Madame Kovarian is VERY infamous for forcibly making River Song into an assassin to murder the Doctor. Because of this, she is one of Menslady125's most HATED villains!

Madame Kovarian was among the mysterious cult of villains who seek to capture the hearts of Angewomon and Myotismon.
She attempted to do so...and kill the Doctor...by using a memory crystal to cause all time to happen all at once, which caused a disruption in the flow of time and space, threatening the whole universe! The only way to fix it was if the Doctor died and the original Disney Angels surrendered their hearts.
Luckily, Vector Prime came to the rescue, along with Sailor Gallifrey. Along with Sailor Pluto, they used their powers to set time straight and fix the rift.
Madame Kovarian met her demise at the hands...or rather, breath...of Godzilla, who was angered that she had tried to kill Angewomon.
