Another Sitch in Time is the fourth book to the Ratchet and Kim Possible Chronicles. This story is a personal favorite of Fanfictiondreamer because of one particular event that happens in the story. Much like the previous book , this book is written to be read by the "Guest Narrator", however, it's a little more apparent than the previous one.
The events of this book takes place around an entire year after the events of The Lombax Secret. After Ratchet's friend, Clank , was taken by mysterious beings known as the Zoni, Ratchet spent that entire year trying to find him. Around the time that Clank was taken, Rufus also disappeared. The group hoped that he was taken with Clank since both of their disappearances have happened around the same time. This story consists of the turning point of that year long search as well as a bizarre phenomenon and the most important decision that 2 certain characters in the story will ever come to in their entire lives.
This is Fanfictiondreamer's favorite story in the series so far, and it involves something that she never thought she would ever wanted or accepted in her story, but a certain other character has been a reminder that sometimes, things don't always go as originally planned.
Clank's Awakening[]
Clank was within a strange machine inside an unknown facility. There, Dr. Nefarious had been responsible for "fixing" him at the request of the Zoni as there was something wrong with his functionality. However, Nefarious intended on finding a way to get into someplace known as the Orvus Chamber as he believed that the key to that chamber was locked away within Clank's subconscious. When the Zoni denied him access to it, he decided to turn on them and sent a noise making machine known as the Hypersonic Brainwave Scrambler after them. Its hypersonic functions, however, caused a lot damages to the machinery within the facility and caused a blackout. From there, Clank was able to awaken and ran away from the crazy Doctor.
Before they could make chase, they were able to find readings similar to Rufus inside Clank. Not long afterwards, Rufus made his way out of Clank as he just woke up. Clank, confused by how Rufus was there, brushed it off and focused on trying to escape Nefarious.
As he was rushing through the facility, he was receiving help from a mysterious robot via transmitters. Also, Nefarious had been mocking him through monitors all over the entire area. As Clank was making his way through, he encountered the Hypersonic Brainwave Scrambler chasing the Zoni all over the place. However, it had also been causing a great deal of damage throughout the entire facility, causing some unusual occurrences. The facility, having temporal properties, has caused time, itself, to go out of whack, with some places being frozen in time while other areas were caught in an endless loop of reversing itself continuously.

Clank kept going until he ran into a dead end and was cornered by Nefarious, himself. Nefarious then went on to claim that the place they were in, the Great Clock, was Clank's home. It consisted of a mixture of science and sorcery, engineered by the Zoni and built in the exact center of the universe, give or take 50 ft. Then before Nefarious revealed anything about his evil plan, he knocked Clank out, but not before Clank sent Rufus off to scamper away from them. Nefarious then decided to leave Clank as he had another plan in mind.
Ratchet's Breegus Journey Begins[]
Meanwhile, within the Breegus System, Ratchet was flying through space still looking for Clank. Qwark was with him for some reason. While Ratchet was trying to put up with Qwark, a mysterious shockwave hit them, causing them to fall towards a nearby planet, Quantos. Before the 2 were about to fall to their doom, they were held above a crevice by a mysterious blue aura. From there, they found Kim, who was wearing the newly upgraded Centurion Armor. She helped them out of the ship and continued on with them from there.
Kim and Ratchet spent some time chatting with each other. They talked about Clank, Ron and how he was doing after Rufus had disappeared. She revealed to him that she was in this galaxy because she was investigating some unusual time anomalies within the galaxy while also telling him that Ron is not with her because he had been suffering from a terrible stomachache. The stomachache had been occurring for a few days now.
When they came across another weird time anomaly, Kim collapsed from an unusual dizzy spell, which obviously concerned Ratchet. She told him that this had been happening to her several times, to which had started around the same time as Ron's stomachache. From this, Ratchet was greatly alarmed and wondered why Kim was out on a mission if this had been happening to her. She later on revealed along with Wade that, for some reason, their conditions are connected to the time anomalies as confirmed by Wade, so Kim set out to find out why. Being that she's worried about Ron and unlike her headaches and dizzy spells, which are on and off every now and again, his are ongoing, so she intends to find out why this had been happening in hopes to alleviate his stomach pains along with putting a stop to her headaches and dizzy spells.
They soon ran into a female Fongoid, an alien species that they haven't seen before, telling the trio that her children are in danger. They were fishing along the river when they were attacked by monstrous creatures called the Zyfoids. Kim and Ratchet rushed out to try and save the children. They've managed to rescue 2 of them together but then found one of them near on of the strange time anomalies. This caused Kim to have another dizzy spell, so Ratchet had to rescue the kid all by himself.
They returned to the mother and brought the trio to their village. She explained to them that Zyfoids were not seen within their sector for years, stating that something was wrong with the timekeeper. They met with the chief of the village, Alpheus, who explained to them that their elders have spotted a warship belonging to someone named Vorselon, believing that "the rebel" was "causing trouble" for them again.

He then went on to tell the group that Ratchet's ship, although damaged beyond repairs, was anything but that with the help of the Zoni. He then led them into the Temple of Zhan where they kept a vessel that they can use to find and rescue lost Zoni. Ratchet entered the temple while the others stayed within the lobby.
Making his way through, he managed to find the vessel and 2 lost Zoni. Ratchet retrieved them and shortly afterwards, Qwark reported to him that Kim had collapsed on the floor. He rushed out as fast as he could to get to her. He then found her lying on the floor, unconscious. As he went over to tend to her, she, for some reason, blurted out "tempus simia". She eventually regained consciousness and the group left the temple, but the phrase "tempus simia" stuck with Ratchet as he pondered this.
As soon as they exited the temple, the village was under attack by a massive warship that was owned by Lord Vorselon. The villagers made an attempt to rush into the temple for safety. He then showed up directly in front of him, mentioning Dr. Nefarious and something that was known as "The Clock". Qwark tried to confront him but was encased in a bubble and was pulled directly towards the warship. Kim, Ratchet and Alpheus made their escape out the of the village while many of the villagers were being captured. They retried the one Zoni the the village kept in storage for its own safety and teleported out towards where Aphelion was still suspended above the abyss that it nearly fell into. Ratchet then released the Zoni from the vessel and in an instant, they not only fixed the ship but gave it a massive upgrade. From there, Kim and Ratchet boarded the ship and chased after Vorselon's warship.
The Ratchet and Kim Possible Chronicles- Another Sitch in Time-Part 1c
They gave chase and managed to board his ship. Along the way, Vorselon continues to mistaken Ratchet for a rebel named Alister Azimuth, which prompted Kim to suspect that Azimuth could be a Lombax. They were able to break Qwark and the Fongoids out of the ship and had all of them escape back to Quantos, including Qwark. Kim and Ratchet then found and faced off against Vorselon but not before confirming that Azimuth is, in fact, a Lombax.
After they defeated Vorselon and escaped his ship, they contacted Wade and told him about what they had discovered. From there, he was able to track Azimuth living on a planet named Torren IV within the Vela Sector. So, they headed over there to find him.
Clank's True Origin[]
Ratchet and Kim Possible Another Sitch in Time Part 2
Clank was lying on the ground within the corridor near the broom closet. As he was still unconscious, the robot that tried to help him out earlier worked on him. Clank woke to find the robot finishing up on him. The robot introduced himself as Sigma 0426A, or Sigmand for short. He had a chance to meet Clank and Rufus before leading them through the facility. They then arrived within a mnemonic chamber where Clank met Orvus within his subconscious. He then revealed to Clank that he was created to take his place as the keeper of the Great Clock. He was given a scepter known and the ChronoScepter and used it throughout his journey through the Great Clock.
They kept going until they ran into Dr. Nefarious' infernal noise-making machine, the Hypersonic Brainwave Scrambler. He fought against the robot with some help from Rufus and destroyed it.
Clank: "One Hypersonic Brainwave Scrambler scrambled. (giggle)"
As he continued on with Rufus and Sigmund, Lawrence was not too far off and was revealed that he had been trailing the trio and reporting this to Dr. Nefarious.
Alister Azimuth[]
Ratchet and Kim arrived in the Vela Sector and where making their way towards Torren IV. They received intel from Wade that he was in a place known as Monolith Fields. They landed on the planet and received more intel from Wade that they needed to find a place known as Volgram Pass. However, there was another time anomaly nearby which caused Kim to fall on her knees in pain. Ratchet told Wade about this and as they were pondering as to why this was happening, Ratchet then mentioned to Wade that when Kim was passed out back at the Temple of Zhan, she blurted out "Tempus Simia". Wade, having never heard of that phrase, decided to look into it. Kim's headache went away and she got herself up, Ratchet vowed to stay with her and continue to help her out. She seemed touched by this and the 2 lamented about their feelings for each other for a bit as they continued on.
They soon found a massive robot head who after mentioning that they needed to get to Volgram Pass, it told them that it is through the Hollow but they have to find a way into it. As they continued on, Qwark contacted them. He told them that the Fongoids told him about the Agorians, a race of violent brutes that hate Nefarious. They arranged to have him be picked up by them. Both Kim and Ratchet knew that this would be a bad idea to which both suspected that the Fongoids arrange this just to get rid of him.
They eventually made it inside the massive robot head only to find that it was being controlled by a Vullard, a race of scavengers, who was using the robot head to hide from the Polaris Defence Force. He then brought them to the Hollow which is a massive facility. However, they were dealing with an issue involving the battery bots revolving, which is the main source of their energy. Kim and Ratchet decided to help out with the epidemic as they rushed all over the place to grab each of the battery bots and return them to their sockets. After they succeeded, they were able to make their way to Volgram Pass.
The Ratchet and Kim Possible Chronicles Another Sitch in Time-Part 3a-1
As soon as they arrived, they found Azimuth. As they called to him, Azimuth, believing them to be spies sent to assassinate him, attacked the duo. As they chased after him, they tried to convince him that they weren't and that they just wanted to talk to him, but he didn't listen and continued to attack the 2. When he cornered them both, he took one real close look at Ratchet and realized that he was the son of his late friend, Kaiden. He calmed down and introduced himself. Kim and Ratchet finally had the chance to chat with Azimuth, though it was clear from the get-go that Azimuth wasn't too interested in interacting with Kim. He told the duo that Ratchet's father was the one who theorized about the existence of the Great Clock and had been trying to find it. He then offered Ratchet a pair of his father's Hover Boots and taught him how to use them, but not before Kim had another dizzy spell, to which Azimuth questioned why she was out and she told him about her friend Ron.
As Ratchet was trying out his father's Hover Boots, Kim received an upgrade of her Centurian Armor from Wade that were similar to the Hover Boots from studying Kaiden's old pair and Kim began trying them out. As they continued on, Kim collapsed from another headache attack. From there, Ratchet contacted Wade who revealed that there was a massive amount of brainwave activity from Kim's brain, an indication that a massive amount of memories flooding back into her mind. Both he and Ratchet believe that this could be what was causing her repeated headaches and dizzy spells. Wade also revealed some finding about the Tempus Simia with Kim abruptly regaining consciousness while shouting out "Time Monkey".
The Ratchet and Kim Possible Chronicles Another Sitch in Time-Part 3b
A little afterwards, Azimuth praised Ratchet for mastering the Hover Boots while barely paying any mind to Kim being able to do the same. From there, Kim and Ratchet joined up with Azimuth to try and find a way to reach the clock and find Clank. With that, he tells them to make their way to planet Terachnos while boarding his own ship.They soon left after him.
On their way to Terachnos, Azimuth called them via commlink to inform them of what he intends to find there. There is a company called Pollyx Industries that's working for Dr. Nefarious. There, he intends to find intel regarding a very powerful telescope known as the Obsidian Eye, to which Ratchet had already found one when he was on Merdigrew before the Hoolifoids took it apart. The duo did take notice of Azimuth being not so friendly towards Kim, possibly because Kim is a human and Azimuth seemed to have a superiority complex for Lombaxes. Ratchet admits that he doesn't agree with Azimuth on that as he admits to believing that Lombaxes or humans aren't better than one another and cares more about people than species. The 2 were then about to confess their feelings for each other when the Terachnos' barrier caught them by surprise, to which they were able to break through and made their way to the planet.
Pollyx Industries[]
The Ratchet and Kim Possible Chronicles- Another Sitch in Time-Part 4
The duo landed within a metropolis known as Axiom City. There, they received a transmission from Azimuth who informed them that he ran into some difficulties, causing a change in plans in which they were to meet him at a location known as the Neurox Plaza. The duo then rushed through the city to try and find a way to the plaza. Along the way, they ran into many Terachnoids, the alien race of the planet, as well as a pair that they helped out in exchanged, they helped them further through.
Shortly afterwards, they received another transmission from Azimuth informing them about Pollyx raising security. Ratchet seemed puzzled about Pollyx having connections with Nefarious considering that Nefarious hates organics. Azimuth then revealed his motives being that they wanted to use the great clock for their own personal gain while also informing them that the Great Clock can move time as the caretaker sees fit with a special chamber known as the Orvus Chamber. Knowing that Nefarious with the ability to control time is something that will be disastrous, they needed to prevent that from happening at all costs. They also brought out some concerns towards Clank as well as questioning his involvement in all of it.
Upon arriving at the Neurox Plaza, they found Azimuth fighting off a lot of Nefarious' robot. The duo joined in on the fight and were able to fend off the robot. From there, Azimuth explained to them that he had a friend within Pollyx Industires that he would convince him to help out their cause. He was a data-miner named Jarvis who he saved from the Agorians. Ratchet mentioned that Kim had several people back on Earth who she has saved and would be willing to repay her the favor. Azimuth tried to not act impressed with the excuse being that her heroic exploits only took place on one planet, much to her and Ratchet's annoyance.
When they contacted Jarvis, he was less than thrilled to help them out but begrudgingly agreed. As he was hacking the system of his employment, more of Nefarious' robots came, to which they already knew would happen. Kim mockingly exclaimed that Azimuth would be able to take on the robots all by himself; a way of turning his self-superiority against him as payback for belittling her, much to his anger. However, this cheered up Jarvis a little and was greatly appreciative of Kim's cheekiness.
After a long period of time fighting off the robots, Jarvis revealed his plan to help them into the building. From there, all 4 of them proceeded to work together to pull off the plan. After they carried out the plan, they were able to enter the building. However, the trio's cover was blown by the facility's security system, causing them to have to fight through even more robots. As they continued through, Kim helped them through an impasse in a way that mezmerized Ratchet, which Azimuth didn't like even the least bit.
The Ratchet and Kim Possible Chronicles- Another Sitch in Time-Part 5
They fought their way to the main office where the trio checked the main computer to find the location of an Obsidian Eye: it was in an area on the planet Lumos called Krell Canyon. But just before the trio could make their exit, Nefarious appeared on a massive screen in front of them. Aside from greeting them, he mentioned to them about Azimuth being "the shame of his entire race". After he disconnected, he had a massive robot known as the VX-99 sent to the city to try and destroy the trio. However, they were able to pull together yet again and destroy the massive robot. However, just as the robot was about to explode, Kim suffered from another headache attack, causing Ratchet to carry her all the way back to their ship. Azimuth left the planet in his ship while Ratchet carried Kim to theirs, then took off and flew away.
Back in space, Azimuth mentioned that the planet Lumos is within the Korthos Sector. So he made his way there with Ratchet following a little afterwards.
Meanwhile elsewhere, Dr. Nefarious became furious over the group defeating the VX-99, so decided to send a few of his other subordinates to deal with them: 3 Valkeries named Cassiopeia, Carina and Libra.
The Purpose of the Great Clock[]
Meanwhile back at the Great Clock, Sigmund was still praising Clank over defeating the Hypersonic Brainwave Scrambler. They then made their way to the Orientation Room where Sigmund played a video on a massive tv screen about the true purpose of the Great Clock. From the video, they found out that many years ago, the Zoni entrusted the Fongoids with the gift of traveling through time. However, they overused it for 3000 years and caused a tear in the time-space continum, which caused the destruction of 83 celestial bodies and nearly destroyed the entire universe. In order to fix the damages, the Great Clock was built. He then warned that the Great Clock is NOT to be used as a time machine otherwise the universe will collapse in on itself.
The Ratchet and Kim Possible Chronicles- Another Sitch in Time-Part 6
After the video, Clank was put into the mnemonic station nearby where he learned how to fix temperal anomalies on planets. After the training, Clank went on to fix anomalies on planets Quantos, Torren IV and Terachnos; the 3 planets that Kim and Ratchet had already visited. He and Rufus then returned to the Orientation Room, where they caught Sigmund playing a recording of Orvus. He mentioned that he was to leave for the Tombli Outpost on the planet Zanifar. From the recording, Sigmund sulked, while saying over and over for Orvus to not go, an indication that Orvus never returned from the trip.
Azimuth's Lament[]
As Ratchet and Kim were making their way towards the Korthos Sector, Kim was still unconcious. Ratchet contacted Wade and chatted with him for a bit. Wade revealed he found out that the "tempus simia" is a time-traveling monkey relic. However, he believed it to be just a myth as he thought of the such a relic to be far to farfetched to be real. Ratchet, on the otherhand, didn't agree and came up with the idea that Kim and Ron had traveled through time at one point, pointing out several clues that led him to that conclusion, being Kim blurting out "tempus simia" for some reason as well as finding out that Kim's on and off headaches are caused by her regaining lost memories, memories he believed of her traveling through time. However, this still didn't clarify Ron's ongoing stomachaches. As they questioned what went on during their time-traveling adventure, Kim blurted out Drakken and Shego, an indication that they had something to do with it. They were soon caught by surprise from the sound of Ron screaming loudly in pain, causing Wade to cut their conversation short to tend to it. A little afterwards, Ratchet reached his and out to Kim in concern and blurted out her real name.
As the duo arrived within the Korthos Sector, they were ambushed by the Valkeries that were under the leadership of Cassiopeia, Carina and Libra. The trio picked up on Azimuth's signal and the first 2 proceeded to go after him while they left the latter to deal with Kim and Ratchet. Kim regained consciousness just in time to help out with the fight. They were informed by Azimuth of the Valkeries and proceeded to try and lose them in the asteroid fields. The duo fought against Libra and the Valkeries under her commanded and defeated her. They then proceeded to Lumos.
They landed within a cave and met with Azimuth again. After a brief, snarky banter between Kim and Azimuth, the trio continued through. Going through a few obstacles, such as the tetramites who can devour anything, to which Azimuth couldn't resist making a cruel joke about Kim demonstating their furious appitite and one that neither her nor Ratchet appreciated for good reasons, they were able to make it through the cave. Azimuth told the 2 a lot about his days traveling through the caves with Kaiden when they were kids. When Ratchet tried to question him what happened to his father and the other Lombaxes, Azimuth dodges his questions. When they reached the very end, the duo pressured him into telling him what happened, to which he exploded, claiming he failed them, then went on to tell his sad story. Turned out, Azimuth entrusted Lombax technology to someone who claimed to be an inventor that would help them protect the galaxy that he knew wasn't safe. He was the only one who trusted him while the rest of his kind plus Kaiden were suspicious of him. He eventually used their own technology against them and killed many of them while some fled to another dimension. Kaiden, on the otherhand, didn't join them. Azimuth was forbidden from leaving with his kind and was forced to live in exile.
The Ratchet and Kim Possible Chronicles- Another Sitch in Time-Part 7a
From this, Ratchet and Kim began to realize why he was so obsessed with the Great Clock: to use it to turn back time and fix his mistake. Kim, however, tried to tell him that using that time travel could be something that is too risky and too dangerous to attempt, Azimuth went ballistic and accused her of attempting to hold him and Ratchet back then proceeded to forbid Kim from staying with Ratchet if she continued. Kim went on to say that she would help them but made him promise that if manipulating time turns out to be something that's too risky and too dangerous, then he must accept that and never attempt it. Azimuth claimed to agree on it and then broke the wall of the cave while claiming that he will bring back Ratchet's parents. Both were worried about Azimuth, Kim attempted to apologize to Ratchet for what she said, but Ratchet told her that she should be sorry and that he agreed with her, then told her that he and Wade discussed this while she was still unconscious, so he also believed that Azimuth shouldn't attempt this, either.
Upon exiting the cave, the trio came across a village of Vullard being attacked by the Agorians. Azimuth didn't seem interested in helping, then he and Kim got into a brief argument as she wanted to help out the Vullard while Azimuth was just interested in finding the Obsidian Eye. A Vullard nearby did mention that there's an Obsidian Eye within a temple and promised to take them there if they would help him to fend off the Agorians. From there, Azimuth agreed to help out. Kim and Ratchet, however, were concerned about how his obsession with changing the past has affected him.
The Ratchet and Kim Possible Chronicles- Another Sitch in Time-Part 7b
The trio fought off the Agorians and chased them away. From there, the Vullard brought them to the entrance to the temple where the Obsidian Eye was and closed off the entrance after they entered, but not before giving them a device known as the Omnisoaker. The trio made their way through the cave, with Kim and Azimuth exchanging snarky banters with each other along the way. With the help of a plant that produces a nector that the tetramites can't resist, they were able to make it near the end of the cave. As they neared the telescope, Kim and Ratchet had a difficult time keeping up with Azimuth as he was more than anxious to be able to reach the telescope, believing that they will be able to have secured the Great Clock soon and use it to bring back Ratchet's parents. Although, Kim and Ratchet remained sceptic.
A Reunion with Some Old Friends[]
The group eventually found the Obsidian Eye. After Azimuth made a brief insult about humans not being able to build any advanced technology, the Obsidian Eye activated.
Meanwhile back in the Great Clock, both Clank and Rufus were lamenting about what they witnessed Sigmund doing a while back, when the massive screen displayed Kim, Ratchet and Azimuth. They were able to talk to Clank again for the first time in over a year and were also relieved to find that Rufus had been with him. Soon enough, the telescope was about to deactivate due to its main source of power, the Fulcrum Star, being broken. Clank had a few minutes to ask Kim and Ratchet to head to Zanifar to rescue Orvus from Nefarious. When Azimuth informed them that Nefarious had not been on that planet in 2 years, he told them that they needed to go back to that time to rescue him. After the telescope deactivated, Clank noticed Sigmund and asked him if he could synthesize a time portal on Zanifar, to which Sigmund was successfully able to do.
Back on Lumos, Azimuth found a way out of the cave. Kim and Ratchet, however, where briefly delayed by another headache attack while Kim remembered something about Ron. When her headache cleared up, she seemed deeply remorseful about something involving Ron. The 2 then made their way back to their ship and left the planet.
While in space, Azimuth informed the duo that if they were to successfully change the past, then there is a good chance that Ratchet meeting his friends would not happen, thereby erasing them from his life. Ratchet mentioned that he would have to accept this if it means saving his family. Ratchet thought about this for a minute and mentioned that whether he would be able to see his parents at the cost of erasing his friends from his life or not be able to change the past and his parents would stay dead, he was would be willing to accept either outcome.
The Ratchet and Kim Possible Chronicles- Another Sitch in Time-Part 8
As they were flying through space, Wade contacted them. He informed Kim of what had happened to Ron and then mentioned to the both of them that he has calmed down, much to Ratchet's relief. However, Wade mentioned that Ron had been throwing up a lot which was bizarre because he hadn't eaten anything in days. From there, Ratchet's suspicions of Kim and Ron having traveled through time seemed validated. Just as he and Wade were about to tell Kim of what they had talked about, they were interrupted by Captain Qwark calling the duo for helped. He seemed to have entered himself into an Agorian tournament after having overexaggerated about himself again. Kim and Ratchet were understandably annoyed by this and went over to the Agorian Battleplex to help bail Qwark out of another mess that he had gotten himself into.
The duo arrived at the Battleplex. Upon arriving at the lobby, they ran into Lilo and Stitch , whom they haven't seen in a long while. They revealed that they were able to find and rehabilitate all of Stitch's cousins. After exchanging a lot of what's been happening, such as Lilo and Stitch mentioning that they have been visiting and battling in several battle arenas such as the ones that Ratchet and Kim had visited in the past, Lilo and Stitch left for Stitch to be entered into another match. Kim and Ratchet left to do the same.
Upon the duo's arrival within the battle arena, they fought through match after match. Soon enough, they found Qwark who was entered into a match with them as well as Stitch. They fought through the next match together as a team. After the match, they were faced with a massive beast known as the War Grok. Qwark ran off like the humongous coward that he is while Kim, Ratchet and Stitch were left to fight the massive beast.
After they were able to subdue it, the announcer ordered them to kill it. However, Qwark intervened, stating that he refused to kill the beast. He then went on a speech that inspired and honored a lot of the Agorians, with the announcer stating that Qwark is a true hero. From there, Qwark proceeded to pet the War Grok like a massive dog while naming it Snowball, which annoyed and wierded out trio. He then rode on it like a massive stallion. Despite how awkward this was, the trio seemed impressed by the way he stood up for the beast. They returned to the lobby and reunited with Lilo. Soon, Kim and Ratchet said their goodbyes and left the Battleplex to continue on with their journey.
As they were making their way to Zanifar, they contacted Wade again. They mentioned a little of what happened at the Battleplex, including meeting Lilo and Stitch again. The duo also had a chance to see Ron for the first time since they started the journey. He seemed to look awful and felt awful, too. They told him that they were able to find Rufus and he was overjoyed but it didn't last when he ran off to throw up. Kim's parents then arrived and they had a chance to see their daughter and Ratchet. Both were still worried about Kim and her headache attacks, but when Ratchet told them that he was looking out for her, they expressed their confidence in him. Wade asked them to step out for a bit so that he could discuss a few things with Kim and Ratchet, to which they did.
Ron came back and talked about throwing up something that he had never eaten before and yet tasted familar, then ran off to throw up again. Wade then mentioned that he had analyzed the bile that he had been throwing up and found that they contained traces of ingredients from a Norwegian dish known as meat cakes. Kim found this really odd because she knew that he had never eaten meat cakes before. From there, Wade and Ratchet proceeded to inform her of what they've been talking about back when she was still passed out from her headache attack on Terachnos. They told her of their suspicions that Kim and Ron had travelled through time at one point, with Kim's headaches being caused by massive amounts of lost memories from when that occurred. Also, they believed that Ron had been eating meat cakes around this incident and they have been coming back into his stomach, but there was so much that his stomach couldn't contain all of it, hence why he's been having stomach pains. Kim found this hard to believe, but she found that it all made sense. She then remembered back when she and Ron finished their first day of Junior year of high school when they felt a huge shock wave overwhelm them. She remembered something about "the future" with Ron shouting "I hate meat cakes" for some reason afterwards. This revelation was a huge shock to her. She was about to mention something else about Ron when Azimuth interrupted them, informing them about Vorselon making a sweep of the entire section. He then told them that he would lead his scouts away from them while they make their way to Zanifar. The duo cut off their conversation with Wade and made their way to Zanifar.
Zanifar's Past and Present[]
The duo arrive on Zanifar. Upon arrival, they arrived at what looked like a detainment camp. The duo decided to help the Fongoids that were being held within the camps by deactivating the security tower. The duo rushed the tower and deactivated it. Without the walls and barriers holding back the Fongoids, they mutinied against Nefarious' forces. The duo found the time portal that Clank had opened up for them and made their way into it.
As soon as they stepped through, Kim had another dizzy spell, to which from it, she claimed that she remembered looking directly at her younger self. From there, she couldn't deny that what Ratchet and Wade had told about her was true.
They eventually looked around at everything before them. Having traveled back to Zanifar's past by 2 years, they saw that everything was different. In the present, the area was a cold, wintry wasteland while in its past, it was a beautiful, colorful and vibrant field. However, they were also surrounded by Fongoids who were brainwashed by the loud speakers into praising Nefarious in a robotic sense, which creeped out the duo. They then went off to try to get to the main tower of the newly set up base as it was where Orvus was.
The Ratchet and Kim Possible Chronicles- Another Sitch in Time-Part 9
They utilized the resources and surroundings of both the past and present to arrive at the tower. Once they reached the main chambers, they found Nefarious interrogating Orvus about his chamber. Orvus refused, as he tried to convince the doctor that the Great Clock isn't a time machine and shouldn't be used as such. From there, Kim and Ratchet realized that there was another issue. With Orvus resisting Nefarious' question, he was tortured by the Hyper Sonic Brainwave Scrambler, which Clank has already destroyed 2 years after. With that, he vanished, but not before mentioning that only one can access the chamber. After that, Nefarious was flustered with what had happened. Then Pollyx, who actually was there with Nefarious at the time, had scanned Orvus' memory banks and picked up on an image of Clank. Ratchet blurted Clank's name out loud, which caught Nefarious' attention, having their cover blown, the duo rushed towards the window, with Ratchet tossing a bomb that he was holding. The blast came dangerously close to his face and damaged it. The damage appeared on his face in the present.
After returning the present, Ratchet realized that there really was no way to bring back his parents. Kim, worried about him, asked if he was OK, but Ratchet snapped back, stating that he had already decided that he would accept this and then mentioned that he was relieved that at least Kim wouldn't fade out of his life. The duo returned to Aphelion.
After getting back into the ship, they received a transmission from Vorselon, with him showing them that he had Azimuth in a cage. The duo was stunned by this and invited them to his ship to attempt to rescue him. Azimuth, however, demanded that Ratchet and Kim find the clock, with Vorselon zapping him. After Vorselon sent his coordinate to them, he violently and aggressively ended the transmission. The duo then mutually agreed to rush over to Vorselon's ship to rescue the general.
Confronting Vorselon Again[]
The duo, upon leaving Zanifar, immediately found Vorselon's ship. They went on to attack it. During the assault, Lilo contacted them, telling them that Qwark was told by the Agorians about a secret entrance to Nefarious' base and that he left a while ago to infiltrate the base.
The Ratchet and Kim Possible Chronicles- Another Sitch in Time-Part 10
After the duo was able to enter the massive warship, they were met with a heavy bombardment of Vorselon's robotic troops. They fought through the heavy assault and met with Vorselon again. The duo demanded that he tell them where Azimuth was, but he refused to tell them and decided to mess with them instead. They then proceeded to fight against him. He departed after his defeated, leaving the duo without an answer to where Azimuth was being held. So, they proceeded to find him, themselves.
They eventually found where he was being held and proceeded to help bust him out. He didn't want them there, but they were insistant on rescuing him. He was able to tell them how to break him out, but still wanted them to leave. After they succeeded with freeing him, he berated the 2 for not leaving him behind, then went on to blame Kim for coercing Ratchet into it, even though it clearly wasn't true. When he was told that they traveled back in time, he calmed down as this seemingly gave him hope as to what he intended to do with the Great Clock. They tried to tell him to not get his hopes up but then the warships alarms went off, forcing the 3 of them to rush out of the warship as fast as they could.
As they were making their way out of the ship, Azimuth continued to belittle Kim, especially after they came near the exit. They were sealed in, so Azimuth hacked a terminal while Kim and Ratchet fought off the ongoing onslaught. He found some useful files that would eventually help them out later on. After they were able to exit the warship, they got back into their ships and flew away from it.
As they were flying through space, Azimuth revealed to the duo that he was able to find coordinates to the Bernililus Sector. So, they made their way to the next sector immediately.
The Orvus Chamber[]
Much time within the Great Clock, Clank and Sigmund were going over what they need to do next. They then made their way to test out the Iota Station. Once there, Clank went into it. Upon entry, he found the Plumber cleaning out a very familiar looking pipe. Clank was chatting with the Plumber about what he should do with his life with the Plumber offering a few words of wisdom. He lifted Clank up to be able to jump into the pipe, then mentioned to "not risk more than 6 minutes" before pushing him into it.
Clank regained conciousness, mentioning to Sigmund that the Station is working just fine. From there, Sigmund proceeded to the final destination: The Orvus Chamber. As Clank trailed after Sigmund, he chatted with Rufus about what he should do. Rufus, however, proceeded to express how much he misses Ron, which served as some inspiration for Clank's decision.
The Ratchet and Kim Possible Chronicles Another Sitch in Time-Part 11
Soon enough, they arrived at the chamber as it opened up for them. They entered to find a massive room with one lever in the middle of the room. Sigmund then mentioned how much Orvus really cared about Clank while showing that he had been watched over throughout his entire life. He then switched on a recording of Orvus telling Clank about the main control room of the entire clock and how he had kept it protected from anyone who would want to abuse it. However, right in the middle of the recording, the hologram mysteriously shuts off. They then found out that it was Lawrence who shut off the hologram by pulling a plug. Before anyone could do anything to stop him, he tossed another orb of gratuitous immobilization to knock them out. Thankfully, Rufus was safely inside Clank before this happened.
Meanwhile, Nefarious was back in his base when Lawrence had reported to him that he has full access of the chamber. Nefarious was overly excited to hear the news and proceeded to order Lawrence to initiate "Unnecessarily Evil Initiative Omega-91", to which Lawrence reluctantly complied. At that time, Qwark arrived, disguised as a nurse in a most appalling look.
The Much Anticipated Reunion is Finally Here[]
The Ratchet and Kim Possible Chronicles- Another Sitch in Time Part-12a
Ratchet and Kim arrived within the Bernililus Sector. They met with Azimuth where he played a looping transmission that Ratchet recognized as Clank's signature. Their ship, Aphelion, traced the signal to a planet nearby named Vapedia. Before they could make their way to the planet, they were stopped by Vapedia who fought against them. They were eventually able to defeat her and made their way to the planet as there was not much time.
They landed on one of the large levitated lands where they met with Azimuth. They fought their way through the area until they found Cassiopeia, who expressed anger towards Carina and Libra being destroyed, to which Kim taunted her about it. Cassiopeia then revealed that they had tricked Clank into leading them to the chamber, just as Nefarious had planned. She then left after she announced that she would do away with Clank. Azimuth went after her while Kim and Ratchet ran off in another direction to fight against the valkeries.
The duo ran into and fought through one death trap after another, fighting through them while listening to Cassiopeia and Nefarious arguing with each other via communication channels. Before reaching their final death trap, they received a transimission from Azimuth with him apologizing for falling for the fake distress call. Kim tried to reassure him that it wasn't his fault and he seemed touched by her words before brushing it off and reverting to being apathetic towards her.
The Ratchet and Kim Possible Chronicles- Another Sitch in Time-Part 12b
They made their way through the final death trap and ran into Rufus who led them to where Cassiopeia was waiting for them. After a few exchanges of smacktalks, she revealed to them that she had Clank and intended on killing all 3 of them.
The duo fought against her with them tossing Rufus on her and messing with her, which they found amusing. After defeating her, she crashed through the metal tube that she was holding Clank before falling to her doom. Ratchet rushed out to grab Clank and the 2 of them bounced off of a few structures before finding a ground to land on and laid down together. Kim and Rufus caught up with the 2 and they rested for a bit.
They returned to where Aphelion and Azimuth's ships were parked. They expressed their sadness towards not being able to save Orvus with Clank mentioning this as a means for taking down Nefarious once and for all. When Azimuth mentioned again about using the clock to bring back the Lombaxes, Clank then conveyed that such a thing can't and shouldn't be done but Azimuth was adamant about his plans to do so. Kim reminded him of the promise that he made to never use the clock as such if it was confirmed that it shouldn't be done, but it was clear that he never intended on keeping that promise after claiming that she was just holding her back. Ratchet backed up his friends and declined Azimuth's plans to use the clock like he wanted with Ratchet defending Kim by stating that she never held them back. From there, he left them while blaming the humans of Ratchet's "change of heart". They decided to let him be as they believed that he wasn't worth it and made their way back to their ship. They took off and left the planet, but not before Clank making comments on the changes that were made to Aphelion.
Taking the Fight to Nefarious' Base[]
As they were fighting through space, they contacted Wade to let him know about what had happened. From there, they were hoping to get Ron on the line, to which they did. They showed them that not only did that have Clank back, but they also showed them that they have Rufus back, much to Ron's extreme elation. However, he threw up again from being overly excited. From there, Ratchet, Kim and Wade were able to fill in Clank and Rufus on what had been happening with Ron as well as with Kim. Also from this, Ron was filled in on what's been causing his stomachaches and Kim's headaches. From there, began to remember things from their experiences from their time travelling adventure that they were able to recover, which consisted of not many happy memories. Ron then made a comment about Bueno Nacho which prompted an annoyed response about him wanting Nacos again, to which Ron felt even more sick to his stomach since any meats of any kind makes him sick now since he's been throwing up meat cakes that instantaneously appeared in his stomach. A little more afterwards, they decided to say their farewells and disconnected but not before Ron reminded Kim of what it is that she needed to say to Ratchet. Kim was about to bring it up with Ratchet, but he told her that they'll talk later after they deal with Nefarious then both of them lamented about it.
A little afterwards, they received a transmission from Captain Qwark. They talked about putting a stop to Nefarious before he reaches the clock. From there, Qwark talked about how he had already worked his way into the station with the details being something that none of them wanted to hear. They proceeded to meet Qwark outside the station.
Upon landing just outside the station, they fought through the area until they reached Qwark. He was still the same idiot that they remembered him to be as well as disturbed by the nurse's outfit that he was wearing. He then proceeded to explain to them the plan to sneaking into Nefarious' base, through a trash chute.
They proceeded to enter through the trash chute which was more so gross than epic plus the trash compactor nearly crushed them to death, but they eventually made it in.
Qwark attempted to use his disguise to fool the guards in order to gain access to the next part of their plan, but it didn't work, much to the surprise of no one but Qwark, so they had to fight their way through. They soon arrived at an air duct where Clank proceeded with the next part of the plan, which was to scan Nefarious' entire body for a holo-imager to use as a disguise for Ratchet. However, the imager was broken, so Wade offered to emit a realistic image of Nefarious with the signals he was able to pick up from the broken imager. From there, Nefarious was projected. They used the image to make their way into the main control room where they trashed the place in an attempt to thwart Nefarious' plans.
The Ratchet and Kim Possible Chronicles- Another Sitch in Time-Part 13
Just before they were able to make their hasty retreat, Dr. Nefarious appeared before them. Ratchet tried to warn him to not use the Great Clock, but Nefarious' mind was set. He then told them about what happened to him after their previous encounter. Turns out the asteroid that he and Lawerance teleported themselves on ended up crashing into Zanifar and they were brought in by the Fongoids who lived there. During his stay with them, he discovered the existance of the Great Clock and intended on using it to control and manipulate time to which he could make all the villains win and all the heroes lose. Qwark tried to help out with the escape but it failed. Nefarious attached Ratchet and Clank to another asteroid and intended to throw them out from it. He planned to imprison Kim and Qwark and successfully jettisoned Ratchet and Clank which greatly devastated Kim.
Several hours later, Ratchet and Clank awoke on a backwater planet, having survived the crash with the protection of the Zoni. The duo intend to find a way off the planet.
At that time, Kim, taken off to be imprisoned, had a flashback of Ron telling her that he received a promotion to become a manager at another Smarty Mart in Upperton and intends to move to said town. Kim asked when they were to move with Ron stating that he's going to move. This startled Kim as she wanted to go with him, claming that they promised to stay together to which Ron stated that he never made that promise and that Kim was the one who insisted on him making it. Distraught, Kim tried to tell him that they had to be together with Ron bringing up Ratchet with him being the reason why she wanted to stay with Ron as a way to avoid him. He then tells her that she has to get back together with him, knowing that trying to avoid him is eating her alive. She tried several ways to convince him that she can't but Ron brushed them off, knowing that the only reason why she believes she couldn't is because of people being weirded out by her being is a relationship with an alien. Ron stood firm with his decision, stating that he knows her and Ratchet better than anyone, believing that they should be together regardless of what others think and ending their relationship for her sake. He gave her one kiss on the cheek before saying goodbye, mentioning that he'll always care about her and left.
After the flashback, Kim, greatly agitated with herself for not confessing her feelings to Ratchet as well as believing that he's dead, exploded with anger with her Centurian Armor going into berserk mode.
Much time later, Ratchet and Clank return to the base on board another ship. Aphelion, startled to see them arrive back in the way they did, informed them of picking up on readings confirmed to be Kim's Centurian Armor going in berserk mode. Ratchet, worrying about Kim and the damages she could be causing to everything around her as well as herself, rushed off as fast as he could.
The Ratchet and Kim Possible Chronicles- Another Sitch in Time-Part 14
They soon caught up with Nefarious who was about to return to the clock. As soon as he noticed them, he was surprised to see Ratchet still alive with Ratchet responding with "Kim Possible's not the only one who can do anything". Clank mentioned to the doctor that he is to be charged wtih the willful disruption of the space-time continuum with Kim telling him to surrender or they would bring him down hard. Nefarious brushed off Kim's threat then mocked Clank, claiming him turn down his "destiny in order become Ratchet's "backpack" then said that he is a pathetic sidekick. Ratchet took this as a major offense, calling off Nefarious and telling him to not call Clank a sidekick, which surprised Kim and excited Rufus. Ratchet then told Clank that he would support any decision that he would make but offered that they would bring down Nefarious together. From there, they proceed to fight him.
The battle against the psychotic robot doctor started out on a large ringed platform that surrounded the entire space station. As the battle continued, the platform collapsed and they finished on a saucer being driven by Lawrence. They defeated him, but the saucer was about to crash into the space station. They tried to get Nefarious to shut off the autopilot but he was malfuntioning from slamming his head on the saucer too hard. Lawrence then left with Nefarious in tow. They were about to crash but then Azimuth came just in time and retrieved them. They retreated before the saucer crashing into the station, blowing it up.
The True Endgame[]
They arrived at the Great Clock. Clank told his friends that he has decided to stay within the clock. His friends bid him farewell. Azimuth brought up about him still wanting to use the clock to bring back the Lombaxes but everyone declined and proceeded to walk with Clank to the Orvus Chamber. Azimuth, angered by this, snapped and shot shot out at Ratchet. Kim rushed over to him in an attempt to save him, but they were both zapped. Kim died instantly from this, Ratchet, badly hurt, looked towards Kim, blurted out her real name then fell of the platform after he dies. Azimuth proceeded to the chamber. Clank went up to Kim, confirming that she is dead, then rushed over to the chamber.
He raced to the chamber to beat Azimuth to it. When he entered it, he locked the door behind him as Azimuth angrily banged on it to open up. Clank stood before the lever. The voices of the people he knows, including his friends, then he remembered the plumber to "not risk more than 6 minutes". From there, he pulled the level a little to the left, turning back time by 6 minutes, up to before Kim and Ratchet were killed. He ran past Kim and leapt towards Ratchet, pushing him down and saving his life. Ratchet stood back up, saddened and shocked that Azimuth tried to kill him. Azimuth then rushed towards the chamber at great speed. Ratchet was about to give chase but then Kim suffered from a massive headache and collapsed on the floor. Ratchet rushed to her side. Clank confirmed that she's just unconscious, much to Ratchet's relief. Clank then told him that they had to chase after Azimuth. Ratchet refused to leave Kim's side but Clank eventually convinced him to leave for the time being stating that she would be furious if they didn't chase him. Ratchet complied and promised that he would return to Kim before rushing off.
They chased Azimuth all the way to the chamber with him trying to derail their advances. Ratchet argued with Azimuth about using the clock and trying to change the past, but Azimuth couldn't be reasoned with. As they made their way to the chamber, Kim regained consciousness and noticed them. Kim, greatly angered towards Azimuth, got up and went after him.
Azimuth arrived in the chamber. Sigmund attempted to stop him but to no avail. He pulled the lever all the way to the left and began the sequence for time to go in reverse. Ratchet arrived and stood before Azimuth as the lever was encased a large shell and descended, the 2 began their fight.
As they fought, the entire place started falling into a state of disarray. Halfway through the fight, Ratchet tried again to reason with him, but to no avail. He intended to kill Ratchet. But before they could fight again, Kim arrived and knocked Azimuth over, with Ratchet overjoyed to see her again. Azimuth rammed into her, proclaiming that he never liked her and believed her to be a nuisance and annoyance eversince they started. Ratchet refuted Azimuth claiming, defending Kim. He then proceeded to say all sorts of wonderful things about her before he confessed that he loves her, much to Azimuth anger and protests. Kim then confessed that she loves Ratchet, as well. They reunited with each other and shared a kiss. Clank and Rufus smiled from this, but Azimuth became even more enraged, vowing to make certain that the 2 will never meet as soon as he turns back time. From there, they proceeded to oppose him.
As the second fight continued, the room fell even more into disarray. The duo was able to subdue Azimuth and tried to turn off the machine but broke off the lever. Azimuth soon realized that time wasn't reversing like he thought he did with Ratchet finally getting through to him for misunderstanding the clock's functions, followed by Kim scolding him for his obsession towards fixing his problems causing him to make reckless and careless actions along the way. Azimuth lamented towards the consequences for his actions, turning over a new leaf which included finally accepting Kim and Ratchet's relationship. He then went on to give his life to fix the clock, but not before telling Kim to take care of Ratchet, to which she obliged. As he was fixing what he broke, Ratchet, distraught, tried to run to him, only to have Kim hold him back. Azimuth was able to succeed in fixing the clock.
Azimuth: "You were right all along, Kaden. The boy needed to make his own choices, outside the influence of our people. That girl has made him the happiest he's ever been. I know you would have been proud of him, as am I."
Within the aftermath, Kim, Ratchet and Clank looked over towards Azimuth, lifeless. Ratchet walked over and stood near his body. Clank walked off to have Ratchet be alone. Kim wanted to do the same, but Ratchet stopped her and begged her to stay with him, to which they did and embraced.
Much time later, Ratchet was fixing up the chamber with the Zoni while Kim was drinking a Quantum Removal Serum given to her by Sigmund which was to remove all traces temporal residue from her body. Kim was already starting to feel her headaches clearing up. Simund also had some for her to bring to Ron to hopefully put a stop to his stomach pains. He and Kim had a nice chat about her and Ron having traveled through time, with her stating that she hoped she never have to go through it ever again. Ratchet was able to reactivate the holographic image of Orvus then left with Kim to return to the ship while they were holding hands. Clank, saddened, decided that he couldn't stay in the clock and wanted to leave with is friends, instead. He then promoted Sigmund to Senior Caretaker and gave him the ChronoScepter, to which Sigmund took with a lot of zeal. Clank ran after his friends to catch up to them before they left. Sigmund continued the holographic message from Orvus, with him stating that whatever decision that Clank makes, be it take on the role as the new caretaker of the clock or follow his own path, he would be proud and happy for him.
The Epilogue[]
Much time afterwards, Kim, Ratchet and Clank had dinner at the ISSF with Kim's parents and brothers, Ron and Wade. They had vegetable consemme, which was made specificially for Ron after having his stomach pains been dealt with. He was also happy to have Rufus back. Everyone was also enjoying the soup, however, Ratchet was still sad over the loss of Azimuth,someone who was very important to him. Everyone in the room were also sad for Ratchet's loss, knowing that he was probably the only other Lombax around. Kim's mother comforted him, even telling him that he has a family among them, with everyone else smiling at him as a means of. This made him feel better, thanking everyone, then stating that there were other important people besides the Lombaxes, then looked towards Kim. He made one joke towards Ron about going out for Nacos after he fully recovers from his ordeal, knowing that he wouldn't be in the mood to eat anything with meat after what he went through. He mentioned that it was a way of getitng him back for asking for it constantly a while back. He then walked off with Kim walking along with him.
The Ratchet and Kim Possible Chronicles- Another Sitch in Time-Part 15 Finale
After a while, Ron finished with several helpings of the consemme. Dr. Possible then discussed with Clank about the Great Clock along with Wade, Jim and Tim. Mrs. Possible then called everyone to peer into the living room with everyone pleased with what they were seeing. Jim and Tim attempted to rush into the living room to cause some mischief, but their dad stopped them and reminded them about working on a secret project, to which the twins turned their attentions towards and ran off with their father following after them. Wade went off to look over some alien data. Ron, Clank and Rufus stood by and peered into the living room. They were looking towards Kim and Ratchet sitting on the sofa together, asleep while holding hands.
