"Going somewhere? What's the matter, cat got your tongue? Ha ha ha ha ha ha!" — Jacques in his monstrous werecat form, as he stops Scooby and Shaggy in their path.

Jacques is a supporting antagonist in Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island. He is a ferryman who secretly worked with Simone Lenoir to achieve immortality by draining the life force of the inhabitants of Moonscar Island.

He was voiced by Jim Cummings.
