Willard is a character and possibly a villain from his own name show. People, he has rats to control, if you people know this guy, then run.
Willard is an insane, killing rat man who kills his boss with his entire of rat armies.
He wants revenge on Stein for fired him because of his Rat creation, so he joins Beelzeboss as revenge, he also settles with both R.J. and Cassandra for an unknown reason.
Willard is very much like Shion. Both are murderers but woobies. They are insane killing their friends so many.
