Gentoku Himuro (氷室幻徳 Himuro Gentoku) is one of the main villains in Kamen Rider Build. The head of the Touto Institute of Advanced Matter Physics, he also took over the role of Prime Minister of Touto from his then-hospitalized father, a position overshadowed by his superior, Juzaburo Namba.[1]. Gentoku is also the co-founder and former leader of Faust, and the true identity of Night Rogue. He is a mysterious masked figure that is present during Faust's experiments that turn victims into Smash, including the one from Sento Kiryu's memories.[2] The Devil's Scientist. After falling out with Build and being exiled from Touto by his own father, he aligned himself with Seito as their Rider representative, Kamen Rider Rogue (仮面ライダーローグ Kamen Raidā Rōgu).

Description[]

Gentoku is a composed and generally calm man, rarely changing his tone of voice unless agitated. Underneath his cool exterior, he is a man with questionable morals at best: he flirted with a journalist, and referred to Ryuga Banjo and Sento Kiryu as toys, as well as his fiery temper whenever he commands his soldiers. During a conversation with Gentoku, Blood Stalk reveals that Gentoku's goal is to mass produce Kamen Rider technology from his experiments for military use. Gentoku is determined to see this project succeed and will do everything he can to silence or stop anyone who will interfere with this plan. He also didn't hesitate to kill his decoy with his own hand to get press in his favor.

Along with Nariaki Utsumi, Gentoku Himuro first appeared as one of Wataru Kurenai's fellow workers and followers. He easily instructed and mentored Hester Shaw and the Hero Club Heroines to improve themselves better in order kill the enemies one by one. However, he and Kiva's followers fought Tekkadan. However, the fight was excused. He and Wataru's followers need to notify the truths and ideals that they have done foolish things.

After the defeat of The Bruters and the death of Yan Baihu, he and the workers must work together to repair the damaged remains of Gundam Gusion. When he and the heroes arrive on earth. Gentoku and the rest many heroes spend time in order for themselves to be relaxed. However, he and the others were shocked that Yugo Ogami and Alice Tsukagami were kidnapped by Gjallarhorn after Leo Conrad and Sally Land were recruited. He and the heroes must have a meeting with Dr. Dan and his companions. When the meeting was done, he and the heroes continued their journey. Suddenly, he and the heroes were confronted by the combined forces of Yuinshiel Asteria and Vladilena Milizé, including the Sword of Logos Kamen Riders.

Following the defeats of Julieta Juris and the Time Jackers, he and the others had mourned the deaths of Leo Conrad and Sally Land. Himuro and the others continued their journey. He and the heroes went on a meeting with Hina Amano's family and the Fenix Group. In order to continue adventures, he and the heroes train more to get strong with each other.

After the meeting with Hina Amano's family and the Fenix Group, he and the heroes set off to rescue Mana Nagase and her friends from Gunther Prozen's tyranny. So that, he and the heroes can still keep fighting.

Following Thaddeus Valentine's demise, he and the heroes must have a meeting with new recruits. Gentoku has another way to protect his master and his wife.
