Emily was once the princess who guarded Gallifrey, the planet of the Time Lords. But when the Daleks attacked and it was destroyed, she barely escaped with her life. Thankfully, she was found by the Autobots, who took her in and cared for her till she was well. During this time, she fell in love with and married Optimus Prime.
Emily shares a deep friendship bond with the Autobots and their children, and will not stand for them being threatened.
