for me. If you do so, I will spare you and you can live to find a better wife. As for us, we will leave this land as far as we can, and we will live in a place where no one can disturb us far away from the mad crowd. I promise.
Hearing this, Dr. Frankenstein was in disbelief, and he went silent for a while. However, he then reluctantly went into his experimental room.
Dr. Frankenstein: Deal.
Then, Dr. Frankenstein started his new experiment, even though the idea seemed insane to him. Three days later, a female experiment was completed, and yet Frankenstein was still hesitated on whether to bring her to life or not... Just then, Adam walked inside the door, making Frankenstein quite disgusted.
Adam: Doctor, it is the time for us to realize our deal. Make this woman alive, and I will go instantly. I give you my solemn word. Maybe you are my creator, but this time you need to listen to me, or there will be consequence.
(paused)
Dr. Frankenstein: (menacingly) ...... Who will believe you!?
Before Adam could react, Dr. Frankenstein had, without hesitation this time, exceeded the volume of electricity current, and so the machine started sparkling and then exploded in its overheated status. Adam was horrified and he ran towards the machine, but the explosion had kept him away. He could only watch as the female monster, which was not even awakened, swallowed by fire and exploded.
Adam: NO! WHAT HAVE YOU DONE! MAKE IT STOP! NOOOOOOO!!!!
Dr. Frankenstein was not there already. He ran away from the tower as fast as he could, leaving his creation yelled in rage and pain...
Temple of Elder Elemental Eye[]
While Dr. Frankenstein is making his "monster" a bride, a horrible plan was stirring right inside the Temple of Elder Elemental Eye, an ancient monument dedicated to worshiping the chaotic evil god, Tharizdun.
Tharizdun, also known as the Chained God and Elder Elemental Eye, was a long-forgotten interloper god originating from Oerth who sought to destroy all that is. During the Dawn War, he created the Abyss, an act for which he was imprisoned by the gods. His followers hoped to set him free.
A deity hungry for power found and seized a shard of pure evil. This god, Tharizdun, found his mind and spirit opened to the obyriths trapped in their dying darkness. The link to those foul beings corrupted him in an instant, driving the deity to madness. But the obyriths' plan to seize the celestial realms controlled by Tharizdun and his kind was met with resistance and a twist they had not anticipated. The obyriths demanded that the deity plant the seed of evil within the Astral Sea, promising him total dominion of that realm in exchange for his fealty.
Even within his madness, however, Tharizdun recognized that his fellow gods would turn on him before he could fully seize the power the obyriths promised. Instead, the mad god traveled to the farthest reaches of the cosmos, planting the seed of evil in a primordial expanse of the churning Elemental Chaos, the realm of the fallen primordials, which he hoped to seize as his own. This seed eventually grew into the Abyss, and though the act gained him great power, his fellow gods temporarily put aside their differences in order to imprison him.
He was trapped in another universe that had been completely subsumed by its own version of The Abyss, known only as Voidharrow. The gods left him with all of his powers intact in this realm, similar to what he wished to turn his universe into. The mad god occasionally had periods of lucidity. It was during these periods that he plotted his escape. One of his more successful plans was the creation of the persona known as the Elder Elemental Eye. In this guise, he communicated with the evil archomentals - Imix (fire), Ogremoch (earth), Yan-C-Bin (air) and Olhydra (water), the Princes of Elemental Evil, convincing them that they were his creations, thereby gaining their allegiance.
After he left Underdark, Vizeran DeVir devoted himself into worshiping the Elder Elemental Eye long ago and that was how he had powers to create Elemental Evil with the help of Moloch.
Eventually, the Elemental Evil was born and four cults had founded. Vizeran called four prophets to his newly built temple and ready for a meeting. However, Vizeran DeVir was not there.
Gar: He's ten minutes late.
Marlos: He must be on the way to here, and he might be here soon.
Vanifer: Seriously, I just do not understand why we are holding this meeting, and this is such a waste of time for us, right?
Gar: (to Vanifer) Be quiet.
Vanifer: (to Gar) Quiet yourself first!
Aerisi: Hush, both of you. He's here... and that's...
The prophets turned back to see Vizeran stepped inside the hall, and behind him, there was a towering figure with pale face like a zombie and wearing purple robes as dark as the midnight sky. However, the visitor's face then turned into a more beautiful face with pale skin and red lips.
Vanifer: Valindra? You're dead!
Vizeran did not answered and only ssood by and watch, but Valindra Shadowmantle spoke out first.
Valindra: Not anymore. Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen. Now, we don't need some useless greetings anymore. Please allow me join you.
Marlos: Allow you?
Valindra: Yes, didn't you know what my assault against Neverwinter means for you people? I showed you its power, and also its weakness. (saw Aerisi) There you are, Kalinoth. It seemed your wisdom and charm are not as much as I thought.
Aerisi: We shall see, Valindra.
Valindra: You shall see, fake bird. Now, where were we?
Vanifer: What do you want, Valindra?
Vanlindra: Nine Hells does not trapped me forever. SOMEONE busted me out and Lord DeVir knows who he is. Now, I am here to search for happiness of the world, and I will get what is supposed to be mine... THE NEVERWINTER CITY!
Vanifer: Neverwinter is supposed to be split between we four and there is no place for a fifth one, even for you.
Valindra then laughed like a total psychopath. Vanifer knew that the current beauty on Valindra was just a illusion of her former self, while now Valindra was nothing more than a 7-foot-tall shambling lich.
Valindra: Ha, ha, ha... I'm so glad that you spoke like that, false Empress.
Vanifer: Curse you...
Valindra: Whatever. You should know that I can be much more resourceful than you people, otherwise I brought this gift here for nothing.
With a smile, Valindra revealed a scroll beside her that she brought in with magic. The prophets were all shocked.
Marlos: What is this, Valindra?
Valindra: This is the map of the Well of Dragons, and also the place where Tiamat, the Queen of all Chromatic Dragons live. Just imagine how many dragons or dracoliches we can have from the nest of dragons! Oh, that is how Lord DeVir made a deal with me and since you and your gods all listen to him and his god, he has the authority to make me work with you.
Gar: Huh, every lich had its day, Valindra. I hope you enjoy yours.
Valindra shrugged her shoulders. She was much taller than all five people beside her, so obviously she was not afraid of any of them.
Vanlindra: Don't worry, you four. I am here to make a deal, not a battle. As your fortress was all well prepared, I think we should be ready now. My red wizards will support you in any ways... I promise. When the Chained God resurrected from his slumber, I will activate my "4R-Plan" and we will split the Neverwinter in five.
Marlos: 4R-Plans? What are they?
To the prophets' horror, Valindra smiled deviously.

Act 3 - The Mills Sisters (1773 & 2013)[]
Corbin's Recording #1[]
Corbin: (recording) The Boston Tea Party, a fantastic name for a rebellion, was happened due to the harsh oppression by British. However, very few people knew about the truth behind the riot. It was not just a riot. It was also a scheme to hid a secret plan for a secret war. All it began was due to a magical item that disappeared for centuries, and ended due to a soldier who committed suicide in an unholy method...
The riots had begun in Boston and Ichabod sneaked into the bay. The angry citizens broke the boxes and barrels filled with Chinese tea, and threw it from the ship of East India Company to the sea, in order to fight against the outrageous tea taxes. The British guards were all aware of the riot and began to chase the rioters.
Ichabod sensed people's anger about the unfairness and was deeply moved by their fighting spirit. Now, he and seven other teammates had approached the place as now most of the guarding were now emptied.
Captain of the team: Thanks to Mr. Samuel Adams, we are here. Are you certain this is the right place?
Ichabod: Quite sure, captain.
Captain: Good. Let's go and get what we are looking for.
The team went into a secret room and then they began to search the room. Ichabod closed the door. When he was about to begin his search, the captain of the team stopped him.
Captain: Man the door.
Ichabod: Sir... with all due respect...
Captain: General Washington's orders were firm - bring back the crate and you - alive. Man the door.
Continental soldier: This way!
The others went followed the soldier, while Ichabod manned the door as the captain said. The soldiers then came into the room, and found out that there was a British soldier was guarding the thing they were searching. The guard was holding a lantern and a lightening candle. That was a Hessian mercenary.
Captain: In the name of the Virginia militia, we claim this cargo. Step aside.
Surprisingly, the Hessian spoke something in an ancient language. Ichabod moved forward one step as he heard this and knowing something was going terribly wrong.
Hessian: (spoke in an ancient language) O' Mighty Lord Death, by whom all things are set Free, I cast myself utterly into thine arms... and place myself unreservedly under thy all powerful protection---
Ichabod: NO!
Ichabod stepped closer to the room, when suddenly, an huge explosion was burst and Ichabod then passed out afterwards. When he awoke, he found out that he was lying in a burning ruin. Luckily, he was not injured at all. Ichabod rushed to the room, but could not find his friends anywhere. After breathing nervously, Ichabod then realized that he was the sole survivor.
However, fortunately, he found the box containing the unholy object unharmed, due to the fact that the chest was made of stone. Ichabod observed the chest cautiously, founding that there was a mysterious symbol. Ichabod did not opened it. He summoned a detachment to ferry the chest back to Washington in secret.
That was the last time Ichabod ever saw of it during the time of war.
Whatever the thing inside it was, it warranted the deploying of a Hessian to guard it.
Corbin's Recording #2[]
Corbin: (recording) Case file 632, Abigail and Jennifer Mills, the sisters who describe seeing a demon-like figure linked to four white trees that appeared out of nowhere. This correlates with a local farmer in 1882 who claimed to see the same thing in the exact same location. He believed the trees were symbols representing the Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse, and that the demon was sent here to raise them. I don't know what to believe. I want to tell Abbie what I found. I just- I just don't know how. I'll look around this town, I don't know who to trust anymore. The closer I get to this, the closer I feel something is getting to me...
Sleepy Hollow (2013)[]
Three days ago
When Cobin met Nevins three days ago, they had a talk before they fight.
Atticus Nevins: Well, we meet again, Corbin... It is been a long time since we met last time. Thirty years, I believe. We haven't been talking to each other for thirty years.
Corbin: I have nothing to speak with you, Atticus. You are no friend of mine anymore, and I know that whatever you want from me will please your dark master. Now, stay out of this.
They talked for a while but Nevins did not receive what he wanted. Dismayed, Nevins simply ordered his man to knock Corbin down and start beating him...
Corbin's cabin
After the attack of Nevins in the diner, Katarina, Mana and Corbin discussed about many things in his cabin, including why the Mills Sisters were separated, and Katarina knew what had exactly happened. It was all because that Jenny hated her sister for lying to the authority and causing her imprisonment.
Even though Jenny was released, Corbin felt that she still hated her elder sister, so Corbin had to put Jenny in the cabin with some of his files, while Abbie lived inside his apartment so that she can go to Police Department for work on time.
Mana: I can see why you had two houses, one in the town, and one outside of town. Why don't you make them see each other now? You are the mentor of them both.
Corbin: I think Abbie must know how to embrace her disturbed past with no fear, and that will be the key for her to make peace with Jenny, and that is the time they meet each other. However, I am worried that she will be running away from her terror forever...
Katarina: So that's why you were asking if she was "running away" in the diner, right?
Corbin: Abbie has duties, and these duties are for the whole humanity. If she was harmed by that mysterious and unexpected turbulence from the future, I think you will be no more, Katarina.
Katarina paused for a while, and then she looked at Corbin with stoic eyes.
Katarina: Let me, La Folia and others go to be a roommate with Abbie and we will protect her for you.
Corbin: You?
Katarina: You can keep your eye on Jenny, Corbin. I suspect that she is quite abnormal behaved these days. You told me she was possessed by a demon in Christmas who claimed that it will kill Abbie. What if the demon still existed somehow in her head?
Corbin: Indeed? That is unexpected.
Katarina: Trust me, Corbin. Let me stay with Abbie, please. I can protect her with all of my efforts, and I will find the mastermind behind all of this before things go horrible. He had made me and my friends to this world I do not know, and he might stir chaos in my dimension as well, but HE CAN'T HAVE HER!
Corbin: You are brave. I wish Abbie will one day be so brave like you.
Katarina: Thank you, Corbin.
Just then, Asuha excitedly jumped out of the kitchen and laughed, and La Folia smilingly followed her.
Asuha: YEAH! A FREE ROAD TRIP AND A BIGGER HOUSE!
Katarina: Asuha! You scared the heck out of me!
La Folia: Oh, Katarina... (smiled)
Corbin then drove Katarina, La Folia in his car to his house in town, and he introduced Katarina's friends to Abbie and arranged the rooms for them. Then, Corbin went back to his car, but just then, someone had knocked his head with a stick. Corbin then fell dizzy and fainted.
The attacker was none other than Atticus Nevins and he coldly looked at Corbin before dragging him to his own car.
Nevins: August, you made me no choice.
Meanwhile, sleeping in Corbin's house (where Abbie lived), Katarina had a bad dream. She dreamed herself to standing in front of a bassinet with a baby wailing, and a knife, sickle, and other deadly objects hanging from its mobile. Somehow, it formed a question mark on the left and a number 6 on the right, making it a "?6"symbol.
Suddenly, before Katarina could react, a greenish and monstrous hand came out clutched the knife, scaring Katarina. She looked back and saw a figure dressed in a black rubber suit from top to bottom. It was the Rubber Man. It began to attack her as she froze with fear...
With a scream, Katarina woke up from her nightmare, finding herself still alive and well. She breathed and coughed before she could finally calmed down. La Folia was beside Katarina, but she was still asleep and did not startled by the scream of Katarina.
Just then, a pigeon flew near the window. Katarina was surprised and walked towards the pigeon as soon as she left her bed. Then she noticed a letter tied on the bird's leg, so she took the letter and read it. After that, she reacted in total shock. She screamed even louder and La Folia was startled. She immediately ran towards Katarina. Sister Mary Eunice came out from a mirror as well. They both went to comfort Katarina.
La Folia: Katarina? What is it?
Katarina: It's Nevins' letter... he had Corbin...
La Folia & Sister Mary Eunice: What...?
Katarina: Oh, it was all my fault. I should not have agreed with his advice. I should stay beside him and protect him. I left him so I unwittingly gave a chance to Nevins.
La Folia: Katarina, I think Corbin wants you to protect Abbie. Therefore, he advised us to stay with her so she could meet Ichabod Crane...
Katarina: Who's going to protect Jenny, then?
Sister Mary Eunice: I do. I will try if I can get Jenny rid of Ancitif's control. It looks like he had rout inside her head, and I think Jenny is fighting him...
La Folia: No, Sister, you must stay with us. In this world, we cannot live without a guide.
Sister Mary Eunice: There is no time. We must protect Abbie & Jenny and save Corbin at the same time. I will ask Knapp if he could help Jenny with her problem.
Katarina: Sister Mary Eunice, I just do not understand... Why did so many people met troubles even death because of me? I have been having nightmares everyday, about my beloved Eugen's death, about my parents' death... and about that Man in...
Shadow people surrounded Katarina as she covered her ears with fear.
???: It's all your fault!
???: Monster! You should die!
???: Why do you still live...
???: Your parents died because of you!
Katarina: No! No! No! YOU AGAIN! GET OUT OF MY FUCKING MIND!
???: HAHAHAHAHAHA!! Look at this stupid woman! You are weak. You just can not stand the reality and try to "play" the happy girl in front of others to hide your dark past!
Dozens of male and female voices spoke the same sentence at the same time. Katarina started to cry asking for help while dozens of voices laughed at her.
The shadows that said those phrases disappeared in the darkness one by one.
???: Your parents...
A male voice could be heard in the darkness. From there, a man with silver hair in a black suit came out of the darkness. His face was covered in darkness.
Katarina: Ahn?
Katarina looked at the man in a black auit.
Man in Suit: They never existed. Because your life is a lie. You're just a figment of my manipulation. Every moment. Each respiration. Every feeling. Everything is a lie. Your suffering will end soon.
After the Man in the suit said such thing, Katarina's parenta appeared in front of the man. Haruko Couteau, Katarina's mother and Iruka Couteau, Katarina's father. They were screaming for help in panic and despair.
Haruko: Help me! Katarina!
Iruka: Katarina, you know I always loved you! Please! Save me!
Main in Suit: Choose only one of your precious parents. One of them will die.
The man in the black suit pulled a sword from his belly and prepared the sword as the parents of Katarina cried in despair.
Haruko: CHOOSE ME! CHOOSE ME YOU FOOL!
Iruka: NO! CHOOSE ME! YOU IDIOT!
Katarina started to cry and looked at her parents in despair. Katarina couldn't speak as she was sobbing insanely.
Katarina: I-I CAN'T!
Katarina cried.
Man in Suit: Oh, well...
Iruka: Katarina!!! How can you be so weak!!!? Katarina, you're a coward!!
Man in Suit: Time is over. Fufufu.
Haruko: YOU COWARD! I'LL HUNT YOU IN HE-
The man in the suit then threw the blade against the parents of Katarina. However, before she could see the rest she woke up from the nightmare shaking, sweaty and pale.
Katarina: That nightmare again... Again, again, again, again, again and again...
Katarina said while shaking.
Katarina: Mommy, Daddy...
Katarina began to cry in silence.
Flashback over
Holding back tears, Katarina sighed.
Katarina: Anyway, this time I had a nightmare with a green claw coming from a cradle, and Corbin was caught... I just do not understand...
Sister Mary Eunice: (interrupted her) No, that does not mean you are a monster. Being a victim of demonic possession and a former asylum staff, I know what real monsters are like.
Katarina: You do?
Sister Mary Eunice: Yes, I do. You are just a victim.
Katarina: I am... a victim?...
La Folia: Sister Mary Eunice is right, Katarina, and therefore you must never ever give up.
Katarina was deeply moved so she burst into tears. With a stoic look in her eyes, La Folia hugged Katarina, and Katarina lied crying in La Folia's arms.
Sister Mary Eunice: Katarina, please, I need your power to fight against Atticus Nevins, the man who had committed this crime with such violence. There is no need to blame yourself anymore. We need to save Corbin no matter how.
Katarina: No, Sister, I don't blame myself anymore, and I will never blame myself no matter what happened. You and La Folia are right. It was needless to do this. In this mission, and this world I do not know... you will be my guide, Sister... won't you?
Seeing Katarina did not lose her confidence, Sister Mary Eunice smiled in satisfaction. Then, she gently brushed off Katarina's tears with her fingers.

After gathering a strike force to rescue Corbin, Sister Mary Eunice stood in front of Katarina and her friends, with a stoic look in her eyes. La Folia, Asuha and Mana all joined the team.
Holding her spear, Katarina had armed to the teeth and was ready to fight. She was now getting used to her new look.
Sister Mary Eunice: From now on, our team is code named Team Witness, and we will make the two Witnesses as the core after Ichabod and Abbie joined us! Now, we must rescue Corbin in time, otherwise the Second Witness shall be in danger. The situation is critical. Abbie is unaware about all of this, but one day she will know. Now, Katarina, we need to do our mission.
La Folia: We will right behind you when situation needed, Katarina.
Asuha: Katarina, you are the best! Nothing is impossible for you!
Mana: You never disappoint us. Give us your confidence!
Katarina was deeply moved, and she nearly broke into tears, but then she held back her feelings.
Katarina: Good, now here is our mission: RESCUE SHERIFF CORBIN! Target: ATTICUS NEVINS! We will fight till the end. Now, I wanna ask you guys... WHO'S WITH ME!?
All: (war cry) WE ARE!!!
La Folia's eyes shined in happiness as she watch how energetic Katarina was now. She smiled as the team members all run towards the morning sun.
La Folia: (thinking) *That's the Katarina I know. Now, we become Team Witness. We will not be afraid of anyone!*
Purgatory[]
Inside his lair, Moloch was too impatient to wait for Nevins and regarding this mission as a failure, so he decided to take down Nevins. Moloch looked back for a while.
Moloch: It's been too long for Nevins to bring the thing I want to me. He must be failed... Execute Nevins and take this red-haired girl down... or no, take the girl down first. You will do this for me.
A distorted and ugly creature, with the shape of a human being was standing behind Moloch with a devious look on its face. It chuckled deviously and answered to its leader's words. Then, it seemed to be happy getting the orders.
???: Heh-heh-heh, I would love to, Master. Thanks.
The creature then sank itself into the ground, disappearing completely. Its target was none other than Katarina...
Act 4 - Arzonia Brothers (2036)[]
Madrid, Spain[]
Meanwhile, in Madrid, Misogi and Mikan arrived at the very apartment where the Arzonia brothers lived, and Misogi was hiding a small box in his pocket.
Unknown: (to Misogi, in flashback) Remember, whoever needs to light fire, they need this. Give Arzonia brothers this, and they will be pleased no matter what happened.
Misogi: (ended his recalling) Mikan, just let me do the talking. You just smile and make like we're friends.
Mikan: Friends? That's a hundred extra in salary for me.
Mikan went upstairs, leaving Misogi very annoyed.
Misogi: (annoyed) Chiseler...
Mikan: So, everybody knows the Arzonia brothers remained zealously loyal to Aki even after she died? Do they truly believed that Aki Honda will come back from the dead? That's so absurd, don't you think so?
Misogi: That's what they say, since they were zealous supporters of her, yet I am still not sure if they want Ultimate Despair to hire them. They never liked Junko, Eckidina or Sonia as far as I know... They never liked me either.
Mikan: I can see why. It's obvious.
Misogi: Hey...
Misogi and Mikan arrived at the door of the brothers' room and Misogi knocked it. A pale and frail girl opened the door for them. It was Maria Arzonia. She is a tall and graceful blonde girl. She had a pair of sapphire blue eyes and wears a black dress. She wore a red hat which was decorated with roses.
Maria once befriended Mikan before the former joined Mafusa Gang and the latter joined Ultimate Despair, and thus they haven't seen each other for years. She was pleased to see Mikan at her door, but she was rather alerted when she saw Misogi.
Mikan: Hi, Maria.
Maria: Hey... Mikan, it's been a long time.
In a polite tone, Maria spoke in a Spanish accent. This is justified since Maria herself is Spanish. Her late mother was a Castilian woman and gave birth to her daughter in Madrid. Maria lived in Spain ever since she was born. Thus, Maria is fluent in Spanish and is a Spaniard as well. Mikan pointed at Misogi in an aloof face.
Mikan: Me and this guy, Eckidina's "pet parrot", are here on business. We arrived with message from Princess Sonia Nevermind. Are your brothers home?
Maria: Yes, they are. Please, come in.
Mikan and Misogi went into the door, and following Maria's steps, they went closer and closer to the three brothers - Cain, Jacob and Robert - who were sitting around a square table. Guns, firecrackers, gasoline, sulfur, medic alcohol and other flammable items were piled up in the room. The brothers were all displeased to see Misogi. As they were talking, Maria stepped aside and going on with her housework.
Suddenly, Mikan had finally noticed that Maria was dressed up as a maid.
Misogi: Hey, boys. Holy smokes, you have so much stuff! To be honest you can take down the whole Spain or even conquering the Mediterranean Sea with so many things. You three can be kings of the world.
Robert Arzonia interrupted Misogi's words rudely.
Robert: Shut up, Misogi!
Cain Arzonia, a hideous man with white hair and stinks of alcohol, glared at Mikan beside him, right after Robert berated Misogi.
Cain: (to Mikan) What are you doing with this rat, Mikan?
Mikan: He's okay. I vouch for him.
Jacob: (to Mikan) What do you mean "okay"? That fool and Eckidina did not save Aki Honda from Tenguu City and retreated quite suddenly!
Robert: Yeah, we ran so hard to escape the Chronos Empire because of their ignorance!
Mikan: (defending) It was complicated. He cares for Aki just like you do, and if she ever comes back... like you guys had always believed...
Jacob: When she comes back?
Mikan: When she does, he and Eckidina will say sorry to her and asked for their forgiveness.
Misogi: (doubtfully) If she comes back? Sure, but she...
Mikan: (interrupting Misogi, to the brothers) But right now, they got a nice job for you guys. Business is just business, right?
Misogi: Hey, bygones, huh? We need the best, and you guys are the best.
Misogi then tried to take the letter of Sonia from his pocket, but the brothers then aimed their guns to Misogi. Misogi had to cool them down as Mikan and Maria looked nervously. Misogi simply revealed the letter to the brothers and gave it to Robert. With a doubtful looking, Robert opened the envelope. Seeing the letter inside, Robert whistled in pleasure.
Robert: Whoo-hoo, looks like we've wrong about Sonia Nevermind. She is so generous for giving us a nice chance of getting revenge. That's a lot of work on the list, Misogi.
Misogi: And there will be, obviously, a lot of pay. The Peace Foundation is one of our greatest targets of all time. Are you ready for it?
Robert: Fore sure. You brought us a nice Thanksgiving present.
The three brothers lowered their gun and made an agreement with Misogi.
Jacob: We'll need more gear. Guys, I'll go for the Merc Market and shop for the things.
Cain: We've got enough gear to burn down the whole Amazon Rain-forest twice, Jacob.
Jacob: There's always room for more napalm.
Jacob then stood up and wore a raincoat. He walked himself in a raining street to buy their stuff. It was raining heavily outside and it started just three minutes ago.
Cain then gave his eye to Maria, and Maria simply walked to the fridge and opened it. She then took three bottles of beer for her brothers and a box of apple juice for Misogi and Mikan.
Misogi: Thanks.
As Maria was about to leave, Cain kicked her in the hip. Maria yelled in pain, but the brothers took pleasure in it.
Cain: Hey there, sis, what are you, a slob? Don't be lazy!
Robert: Yeah, we have guests. What do we do when we have guests?
Looking at her brothers in fear, Maria trembled in terror. Obviously, she was afraid of them. Misogi and Mikan looked at the brothers, and Mikan gave them a death glare. Fortunately, nobody saw it.
Maria: (trembling) We... get them... a glass...
Cain: You've got that right. Go and do it!
Maria had to do what her brothers told her so, and Mikan felt very sad about this, very sad.
Cain: Gracias, Maria.
Maria then left the room and snuck herself into an alley with an umbrella. Misogi handed over the box to Cain.
Misogi: Our client said you're gonna need this.
Meanwhile, Maria walked into the icy rain and fell frustrated. She sat on an old bench and sobbed. Just then, a figure with yellow cloak had approached her. That was Vento of the Front. Maria had saw her and was excited.
Vento: Maria?
Maria: Godmother Vento?
Vento: It's raining here, and I don't mind it. It cleans the streets anyhow.
Maria: Yes, it does. That's true. Why are you here?
Vento: I followed our team to Madrid for executing an strike action, and it benefits me since I can come here and see you if you are fine.
Maria nodded, but she did not answer for ten seconds. She told everything to Vento about the plan of Misogi and what they want from her brothers. Vento then fell into thoughts.
Maria: Thanksgiving is coming now, albeit the American one. This is your 13th Thanksgiving with me, Godmother, and... I dearly hope you enjoy it.
Hearing this, Vento smiled with her heart warmed.
Vento: I know. Happy Thanksgiving. I know Thanksgiving was originate from Puritans, those "heathens" I called. Nevertheless, this is indeed a good day for thanks. We both lost our family, our love one, and now we only have each other as relatives.
Maria: I only made some apple pie since I have no time or enough money to pay for turkey.
Vento: Nah, that's okay. I have bought turkey and pumpkin pie for you. My sweet, poor child, how can God be so cruel to you? No, He is not cruel at all. He was merciful, since He brought you to me, my dear.
Maria: And vice versa.
It's time for us to know more about Vento, who is a science hater. Her hatred of Science stems from an accident at a theme park where she and her younger brother were injured on a roller-coaster, one that was supposed to have the best safety features. Because of her family's rare blood type, when she and her brother needed a transfusion, there was only enough for one of them and her brother wanted her to live... This was what led to the death of her brother, and this is what led her to hate science.
Being a Catholic supremacist, Vento of the Front holds a grudge against non-Catholic Christians as well, including protestants, but she doesn't mind Thanksgiving ever since her brother sacrificed himself to save her life. While holding sadness of losing her brother, Vento felt grateful for her brothers' sacrifice, regarding him as an pure angel from God, and therefore she embraced Thanksgiving.
Maria looked at Vento with tears in her eyes. She was deeply moved ever since Vento, her Godmother, had helped her through every difficulties after she lost her mother. Maria was an illegitimate child, and her mother lived in poverty after abandoned by her lover. Thirteen years ago, due to poverty and sickness, Maria's mother died a month after giving birth to Maria. Fortunately, she rested in peace since Vento, who happened to meet Maria's mother, had took care of the woman as her midwife, and raised Maria according to her mother's will, until one day, Maria's brothers found their half-sister and abducted her, turning her into an unwilling Mafusa Gang member.
After Aki Honda and Tomoo's death, Maria and her brothers hid themselves in Madrid, the capital of Spain. Her brothers wanted revenge against the Anti-KnightWalker Factions so they did their family business of arson and bombing again and again, just wanting to humiliate organizations like Peace Foundation. The brothers drink alcohol and beat their sister, turning her into a servant who worked for them without salaries.
Vento despise the Arzonia brothers and what they did to their half-sister, but she had nothing to do, so every year, whenever a holiday (whether it is Western or not) came - Spring Festival, St. Patrick's Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving or Christmas - Vento always came to Madrid and visited Maria secretly. Vento also lit a candle with her every year in Mother's Day, to honor Maria's mother.
Maria: You will do anything for me?
Vento: If you really need help, perhaps... I may steal some money from those KnightWalkers for you, but I will never kill people for you.
Maria: Well, I never asked you to kill for me.
Vento: Yes, right, um, anyway... Remember, Maria. Now you are a teenager, and you should know how to take care of yourself. Your Godmother cannot take care of you forever, so you must be strong. You can deal many things all by yourself, my dear, and no matter what your brothers did to you, ignore them. They will one day received punishment if we had chance to punish them. Spain is for Catholicism, after all.

In the Merc Market owned by smugglers and rogues, there were many things made for war: petrol, dynamites, napalm, ammonia, rifle, sniper, gun, grenades, gunpowder, TNT, plastic bomb... and other dangerous stuff. Some of them were even sold in half price.
One of the staff: Now, shall we get on a price check on brass knuckles in toxic green?
A customers arrived in this illegal market and bought many things. A staff had help him carrying a large can of thin sulfuric acid and put it carefully in the customer's cart.
Staff: 300 gets it done.
The customer immediately searched his wallet, but when he was counting money, the staff noticed the note was very dirty.
Staff: Uh, 10% surcharge for the soiled bills.
Customer: (paid) Thank you kindly.
Radio: [Try our Whiff-Away. On sale now on Aisle Seven. Welcome to Merc Market, your one-stop shop for machetes, night-vision googles and all of your personal defends needs.]
Jacob Arzonia was there with his cart, too. He was picking some napalm bottles and walked forward before some newly-made dynamites drew his attention. He picked up several bags of dynamite and put them inside his coat pocket one by one.
Jacob: Ha, robbery~
Suddenly, Roman Catholic Church's men, alongside Kyouko and Madridian police arrived in the market.
Lidvia: ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH!!! NO ONE MOVE! EVERYBODY ON THE GROUND!
Acqua: This is a raid!
Hearing this, Jacob was terrified so he put napalm, bombs, matches and bags of gunpowder into his pockets as much as possible. He then start running away, but a nun of Agnese Forces noticed him.
Nun: Someone is running!
Kyouko: I'll get him!
Kyouko and Lidvia started chasing Jacob who ran and ran. They ran themselves out of the market through the safety exit. Jacob was still running until he was stopped by a wall in front of him. Kyouko stopped and pointed her gun to him.
Kyouko: Stop! STOP RIGHT NOW!
Jacob then raised his hand and turned around, but he then start picking his gun out from his pocket. Noticing this, Kyouko immediately shot at Jacob several times. The shots were non-fatal, but the bullet's explosion ignited the explosive and flammable items hidden by Jacob.
Ten seconds later, with a huge explosion, Jacob exploded into a million pieces. Kyouko was surpised by this and Lidvia was so shocked that she shouted to Kyouko.
Lidvia: What kind of bullet did you packed, detective?!
House of Arzonia Brothers[]
Jacob's sudden death was soon acknowledged by his brothers who were annoyed by this, not because their brother died, but because their new job faced a sudden halt.
Robert: I can't believe that he's dead. What an imbecile he is. This is the biggest job ever in our life, but then this happened. So what do we do?
Cain: For sure, we need to do the job.
Robert: How? We're doomed. Who's our entry man now? Crawling through air vents? Climbing fire escapes? We need a skinny helper.
Speak of skinny, the two brothers then had one person in their mind so they all looked to Maria. Maria was doing the dishes, but then she noticed that her brothers was looking at her and stopped.
Cain: (to Robert) You think?
Robert: (to Maria) Hey, Maria, you just got a promotion.
Maria: (trying to be strong) No, I am done with Mafusa Gang. I am done with the KnightWalkers. It was a lucky that I did not go to Tenguu City, and I will never do dirty work again. You are all there, doing nonsense and making Aki Honda your spiritual goddess. A goddess, holy smokes, she is rather a goddess of monstrosity! And that Eckidina is even more...
Cain: Come on, Maria, you must say "yes".
Maria: Please, you know I hate explosions and flames!
Cain: You hate flames? Arson is our bread and butter. It's been our family business for generations, even before we joined Aki and Eckidina.
Robert: Eckidina will be the one who will set the world ablaze so it must be beautiful to see fire everywhere. Now, Thanksgiving is coming, Maria, so you don't want to let down your family on such a day, right?
Maria: You're not my family.
Robert: What's that? Aren't we your brothers? We're not your family? You have anyone else?
Maria: My own mother and my Godmother...
Robert: Your mother is a whore, and she's dead. Your Godmother is just a science hater and nothing more! Who feed you? Who puts a roof above your head, huh? We do! That's family.
Maria: I won't do it! I won't be a terrorist!
Cain: You already are, like us. Fine, be like that... but if you're not family, that changes things around here. See, I am a decent folk. I would never put family on the street, but if you're not family... hell... (to Robert) Why not make a buck from her?
Robert: Yo, that's a fantastic idea!
Cain: (to Maria) Choose for yourself. Do you want to be turned out... or do you want to be family? Which?
Those heartless words made Maria nearly break into tears, and those words made her have no choice. She had to agree her brother's orders.
Maria: Family...
Cain: Clever. Hehehe... That's our girl.
Warehouse-888[]
That night, the Arzonias started their mission to get revenge. One of their targets was a place formerly owned by the Peace Foundation known as "Warehouse-888". While tying a plastic explosive on a pillar, Maria started to encourage herself.
Maria: Be strong, Maria. Be strong...
After finishing the job, she talked to her brother, Cain, via mobile phone. Cain was outside the building with Robert and start giving her sister orders.
Maria: Done.
Cain: *phone* [Nice, now you must cut yourself a one-foot-and-half long fuse.]
Maria: (followed Cain's instruction) OK.
Cain: *phone* [Now, push the into the plastic explosive.]
Maria: (followed Cain's instruction) Done.
Cain: *phone* [Then, you need to light the fuse up. After lighting it, you have one and a half minute to get out of here.]
Maria then lightened the fuse with a match stick she prepared in her pocket.
Maria: It's lit!
Cain: *phone* [Good, but wait, sis, perhaps I FORGOT SOMETHING. I have one more instruction.]
Maria: BUT IT'S LIT!
Cain: *phone* [Then, you are gonna be quick! Can you see a safe at the right of you?]
Maria turned right and saw the safe three meters away from her.
Maria: (followed Cain's instruction) Yes, I can.
Cain: *phone* [Now, go to the safe as quick as you can.]
Maria did not understand that why Cain gave her orders one by one, but she still followed them.
Maria: (followed Cain's instruction) Done.
Cain: *phone* [Grab that small box within your bag, the same box given by our enigmatic client, and open it. Use it to open the safe.]
As Cain was giving orders, Maria had already grabbed out and opened the box. Inside the box, there was a special tool to attach the password lock. Maria attached it to the lock and then she spines the tool to open it. There was a old knife inside the safe, like her brother said.
Maria: I opened it, and what next?
Cain: *phone* [......]
Maria: Cain? Cain, where are you? What's going on!? THE TIME IS RUNNING OUT!
At the outside, Cain and Robert giggled like some sort of trolls. Cain kept silence on purpose in order to trick his sister, not caring that the fuse was about to be burned off, resulting the explosion.
Cain: *phone* [Just messing with you! Now, there is supposed to be an old knife in the safe. Take it.]
Carefully, Maria held the knife out of the safe and put it inside her bag.
Maria: Done.
Cain: *phone* [Now... run!]
Maria then ran towards the air vent and immediately went in, but before she could get inside completely, the bomb exploded and the flames spread everywhere. Maria's right leg was burned and she cried in pain as she struggled to crawl herself inside the air vent.
Struggling with her injury while putting the fire out, Maria managed to get out of the building as her brothers were waiting beside a large car.
Cain: (to Maria) Awesome job, sis. It seemed that you would barely survive if you don't come out fast! (to Cain) It is a wonderful revenge, Robert, don't you think so? MAFUSA GANG STRIKES BACK TODAY, OHHHHH.... HIGH ONE!
Cain & Robert: OH, YEAH!!!
Maria: Please help... My leg was burned! It was painful!
Robert: Ha, ha, ha, feel pain as you should feel, since THERE IS NOTHING MORE CONTAGIOUS THAN PAIN like Eckidina said. Enjoy your pain and get yourself in the car!
The noise of fire alarm could be heard. Maria struggled herself on the car with the blade their client somehow required, and neither of her brothers helped her out. Cain soon drove away their car as fast as he could, leaving the burning warehouse behind them.
The car went towards more place and Madrid would suffer itself through the night of sheer chaos...
Madrid Police Department[]
In one night, Arzonia Brothers had bombed and burned five places. The Catholic Church was disturbed by all of this, and the Spanish public was in frenzy. Lidvia looked at the map with shock when she saw five places was attacked.
Lidvia: That is absurd and outrageous.
Acqua: Perhaps it was committed by Eckidina's men and Mafusa Gang remnants. Ordinary rascals can never commit such a scale of crime.
Lidvia: Eckidina never respected religion and she can commit blasphemy as much as she wants. I think she is behind all of this.
Acqua: She did so many vile things on we Catholics, and she had no respect of God in her heart.
Kyouko: Villains in this world are getting different. They never follow rules and always cross the line as if it was their hobby.
Lidvia: Five locations, all burned to the ground...
Just then, Agnese Sanctis, the leader of the Agnese Force which is a group of Catholic magical nuns, reported things to Lidvia alongside Parcifal.
Acqua: Parcifal, Agnese, anything new from Science Side?
Agnese: Sister Lidvia, excuse me. Lab called in, said the fire were started with thermites and high-end accelerators.
Parcifal: Furthermore, their methods seemed well-trained and practical.
Kyouko: So we're looking for professional arsonists. Thanks. (Agnese and Parcifal were about to leave.) And Parcifal, you did a nice work in Sicily.
Parcifal: Thank you, detective. (left with Agnese)
Lidvia: This is perculiar. Why would a pro do five jobs in one night? What's the rush?
Kyouko: And what if they're not done?
Lidvia: Troubling... We need to find the patterns to these five places... before they burned down the whole city.
Kyouko: I understand.
After some research, they found that the places were all connected to the Peace Foundation and Global Pact Defense. Therefore, the Church set up to protect the places. However, the Arzonia Brothers' next target is connected to neither of these two Anti-KnightWalker Factions.
House of Arzonia Brothers[]
Under her brothers' command, Maria prepared a large can of napalm, a napalm sprayer and a flame-thrower from their house as her equipment. Now, she had overcome her fear before she went up for the mission.
Maria then started designing her personal suit and prepared a suitcase of firecrackers, fireworks, shuttles and gunpowder. She had no choice but doing what her brothers told her. However, Maria kept telling herself to be strong, like her Godmother had taught her.
Just then, Mikan snuck into Maria's room and seeing her friend putting sleeves on herself.
Mikan: What are you doing?
Maria: Hi, I'm making a suit so that I can never be burned again.
Mikan: I hope that will protect you, but why would you get burned again?
Maria showed Mikan her wound on her leg which was now covered in bandages. For a girl in her age, Maria's legs were exceedingly long, enough to make Mikan to see the wrapped bandages very clearly.
Mikan: So they are making you start the fire?
Maria: I had no choice... Our next target is the City Council, my friend. Please sit down now and have a soda or something.
Mikan: Sorry, I can't. I am here to get that thing to Sonia and our client. Was the blade that our client requested there?
Maria: Oh, okay, here you are. (gave Mikan the knife)
Mikan: Thanks. You know you're gonna get yourself killed.
Maria: Don't worry. I have you, my Godmother, the spirit of my own mother and myself to encourage me, so I am not afraid of anything. I will be careful.
Mikan covered her face with a deep sigh.
Mikan: Well, careful there is not even enough to plant medicinal plants, not to mention burning things. I have been very careful but for many times I slipped myself and fell on the floor. I have more bruises than you, so I know better than you. Look what happened to you already!
Maria then looked at her injured leg once again, but her face seemed calm.
Maria: It was exciting, Mikan. I actually kind of enjoyed it.
Mikan: Yep, you're gonna be bacon one day.
Mikan then turned back and tried to leave. Maria saw her attitude of denial. She was somewhat annoyed by Mikan, as Maria tried hard trying to gain her own brothers' approve. Due to her troubling childhood, Maria turned into an emtional person. Usually, she is calm, but when she was enraged, she would be very feisty and wrathful. An argument soon ensued.
Maria: Be bacon? Quit it. MY BROTHERS SAID I DID A GOOD JOB! IT'S A FAMILY BUSINESS, ESPECIALLY IN A DAY NEAR THANKSGIVING!
Mikan narrowed her eyes and bit her lips in anger.
Mikan: They are not your family, and they gave no thanks to you in the heart! THEY NEVER LOVED YOU! They Your mom was a humble Spanish woman and used to bang their dirty old man, but she was abandoned by him after she was pregnant with you! Your so-called dad put her on court and the judge was bribed by Juria KnightWalker so that your mother lost. He took everything from her. That's all. Your own Godmother, me and your late mother are your true family! We helped you for so many years! You don't need those boys at all. You don't need anybody! Look at me, now as an Ultimate Despair, I am free, so stop being such a crybaby!
Maria scorned in sheer anger, since Mikan's words made her even more enraged.

At that night, the brothers took a equipped Maria and set out for the city council. When Arzonia brothers' van (with a logo of Mafusa Gang) was seen by a guard of Spanish government, he reported them to the Catholic Church immediately. Realized they were guarding false targets, Lidvia immediately ordered holy knights to the city council, but it was a bit of late. Arzonia brothers had already installed a time bomb inside the city council. They were running in their van when Cain ordered Maria to do something.
Cain: Maria, just scare them and then get in the van.
Maria nodded so she pointed her napalm sprayer to the Catholic officers and Agnese Force arrived.
Acqua & Lidvia: FREEZE!!!
Maria: You stay away from me, or don't blame me if we do this the hard way. We had already attached a time bomb inside the city council, and you better let us go so that you can take the bomb down!
Acqua: A time bomb?
Lidvia: We need to take down the bomb, but...
Parcifal: I'll get the bomb. You guys take care of them.
Acqua: Be careful.
Then, using aerokinetic magic he possessed, Parcifal flew to the second floor and broke the window with his shield. He then ran towards the place and heard ticking noise. It did not take him too long to find a bomb.
It was a time bomb with a electric screen on it. On the screen, there was a stop-watch. It said there was only 30 seconds until an explosion.
Parcifal: Now... What should I do?
Just then, Parcifal noticed that there was a note in front of the bomb, which said a strange word:
Never cut through a Cardinal.
Parcifal was confused at first, but when he saw a red wire and a white wire attached on the time bomb, he realized something.
Parcifal: Cardinals wore red. That makes much more sense.
Parcifal then cut the white wire, hoping it will stop the bomb.
However, an unexpected thing happened when the small screen on the bomb (used to be an electric stop-watch with the time left to explosion) instantly changed into the head of Monokuma, which is the black-and-white teddy bear of Junko Enoshima, and it spoke in Junko's voice, or more precisely, it was more than like a medium which Junko sent her message.
Junko: (speaking via Monokuma on screen) HAHAHAHAHA!!! YOU THINK YOU CAN OUTWIT ME? THE RED WIRES IS A MERE DECORATION AND THE WHITE WIRE IS A TRIGGER! NOW I GOT YOU FOOLS! THIS IS A GIFT FOR ALL OF YOU!
Parcifal: (enraged) JUNKO!? WHERE ARE YOU!? WHY ARE YOU ALWAYS HIDING!?
Junko: (speaking via Monokuma on screen) Enjoy yourselves. Me and Eckidina are watching you, eee-ha-ha-ha-ha-ha...
The screen soon changed into electric stop-watch once again, but now there was merely 5 seconds before the explosion. Just then, Parcifal realized it was a trap, but he wasted no time to escape, so he jumped out of the window just as the city hall exploded into fiery chaos.
All of the Agnese Force nuns and clergies all watched the explosion, and then they saw Parcifal jumped out from the window and overpowered Maria bu punching her on the ground. They were engaged into a fight. The City Council was soon swallowed by flame and smokes after the explosion.
Parcifal: Surrender now! You have nowhere to hide!
Maria: NO! JUST LET GO OF ME PLEASE! I DON'T WANT TO HARM...
Accidentally, Maria sprayed napalm on Parcifal and made him slipped from her. Then, as Parcifal tripped himself into the burning building, Maria tried to pull him out, but it was too late. Pacifal touched himself with the flame and it soon spread on him, making him fully burned. Parcifal's armor was red hot because of the fire and heat, and it made things worse.
This made Acqua enraged and made every clergies beside him horrified.
Parcifal: (being burned and scorched) NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Lidvia: PARCIFAL!? Someone save him!!!
Acqua: (pointed to Maria) GET HER, AND AVENGE PARCIFAL! THAT HEATHEN WILL PAY FOR BURNING HIM!!!
Maria: No, sir, please let me explain! I did not mean it... Cain!?

Cain and Robert had already drove away when Parcifal caught fire, but their intercom was dropped on the ground and Vento took it in seconds. Maria soon realized that she was abandoned by her brothers, and she nearly broke into tears. Then, without hesitation, she ran way from the angry clergies. She ran to a ladder as Vento not far above her used the intercom she stole from Cain to call her.
Vento: Maria, come here! Do you see me?
Maria: Yeah.
Vento: Climb that ladder!
Maria: OK!
Maria then climbed herself on the ladder and climbed to a balcony where Vento was standing. They both fled as soon as Maria united with Vento.
Maria: Godmother, I had murdered a Holy Knight...
Vento: Stop, now. Come on! Please follow me and I will help you get out of the city and you will go to Switzerland, the neutral country and also one of the few safe places in Eastern Europe! GO!
Act 5 - Family is Forever (2036) (final?)[]
Next day[]
Next day, it was kept raining like the heaven broke into tears. In front of the burned city council, Agnese had reported a sad news with tears in her eyes.
Agnese: I have a sad news to report, Sisters and Brothers. At 4:13 this morning... Brother Pacifal, the loyal Holy Knight of the 13, the protectors of innocence... is gone due to his fatal injury.
All in a second, the nuns felt as if their pulse was about to stop due to this sad news.
Lucia: WHAT?! No...
Agata: I cannot believe it.
Caterina: Impossible... He's gone? What do you mean he's gone? AGNESE, ANSWER ME!!!
Agnese: This is true... I got the news and I could not believe that he is just gone either. From now on, 13 Holy Knights will be 12. Pacifal will be remembered as a Saint from now on... and we will hunt down that terrorist who burned him! Acqua of the Back will lead our mission. (to Acqua) Orders, sir!
Acqua was as serious as usual, but this time it was different.

He cornered a gangster in an alley and started to interrogate him. Several nuns of Agnese Forces (including Agnese herself) were following him.
Acqua: Did you burn down Brother Parsifal of Thirteen Holy Knights!?
Gangster: Have mercy, Father! I did nothing!
Acqua: LIES! You belong to the remnants from Mafusa Gang, and the car of our suspect has the mark of Mafusa Gang!
Agnese: Acqua, control yourself. Let me use my Lotus Staff to brainwash him.
Acqua: No need.
Gangster: Please, I have no idea! Many of us hadn't been seen ever since Aki Honda's death, and many of us do arson to make our life.
Acqua: Whether you know or not, you deserve a prison cell!
With no hesitation, Acqua simply took the criminal to the police. Then, the search went through the city, and meanwhile, Vento knew Maria must leave this city as quick as possible, so she made a plan.
Vento: Acqua of the Back is coming for you, and if you fall into his hand, you will be in prison. Listen, I know this might be wrong, but I need to rob some money from the criminals.
Maria: Rob from criminals?
Vento: I need your flamethrower.
In that evening, the two gathered to a bar. The bar seemed to be normal at first, but it soon became a place full of children abductors (many are men of Johan Liebert) who kidnapped children and sell them to KnightWalker agents for money, and those children had became servants, slaves even suicidal team member for KnightWalker's war crimes. Maria saw those children crying as they were presented on the "auction".
Aurozia Terrorist: (in the hall) This boy, 8 year old, is a pure Spaniard, a good sailor for KnightWalker marine. Now, who will pay for "it"?
Maria: (shocked) THEY SELL CHILDREN?!
Vento: This is how ugly the creature known as human beings can be. Look at how messy this world could really be, Maria. These are Johan Liebert's remnants from Aurozia Terrorist Organization. They are now working with children abductors all around the world, including Japan, Germany, China, Romania, Mexico, India, Netherlands, the United States and even Sweden...
Maria: Why didn't they get caught?
Vento: After the rise of Merc Market, the Prime Minister of Spain was assassinated by Johan Liebert and Spain fell into such a chaos as well.
Maria: We need to save them!

Even though gaining enough money for her trip to Switzerland, Maria still felt sad for those kidnapped children. Vento started to cheer her up.

Maria: The right way? How many right ways had been done on Aki Honda? She went free still and only a killing had ended her madness.
Vento: That was different. We just don't know where Liebert is, and now those terrorists are just as vulnerable like sand castle. Now, with the money I got from you, you are free, little one. All I need to do is to atone to God and perhaps He will forgive me.
Maria: But why doesn't he punish those kidnappers?

They were still talking when suddenly, Cain appeared behind Vento and knocked her unconscious with a empty beer bottle. Shocked Maria was just about to react, but Robert appeared from a bush and covered her mouth. They dragged Maria and her flamethrower away on their van no matter how she struggled. The van rode away as Vento lying on the street unconscious...

Police captain: A robbery happened at a bar within Madrid last night, with the witnesses claimed that one of them were armed with flame thrower, firecrackers and gasoline can. One of the security footage had captured the appearances of shown that one of the robbers had the similar with the female arsonist who was responsible for the death of Brother Parcifal, while the second one... We don't know who he or she is.
Acqua: Finally, we can avenge Parcifal. Show us the footage.

Acqua and Kyouko were watching the footage on screen, and they were both shocked to see another robber's face, and they looked at it over and over again... and recognized her to be Vento of the Front.
Acqua: But we know her...
Kyouko: Drat...
Just then, another police officer arrived in the Captain's office. He reported a news which drew Acqua and Kyouko's attention.
Police officer: (in Spanish) Captain, we found Vento of the Front lied unconscious on the street. She spoke a name of "Maria" after she awakened.
Police captain: (in Spanish) Understand.
Kyouko: (in Spanish) Let me ask her.
Acqua: Are you sure? She might of helped that arsonist.
Kyouko: I suspect that she helped that female arsonist for a reason if she really did. Allow me to find it out so that we might have a clue.
Acqua: Okay, be careful.
Vento had been cuffed and sat inside the interrogation room. Kyouko went inside with confusion on her face.
Kyouko: Vento, someone robbed a bar last night. Security footage shown that arsonist who killed Parcifal took part in... with someone like you.
Vento: Not "like me". I confess. That is me.
Kyouko: Why, Vento? Why did you help an arsonist?
Vento: Because she need to be helped! She is my Godchild!
Kyouko: Godchild or not, she took part in burning several places in two nights, and she also burned Parsifal!
Vento: YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND! SHE WAS FORCED TO DO SO!

After making Maria back to their home, Arzonia Brothers start their torture on their sister. The cuffed Maria's right hand on the window and smiled like trolls as they looked at her struggling
Maria: I don't understand... How did you find me?
Cain: We just stuck a micro tracker on your cloth, and now you have nowhere to run. How dare you try running away from us and make your own profit with your sick Godmother! DON'T YOU KNOW THERE IS NO GOD AT ALL!?
Maria: No, I wasn't... running from you. You two left me ever since I burned that knight whom I did not mean to...
Robert: Young as you are, you became a pretty little liar! Eat this!
Robert lit up a small firecracker and threw it on Maria, who screamed and dodged it as it exploded above her. While yelling to Maria, Robert kept throwing firecrackers at her. During the next words he said, Robert threw three at her but Maria managed to dodge them all. Then, Cain joined the "fun" as well.
Robert: I, am a sensitive man, and you hurt my feelings. Therefore, you are gonna pay! Do you know what I think about Chinese? They invented gunpowder, yet they wasted it by making fireworks! Now, however, in this war, we Europeans will use gunpowder to make the greatest firework show on Earth and you will be a part of a show!
Cain: (lit up his firecracker but did not threw it) Next year, when Moon Festival came, we might plan to make the biggest moon-cake in the world with YOU as its FILLINGS!!! Who f---ing knows?!
Maria: NO! PLEASE! STOP!!!
Cain: WE WILL NEVER EVER STOP UNLESS YOU SAY SORRY TO US... OOPS!
Cain noticed his firecracker was about to explode, so he threw it as it explode between him and Maria.
Cain: Whoa, ha-ha, that does hurt ya, right?
Maria: Please... I beg you... I am sorry...
Cain and Roberts stopped throwing crackers, and Maria knelt on the ground crying. Amused, Cain uncuffed Maria and kicked her hip ruthlessly. Hurt and exhausted, Maria had to crawl away like some animal. As Maria was crying and crawling, words of Vento and Mikan Tsumiki had flowed back into her head...
Vento: Be strong...
Mikan: WHAT GOOD'S FAMILY IF YOU'RE A SLAVE?!
Vento: I am always there for you...
Mikan: They are not your family. Your mother suffered from their old man...
Having enough of all of this, Maria planned to revenge. She later stole a long firecrakers roll and a bucket of flammable glue. (P.S. Some kinds of glue are flammable.) In midnight, when her brothers were asleep, she prepared her plan of revenge.
Next day, as Cain and Robert went for breakfast, Maria attacked them from behind by pouring the glue on them. The glue flowed under their feet, and when they tried to step aside, they were firmly stuck
Cain: Maria! What's the meaning of this!?
Robert: Are you trying to KILL US BOTH!?
With a smile, Maria answered.
Maria: Yes.
Horrified, Cain and Robert tried walked back but they were trapped by glues and could not be move at. With a smile, Maria lit up the firecracker rolls and stepped aside three meters away. The firecrackers then started to The glues was then ignited by sparks, burning the abusive brothers like barbecue. Maria smiled in satisfaction as her brothers exploded, burned and scorched, finally getting what they deserved. Then, she left the room and leaving her brothers screaming in pain.
Cain & Robert: AGRHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH----
Maria: No Happy Thanksgiving for you two, but I wish you... HAPPY GUY FAWKES NIGHT. There is... nothing more contagious than pain, and you two should feel honored to feel it. Goodbye, Cain and Robert, for good.

Known as Almudena Cathedral in English, Santa María la Real de La Almudena is the Catholic cathedral in Madrid, the seat of the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Madrid. It was consecrated by Pope John Paul II in 1993.

After they left the cathedral, Maria told Vento everything and the latter reacted in utter shock. Just then, the drizzle poured down again.
Vento: YOU KILLED YOUR OWN BROTHERS?!
Maria: I had no choice... For God's sake, I had it enough. Now, I am free from their control and no one will be there forcing my hands. By the way, Cain blew up good, but Robert blew up more like the night sky of Chinese New Year.
Vento: Now, listen to me, you are now responsible for three deaths, and you need to go to Gerneva with me now...

Meanwhile, Kyouko and Lidvia had broke into the house of Arzonia brothers after they knocked the door yet received no reply. They went in the room and was shocked to see its burned state. They also saw the two brothers lying on the ground due to the glue on them were burning out, and now they were roasted as black as coals. Kyouko passed by them, but a dying Cain grabbed her right foot.
Cain: Fiend...
Frightened, Kyouko kicked the man with her left foot and freed herself. As she lowered her head to check, Kyouko found that Cain was already dead. Then, she saw a handcuff by the window. That was the same cuff which was used by the brothers to trap Maria before their torture.
Lidvia: What are you doing? You killed him!
Kyouko: Perhaps he was already dead before I killed him.
Lidvia: Oh, yes...
Kyouko: Well, it seemed that she blew her brothers up with firecrackers. Also, I had just seen this. (pointed to the handcuff) Looks like Vento was telling the truth. Maria was abused by her very own brothers.
After hearing this, Lidvia observed the Arzonia brothers' corpses with a look full of hatred and disgust.
Lidvia: (disgusted) Ugh... You know what, detective? I don't like to speak ill of the dead, but these two really deserve that. No one will mourn them. They brought their death on themselves. So, what now? Shall we leave?
Kyouko: No, we must find Maria and bring her back to Vento as she requested...
As they were talking, Vento rushed into the door and shouted out.

Now, the bar was in chaos, since several terrorist had been burned or severely stuck by glue bombs and could not move at all. Maria put a remote bomb in the bar and broke the lock of the cage, letting children go free.

After assuring there was only her and the kidnappers inside and the children were in safety area, Maria got out of the back gate, but as she went out, she had discovered the Church militant and police officers were gathered in front of the back gate and surrounded the scene.

Kyouko: MARIA ARZONIA! This is Kyouko Kirigiri, and I command you to surrender! If you need more help, perhaps I can help you.
Maria: NO, YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND! HOW CAN A DETECTIVE HELP PEOPLE LIKE US?! A DETECTIVE WORKS FOR LAWS, AND LAWS ARE DISAPPOINTING IN A TIME LIKE THIS! Maria then activated the remote in her hand and the bar exploded, killing the criminals inside. Acqua, Kyouko and Lidvia were all shocked by this.
Maria: DO YOU SEE HOW SERIOUS I AM!?
Kyouko: (to police) Hold your fire! (to Maria) I will take you safely to Vento, your Godmother, and we will escort you to Gerneve. I solemnly swear to you. There is always a way back for you!
Maria: Kyouko, no... There is no way back. I will leave here myself and cleanse the street. The KnightWalkers and their followers will all pay for what they had done to the whole world. Tell Vento I love her. She is my only family. Family is forever, right?
Hearing this, Kyouko thought about her late parents and had a feeling of sadness which Maria had looked through it.
Maria: You seemed sad. Perhaps, you are an orphan, like me, but that does not mean if you don't know what family is. I am sorry for all of these things, I am sorry for that knight, I am sorry for those dirty works, but... that was all useless. Forgive me...
Maria then tried to escape, and Kyouko tried to chase her, but suddenly, a hooded and masked person had appeared out of nowhere. He grabbed Maria with telekinesis and threw her into her van full of explosives and flammable items. The man was the Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure. He bellowed his words so that people around could hear. His voice was bizarre and distorted, like a man who spoke loud, and like a woman who sounds deep.
Unknown: I had plotted so much before I attacked Matthai Reese, and now you cannot spoil everything!
Maria: Who are you?
Unknown: This is for your rash decisions to kill your brothers.
Using magic, the Unknown Figure broke the can of napalm beside Maria and caused the liquid flowed inside the car, soaking Maria's suit. The Unknown Figure then used a knife to cut a hole on Maria's fireproof suit to allow the napalm flowing in, and he lit a match stick before throwing it in the van. With a quick speed, the Unknown Figure left the van before it was swallowed by flame.
Maria: AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!
Kyouko: Maria!
Lidvia: Looks like he is the real assassin and the thief of Grand Grimoire!
Acqua: (to Unknown) YOU ARE A MONSTER!
Unknown: I just did what was right, people. Time has passed, and since Arzonia brothers failed and died, it is time for me to fully show myself to all of you... in my mask, though.
Struggling for survival, Coming from Maria's van, fireworks was launched onto the sky, and exploded. They lightened the whole Madrid, just like some holidays, but this time it is not for happiness. The Unknown Figure dodged the bullets and escaped in an inhuman speed, leaving a dying and struggling Maria burning on the ground. Acqua used special magic to put out Maria's fire and immediately took her on an ambulance nearby, right before the van exploded.
Kyouko: GET DOWN!!!
*BOOOOOOOOOOM!!!*
After the chaos caused by explosion, Kyouko awakened from her brief dizzy state and saw the destroyed van. Seeing the ambulance carried Maria and went away, Kyouko lowered her head with full of guilt.
Kyouko: (thinking) *Now, how should I explain all of this to Vento?*

One day, Leohart bought a porcelain vase from an antique shop, and then he send it to a fallen angel who called himself an historical expert, in order to check it out whether it was a forgery. The expert checked the vase carefully.
Expert: Prince Leohart, I reckon this vase is a thousand years and six months old.
Leohart: This is incredible. A thousand years and six months? How can you know about the six months stuff?
Expert: Because I saw it six months ago, when my brother forged it. When he sold the vase to a salesman from an antique shop, my brother told the salesman that it was a thousand years old.
Sonia's fake diary[]
Sonia: (narrator) Today, our teacher led us to a trip... of climbing Mount Everest. Our P.E. monitor used only five minutes to climb towards the top of the mountain. At the top of the mountain, there was an orchard. There were many fruit trees in that orchard, like grape trees, strawberry trees, watermelon trees, and even Christmas trees. A farmer who looks like 80 years old, climbed to the top of a watermelon tree as quick as a monkey. He picked the biggest melon on the tree and threw it to me. I managed to catch it with my left hand. Beside the orchard, there was Forbidden City. In Forbidden City, we lit torches and listen to our teacher's war story. In the end, our teacher said, "If you guys do well in final test by the end of semester, I will lead you to climb a mountain even higher than Mount Everest, and its name is Fragrant Hills, in Beijing! After that, we will pick sausages on the hill!"

One day, Eckidina and people of the KnightWalker Family were having meeting with her allies, but then Eckidina noticed that Misogi was using mobile phone so she took it from him.
Misogi: Hey, that's my new phone! Return it to me!
Eckidina: Nah, we have rules. Never use a cell phone during meeting. Now, let's see... Ah, he was sending message, saying "I wanted to go to loo"... to a person known as "Dumbass".
All of a sudden, people busted into laughter, and even Eckidina was amused.
Eckdina: Well, ha, interesting, and I really wanna know who the "Dumbass" is. I will phone this person.
Eckdina then phone the so-called "Dumbass"...
Two seconds later, Eckidina's own phone rang.

In Novosic Kingdom, the calm Sonia Nevermind had lost all of her composure completely, and now the whole Ultimate Despair had know what was driving her behind her actions of assassinating papal candidates, but many of them were willingly to help Sonia, including Nagito and Soda (though she was unwilling to let him help her).
Sonia did not have her breakfast as usual. She walked back to her meeting room with Soda and Nagito behind her, and she bellowed in sheer rage.
Sonia: I - CAN'T - TAKE IT ANYMORE!!! Now, I have not got any feelings of Thanksgiving at all! We'll grab him up! We grab him and hurt him until he tells us where those old people are, and then we hurt him even more!
Nagito: Okay, come on, is that a good idea?
Sonia: Do you have a better one!?
Soda: We could get the Grand Grimoire.
Sonia: And then what? He's still out there, wanting to raise Moloch's way as his own way to rule us, and does he loves the Grand Grimoire as much as I--- I mean, those old couple love Kyouko? I DON'T THINK SO!!!
Nagito: Hmm, it is a difficult thing...
Just then, a officer of Novosic Kingdom arrived into the hall.
Novosic officer: Princess Sonia, I have some good news and bad news. The good news is that the hackers is gone, so that the communication between us and battlefield in China is restored.
Sonia: Oh, thank goodness, and... WHAT'S THE BAD NEWS!?
Novosic officer: (nervously) Many soldiers you once ordered to sneak attack the city of Shanghai was attacked by chemical weapons and all fell dying. The attacker claimed to be one of the God's Right Seat which I do not know what it is. Second, the Church and cops just hit our "laundry" and count house in Sicily. They took everything, every euro, and they found the involvement of the Merc Market in it.
Enraged, Sonia's eyes turned red. She grabbed a cane beside her and start chasing the officer and punched him with it, while Nagito and Soda were stepping aside to avoid Sonia's sheer rage.
Sonia: Is that what you are here to tell me!? Do you ENJOY giving me bad news!?
Sonia beat the man again and again, as hard as she could, but suddenly she had stopped. She turned to Soda and Nagito, who were both frightened. Sonia threw away her cane on the dying man and ran towards them with smile on her face. Her eyes returned back to green.
Sonia: Ah... Soda, Nagito, I have an idea! I have remembered about a part of Romance of the Three Kingdom!
Nagito & Soda: Really? What is it?
Instead of answering their question, Sonia smiled and asked a question to the two boys first.
Sonia: Do you know why Zhou Yu beat Huang Gai so hard during the Battle of Chibi, boys?
Just as Sonia was speaking, the door opened as the Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure, teleported himself from Madrid, had entered the hall. With that her eyes turned back to red, Sonia looked at the Unknown Figure with hatred in her eyes.
Unknown Figure: The plan has some changes. Arzonia Brothers have died.
Like the Unknown Figure, Sonia did not fell shock or sad by this. She won't cry for Arzonia brothers at all. She only sees them as pieces of rubbish and should be killed and cleansed.
Sonia: Why are you here?
Unknown: I am here for what I want. That knife, you will give it to me.
Sonia: Mister, don't be in such a rush. I already ordered Mikan Tsumiki to bring the knife back from Madrid, but she has yet to be here. How was the sister? Maria?
Just then, the door opened and Mikan had stood at the door. She held the knife with both of her hands.
Unknown: Finally.
Mikan: Sorry for being late. I took a long way by train and I had to travel through Eurotunnel to back at Novosic. Here is what you want.
Unknown: Thank you. Mikan, I had an unfortunate news to tell you that Arzonia Brothers were killed by Maria using firecrackers in their house.
Mikan: What? How was Maria?
Unknown: (lied) She was under the pursuit of police, but I assume she will gone to Switzerland, a place of forever neutrality which we so far have no authority to attack. She will enjoy cheese and chocolate there. Swiss chocolate is world famous.
Mikan: I did not ask you about the Swiss chocolate! I asked you about her!
Unknown: She'll be fine... if she was not in trouble in Generve.
Sonia: Mister, I just don't understand. You did so much terrorist attack by proxy... just for making a ruse to conceal your real plan... of gaining a knife, right? What is this knife? Why do you want it?
With a cold and malicious tone, the Unknown Figure whispered to Sonia.
Unknown: This knife is not an ordinary knife, and these attacks is just a part of my true plan. Mikan had told me about Eurotunnel, which inspired me to take my next move. I think our next move will be on headline throughout the world. Sonia, this is not the time to tell me what I should do, or don't blame me for breaking my promise, and then you will be no longer in my service.
After the threatening, the Unknown Figure left, and Sonia looked at him with sheer rage.
Sonia: You will break your promise? I am sure you will. You pretended yourself to be honest in front of me while doing things even I will not accept. However, it will all changed. Tomorrow, I will orchestrate your downfall and then you will be no more.

After leaving Sonia's palace, the Unknown Grand Grimoire Figure immediately teleported himself to a mysterious place, where he saw a white-haired man, dressed in green, was standing upside down and surrounded by orange lights.
Unknown: Aleister Crowley?
The man named Aleister Crowley noticed at the Unknown Figure. He was a renowned sorcerer and former Catholic Church member until he quit magic side to pursuit science and technology in order to build his own heresy, so he was considered a heathen by the whole Christian order.
Crowley was also an important member of the heretic organization known as the Golden Dawn, a evil reincarnation of the Hermetic Order of Golden Dawn.
Crowley: Who are you?
Unknown: (unmasked himself) Happy Thanksgiving. Who do you think I am?
Crowley: Ah... yes, there has been a while since we met last time. Happy Thanksgiving. Where is the parang I needed?
Unknown: (masked himself once again) I've brought it, Aleister. (gave Alister the knife which Arzonia Brothers stole from Warehouse-888) This is it, the same knife you want, the same knife known as the Byzantine parang that used by Moloch to make someone into serial killers.
Crowley then observed the knife carefully with sheer interest and even obsession.
Crowley: Yes, it is. After Moloch's defeat, this knife was locked in Corbin's archive and more than six months later, Erza Mills gave it to someone who will later participate the Peace Foundation via Ichabod's instruction to make its evil away... and the blade was then under their protection. Even though its power no longer existed ever since Moloch's demise, it is... (sliced his own palm and see the bleeding) It is still so sharp. I will try restoring its power and Eckidina KnightWalker will be pleased. Thank you.
Crowley: Surely, it is. What happened to Dr. Frankenstein, by the way?
Unknown: I don't know, but I am sure that he is now a broken man with nothing left, in a state of despair and almost lost of hope. He will never know that I was the one behind his trauma. I was the one who forged a letter in the false identity of Vizeran DeVir, heh-heh... In this letter, I managed to persuade Aerisi Kalinoth to work with Eckidina KnightWalker and Dr. Frankenstein. I also gave a special magic spell that could be only used once to Eckidina anonymously, in order to make her arrange a round trip between the Land Without Color and Tenguu City. Therefore, I am the very same one that tricked them todesignthosemonsters and nearly tear two of the three apart, and they never saw me.
Unknown: However, Ancitif later told me that Aerisi had gone mad as I expected. Windvane had wrapped her body and her mind. Also, I had no plan to stop Sister Mary Eunice from meeting Corbin because I want the two Witnesses die together, and Ichabod Crane will a key part of my plan. Moloch touched Abigail Mills' soul once, and she will soon be his again, and Crane will hand her to Moloch even if he won't.
Crowley: Incredible. So is it also a part of your plan to pact with Eckidina?
Unknown: As for Eckidina, well... After she returned, Eckidina became more fantastic for me when she transferred into Raizen High School to become its student leader, and then the fun began. So many schoolmate of her went suicide because of her. It's like a nightmare but made me feel original... Finally, after so many years, months, weeks, days, hours, minutes and seconds of preparations, I began to show myself to her and make her and Ultimate Despair my companion to achieve my goal... without telling her who I truly am.
Crowley: You are such a manipulative man, and that is very endearing. Ha, so now you are using Eckidina to reach your own goal, hmm... It is an honor to work with you. So, what next?
Unknown: The KnightWalkers need your help since after the failure of Arzonia Brothers, the Peace Foundation starts attacking against remnants of Mafusa Gang, but they will never succeed in crossing you, Aleister. I assure you that after I become the Pope and gain the absolute power I always wanted, I will make you the mayor of Rome. Now, I have more task for you and it will solve our final problems: the God's Right Seat & the Anglican Church. Would you please... bomb the Eurotunnel for me?

Crowley: With pleasure. It is time for the Golden Dawn to strike and this will definitely make Fiamma of the Right fall into our trap. We will also win the support of Princess Carissa from England.
Unknown: Do not worry, please. We can use technology of Nevermind Family to brainwash Carissa and make her join our cause.
Crowley: You are definitely right, my friend. For two thousands and thirty-six years, we have been waiting for this time to defy God's will and bring our own era, and Eckidina KnightWalker gave us the best chance to rise faithlessness. Now, the world's order shall be no more, and Katarina Couteau will die.

With an angry face, Vento of the Front pointed her blade to Fiamma of the Right's throat. Fiamma looked at her with no fear in his eyes.
Fiamma: Who do you think you are?
Vento: I am a person who have enough quality to slit your throat, if that's what you're thinking.
Fiamma: No, no, that's not what I'm thinking. You don't have to point your knife at me. You should cut turkey meat or pumpkin pie with it. I will never hurt you.
Vento: Pretty right, you won't, and me neither. I just want to know if you are responsible for those assassination within Rome and/or the death of Reynolds. Also, I want to know if you was responsible for the chemical weapon attack in Shanghai, of which--
Fiamma: Would you please stop doubting me? Who do you think I am?
Just as they were arguing, the door opened and they quickly stopped. Kyouko and Acqua arrived into it with frown faces. Vento hid her blade slowly.
Acqua: Hello, Vento. Sorry about interrupting your talk, Fiamma.
Fiamma: Oh, hey, no problem. (to Kyouko) Welcome, detective, please come in.
Kyouko: (whispered to Fiamma) Fiamma, I have bad news for Vento, but I...
While Kyouko was whispering her bad news to Fiamma, Acuqa went aside with a sad face and prepared four cups of tea, one for himself, one for Fiamma, one for Vento, and one for Terra of the Left who has been missing for several days. The reason which Acqua poured Terra's cup of tea was just out of his old habit. He believed Terra will one day return back to Vatican.
God's Right Seat
Acqua: Oh, what a shame it is. If Terra is still here, the Right Seat of God will be completely assembled. We will share our condolence to... martyrs... like we did every year.
Vento: (worried) A martyr again? We mourned Parcifal, right? (paused as she realized what might happened) Oh, no... Kyouko... is Maria okay?
Acqua and Kyouko looked at each other, and eventually, Kyouko told Vento about the sad news.
Kyouko: I'm very sorry, Vento... She's not gonna make it.
A long time of silence had come and Vento of the Front angrily glared at Kyouko. Now, she had poured her hatred and anger from Fiamma to Kyouko.
Vento: You PROMISED that you would help her.
Kyouko: I tried, Vento. I tried, but she didn't want to go quietly.
Acqua: The explosion she suffered was far too intense... and it might not even be saved by the technology of Rome, not to mention magic.
Kyouko: Her body was transferred back to Tenguu City and will be buried near her mother. I think she wanted it to end this way.
Hearing all of this, Vento shivered in sadness and anger, and tears eventually streamed down her cheeks. Kyouko tried to comfort Vento, but this was futile.
Kyouko: Look, Vento...
Vento: Don't touch me. Don't touch me. I trusted you, but you ended up bringing me the WORST THANKSGIVING I EVER HAD!
Kyouko: I know you were telling the truth about Maria, that her brothers put her up to this. I need to know who hired them.
Vento: I ALREADY TOLD YOU I DON'T KNOW.
Kyouko: And I still don't believe you.
Vento: What do you care, Kyouko? You don't care about people like her! It's not like you're really gonna go after that mad princess!
Kyouko: Mad princess? Do you mean Sonia Nevermind?
Acqua and Kyouko looked at each other in surprise. Vento did not answer Kyouko's question. She just turned around and walked away.
Kyouko: Why would she set those fires? That doesn't make any sense.
Vento: ASK HER YOURSELF! SHE IS AN INSANE KNIGHTWALKER SUPPORTER NOW, REMEMBER? Now, I'm done talking with you. (walked away while crying) Oh, for God's sake, I should have never ever trusted a detective. My only family is ruined... and this is all because of you!
Kyouko: I tried to help her, but it just went a different way.
Vento: IS THAT WHAT YOU CALL IT WHEN SOMEONE DIES? IS THAT WHAT YOU TELL YOURSELF?!
Kyouko: I'm sorry.
Vento: (sobbing) Whatever.
Vento walked to the door and closed it. Kyouko lowered her head with guilt on her face, and tears began to streaming down her face as well. Fiamma and Acqua looked at each other with sadness on their faces, but they could spoke nothing.
Kyouko: Vento, I'm sorry...
Crying and crying, Vento ran out into the heavy rain and after she stopped on a pavement, she cried loudly when watching to the sky above her.

Meanwhile, Maria Arzonia's severely burned and injured body was sent back to Tenguu City, but she was not sent to the cemetery, but to Eckidina's headquater where a cyborg production was functioning. In fact, Maria had survived the explosion somehow. When she awakened, she found herself lying and covered in bandages. She heard two men discussing things and from their words, she had realized they are KnightWalker agents.
KnightWalker 1: Impossible, how can she survived such an explosion? Eckidina might blame us for-
KnightWalker 2: Perhaps the dynamites on her back were soaked in rain so they became weaker, but in the end, she is still ALIVE... What are we gonna do? Bury her alive?
???: Bring this girl into the factory. She suffered quite an injury. Only building her into a Cyborg could keep her alive... as a tool.
A strange and crackly voice was heard and the two KnightWalker agents turned their head to the door, and they saw a man in green cloth standing near the door.
KnightWalker 1: Who are you?
The man walked closer. He is an short old man who has an obscure look on his face with shark-like teeth whenever it was shown. He wears green ceremonial robes based off of his alignment with the Archangel Raphael. He also has large unruly spiky hair that is also green and has a large green cross on the front of his robes that covers his entire body. He's also skinny and his odd cheeks give him a spike in vitality.
???: I am Terra of the Left, one of the God's Right Seat. Since you have discovered my identity, please keep it as a secret. Don't tell anyone.
KnightWalker 1: What are you doing in here?
Terra: I have a change of heart, all because of the Grand Grimoire. From the words inside it, I finally know how to respect God and I would be glad to join him and the KnightWalkers. I will build a new order upon chaos.
KnightWalker 2: You mean you are that mysterious man who worked with Milady Eckidina?
Terra: Well, I only answer questions other than that. After the assassination attempt against the retired Pope, I left the Church so that no one can ever stop me from making the right plan of changing this world. Do you truly understand?
KnightWalker 1: Yes, we do.
Terra: Good, and now here we are. We will bring her inside and made her one of them - one of those metallic Cyborgs. Since I heard Fiamma of the Right wants war, I will give him one, but the Catholic Church will be on the side of the KnightWalkers. Tell Eckidina that God's Right Seat sends her a chance of alliance...
Terra turned around and left. The two KnightWalker agents start sending a hospital trolley, which Maria was lying on, into the underground factory. Realized herself on a trolley, Maria carefully peeked aside, and she was horrified to see many people being experimented and becoming a Cyborg, a mindless puppet for the KnightWalker Family. Then, she was sent into a room and the two staff workers left.
After that, Maria took a closer look at the ceiling, and she was horrified by the words and logo on it.
Giving thanks to God before carving a turkey at Thanksgiving dinner in Neffsville, Pennsylvania, 1942
From Officer: Originally, this episode was meant for Guy Fawkes Night, but eventually I changed my mind to make it a Thanksgiving episode since it is a more famous festival, yet it still contained some anarchism elements in some of the characters debuted in the story.
Some elements of the story are inspired by the FOX series Gotham, but they was also inspired by life of a poor child (whom I treated her as my own younger sister) abandoned by her cruel father, and her poor mother who is a friend of my parents.
This episode costed a week to build, and my poor PC and internet often glitched. It had caused me lost my hard work for many time.
This episode not only marks the debut of a partly revived Valindra Shadowmantle but also is one of the most important episode of my storyline so far. It mostly focusing on the 2036 storyline. In this whole episode, beside the family matters that fits Thanksgiving theme, I'm talking about some serious, historical and realitic matters concerned war and peace, riches and poors.
For those who don't know, legends has that the gunpowders were produced in China when the Taoist priests (working for Emperor Qin Shi Huang) failed to produce the elixar they want to gain immortality. The materials had compounded and made some chemical reaction within hot cauldrons, exploded, thus the gunpowder was unexpectingly born. In China, the gunpowders was considered to be one of the famous Four Inventions of China, and the ancestors of we Chinese used them to make fireworks, only few of them was used into weapons. Mongolian brought gunpowders across the world when Genghis Khan almost conquered the whole Europe, and the Europeans used it in cannons and guns... Thus, a new kind of war started.
Do you know what I think about this? Firework represent happiness in holiday (whether Spring Festival Eve or Fourth of July, dependant on nations) but guns represent wars, but they all had gunpowders inside. Therefore, gunpowder had two sides. I like firework but I hate guns, just like I like peace but I hate war. That's all.
By the way, while I was finishing this episode, November 9, the Day of Fire Safety in my country, had cometh. Be careful when you use fire, and never play with fire.
Among recent years, the society of China was bothered by abuduction of children. Kids were kidnapped and sold to someone else. Anyone who abducted children deserve death penalty, since even life sentence is too good for them.
Good news is: Dr. Frankenstein had returned after a long time's absence, and his own sub-arc is now officially merged with the Witnesses' main storyline.
This is also another sad episode after the last four chapters of The Cranes Arc. In this episode, I'm really sad about Vento since she lost her family because of a rollar-coster accident, and her best friend also her Godchild, poor Maria Arzonia, whom she considered as a family had burned... I am sorry for Adam Frankenstein as well, and he is just another victim who was disgusted by many people, including his creator, and eventually turned into a vengeful brute yet with a good intention. Sometimes, a victim can be a vilginate or villain. That's all.
We will see more of Adam Frankenstein in next episode, believe me. His story is just about to start. :)
This episode is also the first appearance of Man in Suit in within a part of LOTM: Witnesses of Sleepy Hollow (apart from Sword of Kings), albiet flashback.
To be honest, I am not a Christian, but I respect every religions and traditions as long as they are good for us, so I would like to celebrate Thanksgiving as well. Thanksgiving is not just a day about nations or religion. This is a day about giving thanks. In the end, to my friends of CIS or outside CIS: Thanks for your support on my storyline.
