Jotaro Kujo is the main protagonist of the 3rd JoJo's Bizarre Adventure storyline, Stardust Crusaders. He appears prominently in Part IV: Diamond is Unbreakable, and again in a key role in Part VI: Stone Ocean.
In Stardust Crusaders, Dio Brando, now known as "DIO", returns from the bottom of the ocean and Jotaro travels to Egypt in order to finally destroy him for both the sake of his heritage, as well as for the life of his mother Holy. Jotaro is the first JoJo introduced with a Stand, and is among the most well-known characters of the series.

Joseph Joestar[]
Jotaro shares a rough relationship with his grandfather, as he does with most-all of his family members, and is often annoyed by his antics but treasures his aid in battles against DIO's minions.
Holy Kujo[]
Holy Kujo is Jotaro's mother and, like with Joseph, he shares a rocky relationship with her. He is often annoyed by her compassionate and cutesy attitude towards him but deeply cares for her, which is ultimately what initiates his journey towards Egypt in order to save her from DIO's curse.
Muhammad Avdol[]
Jotaro remains mostly neutral towards Avdol, as he rarely interacts with him save his encounter with him in the prison and with the D'Arby the Gambler as a few notable exceptions.
