Lord Tirek escaped from Tartarus and that carries a Frozen-y empowering theme. He is the villain for the season 4 finale of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic.
He originally came from the 1st generation on MLP (30 Years ago) and when he came back he caused trouble for all people in Equestria even Discord who he played to his fiddle. He is eventually defeated by Twilight and her friends and imprisoned back in Tartarus.
He is voiced by Mark Acheson
