Description[]
Richard Nixon is a corrupt United States president official from the film Black Dynamite. In that universe, he works both as a president, playboy, and a drug cartel leader, where he distributes heroin throughout the world to black male children. After that operation was over, right now in the Multi-Universe, Richard Nixon asks the Kingpin on telephone that he can pardon him and his men of any crimes they committed and make them look like heroes on television for defending against the rival villains threatening Earth, if they sell off his heroin drug to not just male black people but other guy races including non humans to shrink down their private parts. In return he joins the Criminal Empire as one of their members and plans to use his power as the president to help Kingpin frame the hero groups in making them look like the enemy to give them a bad reputation, while being chased off by the G.U.N. soldiers . Now all he needs is the right evidence to frame them and finally prove to every universe that his endowments are bigger than everyone else s.

Nixon talks to the The Meme Judged,Duke Onkled, about framing heroes. Then the two unexpected strongest kid heroes shows up to find the innocents heroes and joins them.
