Dexter is a character from Dexter's Laboratory and hero who made his debut in the story Slade Strikes Back.
Physical Appearance[]
Dexter looks a typical boy expect he wears a lab coat, and gloves. This seems to be his typical outfit and he has red hair.
Slade Strikes Back[]
Dexter appeared as an ally to Dib and his pals in Slade Strikes Back. After the adventure he decided to retire and live normally but he left retirement after The Great Time Travel Adventure and is going to join Lizbeth, Milo and Boomer in The Child Avengers
The Multi-Universal War of Destiny []
Dexter finally returns here and he works with Dib again but this time to stop their unknown enemies Discord and to a lesser extent Sigma. Dexter joins the Membrane Elite and works with the team as mission control mostly since he's a scientist as opposed to a fighter. Dexter advises the team in their fights to save the Republic and Dib, Boomer and X's leading against Loboto. He then somehow learns Discord's true plan with Sophitia and then he and Hiscord seal 18 in a unbreakable shield after Noir's plan goes as planned.
He is given the cure from Cassandra which works on 18.
Multiversal Noir[]
Prologue[]
Dib, Bubbles,Blossom, Bender, Dexter, Nina,Buttecup, Milo, Dexter, Edd and Darkwing are all having their breakfast getting ready for the day. With the exception of Bender, all of them are feeling the same hibernation sickness Boomer has. Boomer shows up and asks if they heard from Lizbeth.
Boomer shows up and asks if they heard from Lizbeth.The group feels a little uncomfortable and Boomer asks what's up. Blossom and Dexter both look a bit nervous and Boomer asks them what's going on. Blossom states that Lizbeth went missing and Dexter states they just found out even though it happened a bit ago. Boomer and Milo feels distressed and Dib tries to comfort both of them about it.
Blossom, Bubbles, Buttercup, Dexter and Darkwing all offer to help Boomer find Lizbeth for him as they know how much she means to him. Edd asks about the time this event happened to Dexter.
Dexter and Blossom both explain to Edd it happened a few months ago and that responce is slow. Bender sarcastically states yeah it's really quick.
Dib, Boomer and Bender all hand their walkie talkie radios to keep in contact. Darkwing and Dexter get their vehciles ready for the rest of the team to board.Dexter ponders that they should be asked though and Skipper adds they should ask Hunson Abadeer as well in case. Starfire and Nina Agree with Skipper in that Hunson Abadeer could have some answers too due to his vast knowledge on the multiverse.
Chapter 1[]
Dexter and the others arrive in London and as they take in the scenery, Dexter teams with the other 2 powerpuff girls and they decide on locating Alucard which Dexter does using his technology to track down the son of Dracula. While intially curious of Dexter and the girls's reason Alucard figures Lizbeth is why.
Through Alucard, Dexter learns of The V Crusaders, Hunson Abadeer and Maka has an encounter with a super vilain in England who they foiled and kicked back for a few weeks. Dexter asks about the "event" in question.
Dexter learns about Armagedon of the weird kind which caused the disappareance of both Lizbeth and Ciel and two other details that Blissina the sister of Blossom, Bubbles and Buttercup was petrfied but saved and that the ring leader was a lawyer with repitalian features. Dexter comments on lawyers being evil is something that he sees so much, he offers to check the database on this person though Alucard mentions he tried this and they got slightly hacked it's like the reptialin lawyer wanted to make sure things didn't lead back to him.
Undaunted, Dexter and Blossom decide to figure out the identify of Toffee themselves as they consider Blissina may know something as Dexter recalls she was working with her firends against a super villain group.
Chapter 2[]
As Dib, Bubbles, Boomer and Nina go to talk to Maka, Blossom goes with Dexter to investigate the lizard lawyer that she heard of. Blossom and Dexter do some looking into it and discover that their lawyer was also a monster general missing a finger and was a Disney Supremacist. Dexter wonders how a guy like him can do so much damage, Blossom states that this guy damaged the reputation of Disney to an extent by attempting conquest, and he did with an inner circle of Disney Villains who thought they had the right to take over because they were Disney
Dexter snarks at how entitled this guy is and finds a name and that his name is so silly, Toffee which Dexter states that a guy with a name based on candy is just ridiculous. Blossom states that as ridiculous as it is, Toffee still managed to do everything that they looked up.
Dexter tries to ask Blossom out and is almost successful until Blossom finds herself receiving a call from Bliss and the two talk about what's being going on and when Blossom mentions Toffee. Bliss tells Blossom that she is familiar with that name and asks if he is a lizard lawyer with a missing finger and Blossom confirms this and Bliss states she'll tell Blossom about what she knows on Toffee if she likes. Blossom agrees with this and decides to get Buttercup and Bubbles
they discuss Blossom's phone call she received from Bliss. Bubbles is curious why Bliss called them and Blossom tells her that she wanted to check up on them and that she may have knowledge for them regarding their findings which she reveals had something to do with their lizard lawyer also being a monster general and was a Disney supremacist.
With this knowledge the girls as well as Bender on contact convince Boomer to see Bliss as she does have some info about the event that happened and that they should see her before Hunson. Blossom does tell Dexter he's on when they get to Townsville and after they talk to Bliss
Chapter 3[]
Dexter and Blossom both are at a park with a picnic basket and discuss what Blissina said about Toffee and Team Free Will. Blossom is curious more about how to figure out Marcy's role in this as she has a better idea in regards to how she found out where they live and knew about the vaccines and all that. Dexter looks into it and finds out something on Marcy. They learn she is a chief ranger of the Newtopia Night Guard and has a chief role in the Newtopian empire
Blossom decides to look into the empire as well alongside Dexter though Dexter does keep a ear on the fact Bubbles, Dib and Boomer tried to get a contact to Bender about Marcy and mnetioned this to him. Dexter decides to tell Skipper, Starfire and Heloise about this.
Chapter 4[]
Dexter arrives at the Nightosphere with Blossom, Dib, Bubbles, Boomer, Buttercup and Nina all visit Hunson and ask about the London Attack. Hunson confirms to Dexter and the others with his knowledge on both this and Weirdmagedon. Dexter comments on the oddly adimable relationship between Lizbeth and Hunson despite being arch enemies as Hunson refers to himself being "off clock" at that point.
Hunson gives Dexter and the group the info they're looking and answering every question he can.Dexter asks secretly about Newtopia due to his lack of knowledge with Blossom, Hunson knows a bit but not too much about Newtopia as he has been trying to learn some info on the area himself.
Hunson gives the team a location alongisde The V Crusaders to find said locale to find Lizbeth and Ciel and decides to go there himself with V, Alucard, Zero, Ciel and Maka to find this locale to join them.
Chapter 5[]
Dexter and the crew arrive back at London nowwith Lizbeth and Ciel both in sight for the team and with everyone going to look for her, Dexter joins them
However, this is failure as it turns out that neither Ciel or Lizbeh is there apart from clothing and shoes. Dexter is led to believe they're dead as this is beyond his scientific mind. That night he joins Dib, Bender, Bubbles, Boomer, Milo, Nina, Edd and Darkwing in mounring for Lizbeth.
Countdown
Dexter joins Dib and his friends in going to Batman's funeral and while not seeing him as an inspiration like Darkwing does, he does respect the caped crusader and asks Utonium to see what he can find on Batman's killer. Before they can, they are trapped by The Conspiracy in there by Countdown. They are saved after cracking some of the truth of Batman's death and led to safety by Professor Membrane who is an acquaintce of Professor Utonium.

Chapter 3: Solider Boy's Final Stand[]
Dib, Bubbles, Milo, Blossom, Buttercup, Darkwing Duck, Edd, Nina Cortex, Boomer, Skipper, Starfire, Heloise and Dexter are all sucked up into the future. Dexter was inventing at the time a new invention and dealing with Dee Dee annoying him. This was when he was sucked into the future respectively. They all go looking for where they are. Dexter, Blossom and Heloise figure out they're out in the future. They nearly get attacked by some soldiers so they can go to the next house which ends up Chloe's. As it's summer Chloe decides to help out and explain the situation.
Dib, Bubbles, Milo, Blossom, Buttercup, Darkwing Duck, Edd, Nina Cortex, Boomer, Skipper, Starfire, Heloise and Dexter follow Chloe and they meet Commander Mcbragg who decide to help them. They are encountered by Skullface who was trying to have the Commander killed. Dib and the others help deal with Skullface and deal with Payback 2.0, Dexter looks to investigate them with Skipper to see who this guy is.
However this get complicated by Sharon Carter and Solider Boy who arrive on the scene and they fight the two to a stalemate.
Dib, Bubbles, Milo, Blossom, Buttercup, Darkwing Duck, Edd, Nina Cortex, Boomer, Skipper, Starfire, Heloise and Dexter all get the information they need from what SB is up to. They and Mcbragg work to get away from the Soliders fighting them all at many times. This is until they see Colonel Kit Coyote and Sergant Oakely Homa who work with them to get the heroes though Commander Mcbragg gives up his life for them. As they return, they see Jimmy, Jorgen, Kowalski, Private, Rico, Phineas, Isabella and Marceline who are relieved to see them home and ask what happened with them. They explain in a quick way what really happened with them.
Personality[]
Dexter is an arrogant class know-it-all, and prides himself on rarely being proved wrong. This is contradicted by his experiments being duds. He is prone to believing urban myths that are fed to him, which often cloud his judgment and superstitions.He also struggles to fit in with others not uncommon with kid heroes. as his intelligence and arrogance drives others away.
Strangely he and Gosalyn share a voice actor much like Bender does with Hans and the Joker.
