Herodias (15 BC - 39 AD) is an Edomite princess of the Herodian Dynasty of Judaea during the Roman Empire. She is a villainess because she was known for killing John the Baptist. She had been married to Herod Antipas' brother, yet Antipas took her as his own wife anyway.
