Coruscant (originally called Notron) is a world from Star Wars.
Coruscant is a planet located in the Galactic Core Region. It served as the capital of the Galactic Republic, Galactic Empire, and the New Republic(formerly the Rebel Alliance) respectively.
The surface of the planet is all one big city, which points of interest include the Jedi Temple, University of Coruscant, Senate Building, Coruscant Underworld, Galactic Museum, and others.

Coruscant was attacked in the storyline, leading up to the story's beginning. Many believe it to be the doing of the Republic of Duloc. But is this actually true?
Fire Rebellion Storyline[]
Coruscant is a major Order of the Just world. It serves as the Order's overall capitol. It also serves as the home world of David Johnson.
Ultimate Story[]
Coruscant made its first appearance in Ultimate Story 4. After Fox and his friends as well as the Benders and the Jedi that they just met fought off the Heartless threat on Christophsis, they made there way to Coruscant where they first met Padme. Fox and the other captains left the dimension after leaving that dimension in the hands of the Benders while promising to return every now and again.
The group made Coruscant their main base. There, they had a bedroom of their own as well as a training grounds that the Jedi Council agreed to build for them. The Benders spent most of their time on this planet, it is also of many places in the galaxy that the Heartless have showed up in the most due to the massive population on the planet.
