Toffee is the true main antagonist of Star vs. the Forces of Evil and the series. Toffee is very serious, and is far more threatening and competent than Ludo or his minions. He is a lizardman with the dress style of Patrick Bateman.
He has a history with Star's Mother and Queen Butterfly despises him because he murdered her mother. This action also led to Toffee and King Andrias's fallout as allies due to Andiras's respect for Comet and Andrias killing Toffee's King Seth.
Toffee is the top disciple of Bill Cipher and the leader of Cipher's Cult and is the other leader of the ressurected Weirdmagedon Cult where Toffee's goal is to become the Disney King with the logic that Disney is the dominat IP of the multiverse and if he puts himself in charge, he'll rule the multiverse. Basically he desires Disney supremacy
Toffee also has a long history with Glossayrck as well where they are very familiar with each other to the point they are remarkably casual in their conversations and they have known each other since Toffee's teenage bad boy days.
Phase 3[]

Toffee appears as one of the four grand masters of the Legion of Past, Present and Future Evil where he is allied with Eobard Thawne, Deathstroke and The Joker in their grand plans. He is ranked only slightly below Deathstroke and Joker who lead the old and new villains meaning he has command over the legion other than the trio.
Toffee was one of the first recurits by Eobard Thawne who brought him in alongside The Joker and Deathstroke who all joined to achieve what they sought. Toffee soughts revenge on The Butterfly Family and to destroy magic, in his allaince. He is then seen spying on Bender and his friends with his spy camera as his assignment from Thawne. Toffee then goes with The Joker and Eobard to attack Slade's forces and is the one who led the attack on the ensemble while the two ambush Slade, he also got in contact with Deathstroke who has been recuriting the forces.
Toffee, The Joker, Thawne and Deathstorke all discuss their plans after Deathstroke returns from his recuritment to infrom the now formed legion of their plans. Toffee brings everybody in and isn't assigned to either side of Thawne's group while the other two lead their own groups as he gets Thawne the cromoskimmer.
Toffee joins Thawne in going back to 2010 and works alongside The Joker per Thawne's instructions to after Slade when he arrives, Since Thawne feels Joker is too unstable and that killing Bender or Slade now means they put their own goal at risk. He Accompanies The Joker and his team and navigates them through Slade's old lair to lead an attack. Toffee next schemes with Thawne to use Rick to find the Vortex Regulator which both him and Thawne follow him and the others as soon as they find it. He and Thawne get interfered by JImmy and the others, though Toffee takes some rocks of his own and presents them to Thawne, Deathstroke and The Joker believing they can make their own vortex regulator hands for their own compass or amulet while trying to get the real pieces. He also helps Darkwarrior capture and arrest Slade for his crimes. He is next seen discussing the results of Deathstroke's plan against Slade's Ensemble, then meets with Thawne, Deathstroke and Joker as they arrange their next plan to steal the power/magic of Disney to keep Bender and Slade from getting it and to awaken some forgotten Disney Villains to help them
Younger Toffee
Toffee travels with Thawne and The Joker to the well with Darkwarrior Duck and Tarus Bulba leading them and manages to arrive there at the same time as the heroes. He manages to awake some forgotten Disney Villains in NOS-4A2 and Mandarin to assist them in their war. This is also where he meets Star and Marco once again as they joined Bender and Skipper.
He Took Majin Buu out of his current timeline due to a break in time. At Toffee's own little hideout, Thawne tells Toffee that he expects the replica of the amulet to be made and complete like the old one. Toffee reassures Eobard, he will just that and that Thawne shouldn't worry. Eobard admits he isn't, he just says that he wants a backup plan incase Bender doesn't give it to them and loses from them. Mandarin and NOS-4A2 afterward enter with news that they have seeked out someone new, to join them. Toffee is curious who it is but Mandarin having searched the guide of dangerous and mysterious multiverse beings tell him that they must find the right time to bring in this one, which NOS-4A2 says will be done.
The Flying Dutchman manages to bring his ghost ship up to take the team to where Toffee is currently residing. Toffee has expected their arrival and this is when Celes approachs him and threatens him to send Buu back to his timeline. Toffee just sics NOS-4A2 on her and Mandarin joins with Leonard and Lisa working against them both with their guns respectively. Thawne then speeds in once again and brings an attack on Slade and the rest. Toffee uses this to make his getaway as he informs Thawne, that he better not get carried away since The Time Wraiths are still after him.
Thawne and Toffee make sure to go find the other legends. Toffee also takes NOS-4A2 and Mandarin with him as he mentions that they must find an another ally to their cause which Mandarin wonders who as does NOS-4A2 but Toffee is pretty sure who it is.
Toffee keeping his eyes on the Legends is one to note what's he hearing and decides to give the info over to Thawne or Deathstroke as Both of them are very knowledable, he also checks his own device in tracking a future ally for him and his trio.
Upon stopping in a cave, Grovyle and Kyle are still awake at night and decide to search for the time gear themselves. The Two of them go further into the cave using Kyle's magic as a light while Grovyle leads the way using his senses to notice any danger. Kyle asks about the gears and Grovyle reveals there are 5 Time Gears and that he is collecting them to keep time from splitting further and that he has 1. After a bit of talking, the two find the gear and before Grovyle gets it . NOS-4A2 emerges out of the shadows and tries to bite Grovyle with Kyle planning to attack him where Mandarin ambushes him and grabs him with Toffee emering there congratluating them for finding the Time Gear and that using them was the key. Toffee takes the Gear for himself and searachs Grovyle's pocket taking the 2nd one.
As Toffee, Mandarin and NOS-4A2 go together they take the time gears and Toffee presents them to Thawne. Thawne pleased with this and speeds off and puts them back in the base, deciding to keep Grovyle from this.
Toffee, Mandarin, Thawne and NOS-4A2 all observe the Time Gears and believe they will have to wait for the 3rd one to show it's self. Toffee also decides to send NOS-4A2 on a personal Mission.
Toffee takes a backseat as he undercovers more of the spear without attacking anyone and is eavesdropped on Ford and Lydia, where they discover some of his plans. Toffee recruits Rodney to help him, Mandarin and NOS-4A2 with their plan which Toffee has made for a master he has aligned himself. When The Titans minus Starfire find out about this, Toffee has his 3 partners kill them to make sure his tracks are covered. He also goes with Deathstroke, Joker and Thawne to kill Alchemy and Scott. After fighting Star and Marco a few more times
Toffee leads the team throughout their missions when Joker and Deathstroke don't and manages to acquire a few part of the spear of destiny. Toffee uses simple plans to get what he wants and keeps himself quiet. Through Toffee's strategies, the Legion gets the spear of destiny and Toffee grabs it with his 3 partners. Toffee has Star and Marco in his own room as trophies, mounted to his wall, Toffee reveals he left Her mother live as cruel mercy and just leaves, Joker notices that he is calm of Deathstroke betraying the legion. Toffee leads the legion in his general plans with Thawne and Joker to defeat the heroes. Toffee does not attack anyone and finds The Legion's followers and advises them and they question him and what he wants out of the legion. Marie shows up next to him, revealing her death was something Toffee set up and that they are getting close to the time of awakening.
Toffee and The Joker find Thawne and trap the enemies, where Toffee betrays Thawne and The Joker and unleashes his master Bill Cipher through Marie who hosted him and his other henchmen by smashing the rift Lydia got from Ford. Toffee has Thawne killed through Black Flash and then kills Joker when he steals dip from Joker and makes a dip bomb and kills Joker with it after Bill rearranges Joker's face. Toffee reveals that Alchemy/Marie got her powers from him having manipulated the timeline through giving the Philosopher's Stone and then writing a prognosis to have Marie be the chosen vessel for Bill, which she accepts.
Toffee nearly kills the characters but is stopped. Toffee enters the castle with the other followers and reveals Thawne and Joker's deaths at Deathstroke's hands and that Toffee will take over to defeat the others. He, NOS-4A2 and Mandarin go to Bill and Toffee tells Cipher that he has kept the others out of the dark about Bill Cipher and they will start right way
Toffee invades Disney Castle with NOS-4A2 and Mandarin and takes over as king of Disney, with Bill raising his own castle for himself. Bill Cipher and him take the matters to destory most potential hideouts for the heroes to make sure they lose. Toffee however notes that the heroes will find a hideout and friends eventually, He also decides to keep his eye on them.
He realizes that many of the heroes are on Mewni and Toffee realizes he can destory the Magic Comission and take revenge on Moon. He and NOS-4A2 collect a magic amulet from Bill so Toffee can take matters in his own hands while the army attacks Mewni. Toffee sneak in during the battle and equips his amulet and with the energy vampire he paralyzes Moon and then the Magic Comission fights Toffee but Toffee easily over powers them and then Moon goes to battle her old enemy, in which Toffee still has a easy upperhand against Moon. Toffee then impales Moon with a magic saber killing her and then does the same with every other member of the comission. Deathstroke and Guzma show up and Toffee coldly states that they're gone and it's their fault. Toffee walks out satisfied that he destroyed Mewni's royalty.
Toffee gets back to Cipher announcing his succees but points out that it's time to get the spear and that he has a way through using Starfire and Marceline. But Bill believes Lydia is the answer to this due to what he knows and Toffee threatens the team and tries to blackmail Lydia to hand him the spear or he kills Starfire and Marceline.
Refusing, Lydia goes after him and Bill Cipher. Skipper, Deathstroke and Bender all proceed to take on Toffee in 2 phases with Toffee being victorius in the 1st one and he blasted to bones and goo upon the 2nd round, but not before nearly killing Lydia with Bill's assistance as he left to kill her for the spear.
Toffee arrives on Deathstroke's door saying that he won't be defeated that the three do not make the plans and he does and that only he know how it all turn out when Slade, Anti Cosmo and Heloise drop pillars on Toffee saying "It turns out you're dead"
Phase 4[]
After being the final villain faced in Phase 3, Toffee resurfaced as the main villain of Return of the Weirdmageddon Cult and the overarching post humorous villain of the storyline with his actions playing a role in the rest of the storyline for Team Free Will as well as Bender and Slade's Ensemble as well. This makes Toffee alongside Dr.Nefarious Tropy the main villain of phase 4.
Return of The Weirdmageddon Cult[]
Toffee's severed finger is found by Bill Cipher who finds his skeletion in the wrecked timeline he created and severed it back to Toffee to bring him to back. Toffee and BIll Cipher both return to the permanent timeline after watching the orginial timeline be destroyed. Toffee and Bill Cipher decide to rewrite their plans as a result and rebuild their alliance with other villains the duo can find. Toffee is the main antagonist of the story and is one of the 2 main villains alongside his partner/boss Bill Cipher.
Chapter 1[]
Bill Cipher comes back from the dead albeit very weakned and he used his influence to recruit some disney villains into his service in the form of Ushari, Glomgold, The Reform Segant and even Lord Dominator and to bring back his 3 other disciples Mandarin, Toffee and Nos-4A2 which they are sucessful at. Some Introductions later, Bill and Toffee take action to resume their plot to bring Weirdmageon and whatever Toffee really wanted.
Bill also desires revenge on Lydia, Ford and possibly Lincolin for his last defeat and considering the threat that Ford and Lydia brings to him. Toffee questions why just them when considering Bender and his friends also had a hand in his defeat like Lydia, Lincolin and Ford did, this point being something Mandarin and NOS-4A2 agree on. Bill states that the three are right in that assessment but he has nothing personal against Bender and his friends, and also states that while Cleo and Amanda had a hand too, he mainly just wants the trio as his targets and doesn't want to get the attention of the others. Toffee unlike his comcrades does notice Ford and makes a beeline with NOS-4A2 to follow him. Bill CIpher, Mandarin and the rest of the group decide to set up base and recruit followers. Toffee and NOS-4A2 stalk Ford and Rick who the former found and Toffee finds out yes Ford will find Lydia and decides to not wait around for a simple time and lead an attack on the kids himself with NOS-4A2 and Lord Dominator when he returns.
An Armsdealer with a tommy gun known as Pinstripe shows up to Toffee and NOS-4A2 with weaponry he stole for Bill from Hell to use against the kids. Toffee pleased sets out with NOS-4A2 and Lord DOminator who Pinstripe called to attack the kids while Toffee orders Pinstripe to do something to Ford's Bunker.
While Ford does save the kids, Toffee is still satsified in that Stanford did what he planned and thanks to his general Rattiscore he knows where Lincolin and Ford live while Mandarin who was on his recuriting missions with Bill Cipher found out Cleo's home and even captured some mermaids. Bill explains to his new henchman his plans and what his cult is intending to accomplish, after this he sends his top new henchman out to his plans. Toffee as he spies on Ford and the others in the damaged bunker as he has Pinstripe put a bug there to observe them asks Bill what doesn't he just do his plans himself and kill his enemies right now. Bill confesses to Toffee that his ressurection did come with a price, he had to come back weakend and recurited the Disney VIllains to help him restore his power and influence.
Chapter 2[]
Toffee, NOS-4A2, and Lord Dominator have been capturing Disney Heroes and either jailed them or turned them into trophies with Dark Cannons which Professor Poopypants invented and ran by the Drill Segant with help from Morag and Grime. Afterwards he places Emma and Rikki, the two best friends of Cleo Setori in a machine for brainwashing purposes that was invented by his scientists Silco and Professor Poopy pants.
Bill Cipher and Toffee learn from Immortus about the magic in the boiling isles and it's ability to regenerate some of Bill's power. Intirggued by this Bill sends the Gang Green gang and Sasha to acquire now that Toffee has taken care of any threat to them. Toffee also took a part in capturing Cricket Green of Big City Greens, and he was refered to as a lawyer like chalemon who attacked his family and had Chip and Glomgold with him as they demolished his farms.
Chapter 3[]
Chip Whistler calls Toffee and tells him that he has located the escapeees
Toffee looking unamused with a location tells Chip that means nothng if he hasn't caught them, Chip points out he's working on it. Chip calls Toffee with Cricket as an uncosnciouss hostage which Toffee takes back his comment slightly and tells him to bring him back to the Boiling Isles but Chip states he wants to dispose of Cricket himself. Toffee knowing his grudge on the kid, concedes and tells him to take the approach he wants, he earned it. Cricket wakes up and finds Chip and Glmogold facing him and he demands his friends/family back and what Chip did to them. Chip having learned from his previous mistakes decides to just have Glmogold tie up Cricket in the room and have him eaten alive. He has Grime and Sasha ring up Cricket to be eaten alive.
After his checkup on Chip, he works on his own plans to ambush Team Free Will so he alongside Bill decide to attack directly and gets NOS-4A2, Mandarin, Warden, Abra Kadabra, Lord DOminator, Morag, Luv, Ace and Big Billy to help him. Toffee proves more than capable of this when he and Bill both get Ford and Doc in their sights and maplutate their reactions to cause some repair. He is also found by Qui Gon who he fights and kills with some help from Bill Cipher. After escaping, Toffee presents what he found to his team and it turns out he was in the area obtaining a jewel to use to power a special device created by Poppy Pants and Slico and instills it to his hencman to use in The Boiling Isles.
He, Bill and NOS-4A2 discuss the Warden's death which they all show apathy though as Toffee points out he was not a worthy foe to bring into their true end game which involves them and what will become of the rest of the allies.
Chapter 4[]
Toffee meets his Disney Villains allies, NOS-4A2, Mandarin, Lord Dominator, Grime, Sahsa, Glomgold, Ushari and Chip Whistler and discusses the next step of his plot. He has found a lot of traces of unicorn hair around a set of space stations which is being used to restrain Bill's power and that he intends to remove it. Chip Whistler who also did his own research states that it may not be the only traces around the multiverse and that they might need to more scouting to do the job more effectively. Toffee however tells Chip he has a special ally on the job and NOS-4A2, Grime and Sasha sent her off for a while ago, as the latter two met her at the Boiing Isles. Glomgold and Lord Dominator have gotten the latter's spaceship intending to use it as a way to get there for the crew. Mandarin pushs Glomgold out of the way and decides to coplilot with Lord Dominator. Ushari who's been tracking the group states that Ford and the kids seem to be in the area and that this might present an opporunity.
Toffee and NOS-4A2 agree with the former deciding to get direct against Team Free Will. Lord Dominator and Mandarin start up the ship but Morag wants to join Toffee and she wants to put a head on both Lincolin and Lydia thanks to being nearly killed by the latter. Chip refuses since she's not a Disney villain and she needs to keep an eye on the others, Morag states that she has and Pandora was stablized in part to Luv and that should be enough. Mandarin and Toffee believe a good approach to take Emma and Rikki with Morag and instead of going after Cleo go after Lydia instead as NOS-4A2 had the rest of the non Disney Villains on one of his own plans.
Back with The cult, Promethus presents Toffee with the Ibuki Tropy, Toffee while disastisfied that he didn't get Anne, Luz, Cricket or Marcy Wu realizes that he can use this to his own advantage and Grodd knows what Toffee is plotting and offers to do the work himself. Toffee being pleased with Grodd, Luv, Lalo and Promtethus agrees and praises Lalo for his ingeniusness. Ace still reeling from Grodd and Luv's Cruelty toward Luz calls them for going too far for a mere ninja like Ibuki, Luv rebuffs him and states that it was a necessary decision. Arturo asks Toffee what is the next plan and Toffee states that he'll tell them later.
Toffee calls for Mandarin and Nos-4A2 and tells them the success of the operation. Mandarin and NOS-4A2 both tell Toffee that they told the other disney villains about Toffee's plot and they are on board with Sasha and Grime being the only hold outs but NOS-4A2 is convinved that they'll see it their way. Toffee states as long as the other villains don't find out about this plan their scheme will go with minor interuptions and as long as Grodd, Promethus, Luv and Lalo are still useful he'll keep around and with Fern dead, that's one lesser pawn to deal with later. Toffee alsos announce that have acquired more unicorn hair which was used to conceal Bill Cipher that NOS-4A2 cut alongside one of Toffee's currently unknown allies.
Chapter 5[]
Toffee and his henchmen are in a hidden base in Newtopia and is observing that he has all his enemies in one spot. Ford, Lydia and co, The Disney kids and his old comrade King Andrias who worked in his army before becoming king. NOS-4A2 arrives back with more unciorn hair cut out which Toffee praises him for his efficency and NOS-4A2 has a message from his contact.
Toffee takes the message and it's from his ally Odalia Blight who Toffee and NOS-4A2 have aqquainted themselves with her. Odalia presents to the two all the unicorn hair she acquired herself to assist Toffee in his plans. She has also gotten some more techonology to use at their dipsoal in exchange for being let in on his real plan. Toffee admits that Odalia has seen through him and agrees to let her in on the real plan. Mandarin questions why she's part of the group, Toffee states that he needed someone with connections and magic and that Belos wasn't accepting his deal. Lord Dominator receives Odalia's deilivery and Chip Whistler sends Odalia her payment.
Toffee, NOS-4A2, Madnarin, Lord Dominator and Chip Whistler meet N.Tropy introduces himself to Toffee with the intent to assist him in his plans, Toffee is suspcious and points what can he provide. N.Tropy has arrived from a time and has seen the future where he intends to prevent the defeat of the cult, Toffee is further suspicous of this knowledge due to how blatant N.Tropy is. Mandarin is dimssive as well as Morag who both say they don't need him as they have Proffessor Poopypants and Silco as Scientists. N.Tropy unimpressed asks if their scientists can do this, He straights out kills Slico and Poopypants pointing out that Toffee's scientists aren't up to par.
N.Tropy states that the gorilla will be kept alive at the moment as his power, Toffee observes this and decides to let N.Tropy in the cult which he accepts. Toffee's other disney allies question him about this inclusion, but Toffee admits he needs an eye on the Doctor. Captain Grime, Sasha, Glomgold, Ushari, The Gang Green gang and Promethus return to the base and and they have set up the plan and that the army is ready. Toffee is pleased with this and asks Sasha and Grime about the heroes and they have seen them. Bill Cipher and Toffee then meet up and talk to one another about their true plan and their coup of Newtopia.
Toffee states that he has N.Tropy in here because he needs to figure out what he wants and with him and that his sciecne might be suprerior to Poopypants and Silco who he is revelived to see taken out. Bill Cipher feels that this will make their elite more powerful.
Toffee with dynamite in his hand heads to an place close to the castle and lights it before leaving the scene and allowing his army into Newtopia before leaving the scene and allowing his army into Newtopia led by Sasha, Grime and the Toads which gets the attention of both sides.
Toffee steps out of a portal and grabs Mandarin before he attacks Ford again telling him it would be most unwise to do so. Ford confronts Toffee about his attack on the kingdom. Toffee states to Ford that this is just a prelude and once it is done, he will set his true plans in play and that means the end or subjaction of anyone who opposes them and his brand. Ford tries to understand that last part as Toffee leaves.
Toffee and his crew return and he doesn't seem too fazed but does feel that things could be more complicated so he needs to put a play in action. Toffee orders Luv and Grodd down stairs to do so. With them out, Toffee and NOS-4A2 discuss they need to make sure they don't know they intend to off them eventually when the time comes for them as Disney Villains to rise and conquer the multiverse
Luv and Grodd present Evil Ibuki to Toffee, pleasing him that he has turned her into a pandora warrior and Tofee decides to have be an asassin. He also decided to get rid of all pandora, to prevent others from getting an lead on him through. Toffee orders Ibuki to get a clan for them, as they will need more and Ibuki agrees.
Chapter 6[]
Back at Bill Cipher's castle, Toffee and Bill Cipher are holding their meeting with NOS-4A2, Mandrain, Sasha, Glomgold and Chip Whistler about their next ploy. Toffee mentioned he did some real damage to Newtopia weakening King Andrias's forces, but know that Marcy and co have made an alignace with Team Free Will now they must play more undercovers. Bill Cipher extends to that The disney villains must keep their agenda away from the other non disney villains as they must not know that Bill and Toffee are going to dispose of the non Disney allies they have as Toffee wants a group full of Disney Villains to conquer the multiverse. Mandarin offers to do the job himself with his arm grown back, Toffee disagrees and states that they must get the most of out of the non Disney Villains before dipsoing of them and before he becomes the King of Disney.
NOS-4A2 informs Toffee he will make sure the plan stays on track and considering his track record this will work. Toffee recongizes NOS-4A2's track record and asks him to spy on Team Free Will and report back to him when he finds them. NOS-4A2 agrees and asks Mandarin and Sasha to come along. Sasha and Mandarin both follow NOS-4A2 and the trio set off. Toffee also gives orders to Glomgold and Chip Whistler to keep their money making operation s up at Whistler Casinos that Chip and Glomgold set up. Chip asks Toffee to send someone to help them and Toffee concedes and requests Pinstripe to assist them and Pinstripe agrees due to this being about money.
N.Tropy shows up and decides to go find out where Team Free Will is too, and Toffee decides to allow it as N.Tropy make actually know where they're going. N-Tropy tells Toffee he does know and he will wait for Toffee's allies. N-Tropy also reveals as he travels that he is aware of Toffee's plan to dispose of his allies and decides to play the long game and wait for Toffee to make his next move.
N0S-4A2 contacts Bill Cipher and Toffee and informs them of where Ford and Lydia are, they're in Austraila where Mandarin was quite a bit go. Toffee feels that they are trying to stop what N-Tropy set in place with the mermaids. Bill thinks that this might work for them as they will be putting a bit of their time into curing them, N-Tropy concurs with this and decides he'll continue his vilgante eye on Team Free Will and just leaves. N0S-4A2 comments he hates it when N-Tropy does that.
General Immortus offers to openly invade the island with his robots and that'll slow down the efforts. Toffee refuses the General's plan, as he states that N0S-4A2, Sasha and Mandarin there already, it won't be needed. Immortus scolds Toffee for relying on the three of them, Though Toffee shoots back with that he cannot risk a public or a personal attack in just an island, The only reason he did that in Newtopia was his rivalry with Andrias and he wants to attack more subtly.
Toffee also states that it won't be worth his time at the moment, he must make an plot to attack Team Free Will in a seculded area to draw less attention. This has been what his plans are about as every direct attack he made was not in a massive populated area for a reason. Odalia comes foward with an idea for Toffee's decision
Toffee asks her input and Odalia feels that there is a way to play subtle and she knows the person to get, Toffee is on the same wave length and using N-Tropy's dimension traveler he sends Odalia off. Ibuki reports to Toffee about her and the duo's success. Grime states that they have succeeded in their mission for Toffee and that Ibuki is now the queen of the clan. Ibuki states she killed off the leader and that they have fallen to her control. Toffee is pleased with this sucess and promotes her to one of his right hand men and gives her another task.
Toffee is with Grime, Grodd, Morag and Immortus as they observe Mako Island. Toffee tells his henchmen that they will be the next stop to attack, Grime asks Toffee why there. Toffee explains the island is remote so no attention will be brought to them and that it'll be swift but efficent. Grodd and Immortus are placed in front of the pack for the attack, Toffee tells Morag that they must be ready for the heavy hitters and that he must do some real damage to Team Free Will. Morag asks about Ibuki and Luv, Toffee intends to have Ibuki join the plot but after her other mission and as for Luv. Chip requests her to head to Whistler Casinos to keep an eye on anyone who suspects Chip and Toffee's scheme.
Toffee is proud of Ibuki's success and tells her she has earned the right to help at Mako Island and sends her and the clan overthere. Toffee points that with Luv now gone, that is one less person for Lalo to talk into betraying him and one more step to his endgoal as King of Disney.
Chapter 7[]
Sid and King overhear something and it's a bit of a loud talk between Toffee, Mandarin, Don Karnage and Grime about damaging Karnage's ship on the way over to Mako Island. Sid overhears that Toffee commented that he was just folowing what NOS-4A2 told him and realizes Toffee had his eye on them through the vampire, Toffee states that his friend N0S-4A2 won't have his damaged teeth fixed for nil. Grime asks Toffee what's the play, and Toffee explains that he must silence someone who knows too much and someone who can provide a problem. Mandarin is eager to already go for the kill and Don Karnage tells him to keep his eagnerss in control and wait for Toffee to make his decision. Mandarin moans and Toffee waves his hand at the monkey and tells Grime and Don Karnage to assembe the crew and after this he will have fish soup or something sea foodish and that he must see who is next to dipose in regards to the Disney plan.
Toffee attacks and strands everyone apart from each other thank to him having Ibuki and the Genki Clan smoke bomb everyone. Toffee decides now he can proceed with his plot and sends off his allies except Ushari who he asks to accompany him in finding the mermaids as they're his actual targets. Ushari agrees and goes ahead of Toffee and the two start looking for Cleo and her friends.
Toffee has personaly ambushed Cleo, Emma and Riki and is fighting them 3 on one for a bit, and Toffee despite out numbered does fare for himself and has scored quite a few hits on them. Emma tells Toffee that it's over and that they can end him. Toffee states that he isn't done yet and summons Ushari who bites Emma and then Rikki who both struggle to stay up due to the poison. TOffee mentions that he had them distracted and had the snake bite the two in their weak spots, which he made metallic when brainwashing them and made a weak spot there for them to be bitten about
Cleo trys to stop Toffee, but Toffee manages to avoid the shot and knocks her over with his tail. He then impales Emma and Rikki with his tail in those weak spots and drops them down. Lewis tries to stop Toffee, but he is also impaled by Toffee in the head and then throws him to the side where Ibuki imaples him with the claw.
Toffee taunts Cleo that she is took weak to fight him alone despite her powers and decdies to kill her by having Ushari replicate the work he did to the other two. Thankfully Ford with Cricket and Louise stop Ushari from delivering the bite with a few whacks by a golf club.
Toffee notices Ford who stopped this and He tells Cricket and Louise to check on the other 3 bodies. Ford is prepared to save Cleo who is too shocked at what Toffee did to do something against Toffee. Cricket and Louise manage to find the other bodies and Louise figures out that Toffee has techinally killed Emma, Rikki and Lewis singlehandy with the snake. Ford tells Cleo she needs to leave as Toffee has more than proved himself capable of doing her in. Cleo wants to attack Toffee and uses her powers for it. Ushari attempts another bite but Marcy Wu pins him with her crossbow and Lincoln and Lydia arrive too which Toffee finds out is because of Lincoln's sense tingling
Toffee seems suprised that Lincoln could do just that. Ford, Lydia, Lincoln, Cricket, Louise and Marcy Wu are ambushed by the Geki Clan who Toffee sent to keep them distracted from the real plan. Cleo pretty much furious with Toffee uses her aerokienesis powers of water as she wanted to keep this power for the most drastic situations
Toffee is affected but he is still coming at her, he just struggles more until he summons Ibuki who sneaks up behind Cleo and grabs her, as well as tying her hands up to stop her powers. Toffee tells Cleo that she will never be able to stop him as she is timid, weak and foolish to think she could stop him alone, when he was able to off her friends. Toffee then impales Cleo with his tail to the shock of Lydia, Lincoln and Ford
Toffee then throws Cleo in the ocean as a way for her to go out. Lydia jumps into the ocean wanting to save Cleo which has Marcy, Ford and Lincoln try to stop her. Lincoln though decides to save her too. Ford calls Lincoln on making this dumb decision, but Lincoln tells ord he is not leaving Lydia like this, Ford states while noble this is a perfect opporunity for Toffee to kill them too.
A Portal opens and it's King Andiras with his sword and saves Marcy and Ford from the Geki Clan and Toffee is suprised that the king has shown himself. King Andrias and Toffee shoot death glares at each other at this is the first time in a while they have seen each other, he tells Marcy to go as he has this and the two duel each other.
Marcy states that Andiras also showed up to stop Toffee from killing Lydia, Lincoln and themselves as the duo tried to save Cleo's limp body. Lydia still acquired a scale of Cleo's mermaid body and intends that they must burry it, Louise thinks it's pretty cool Lydia got even that. Lincoln adds despite his new found strength he just didn't have enough breath to save her from possibly drowning.
Toffee and Ibuki both watch the rest of the villains get back and Toffee praises Ibuki for played her part in his goal in Mako Island to silence off Emma, Rikki and Cleo, he acknowledges her clan is well trained and disclpined which is what he likes in an army. Ibuki bows to Toffee in that he has avenged N0S-4A2's injury. Which Toffee ageed in that N0S-4A2 will feel better now that they got back at the heroes. Ibuki adds that Grodd and the Gang Green Gang surived, Toffee admits that he suspects that Lalo must have saved the latter group and that he must up his game.
Toffee toasts to his success with N.Tropy who Toffee congratures for a job well done regarding the mermaids and Toffee decides to set his next opeation to set up for Bill's return with his other disney villains. N-Tropy makes contact to a unknown ally and tells said ally that he has succeeded in hurting the geek dyad and that it's time to take the next step.
Toffee and Bill Cipher discuss that weirdmageon is upon them and Toffee decides to prepare for it further by using his connections of Disney universes to gather all the resources needed for his conquest. Bill remembers what their plan is, and tells Toffee to put a good show when the time comes and that Toffee is false enginerring heroics as soon as Bill takes over so the populace will accept Toffee as the ruler.
Bill Cipher snaps his fingers and a chessboard appears as the two move pieces around as they stragetize their next move.
, Bill Cipher and Toffee find Team Free Will and Bill can't wait to see what Ford would say regarding his bunker. Toffee states that a backup plan might be in mind, He contacts his Disney Villains and checks on their progress regarding the areas he hasn't touched yet. Ushari who tracked the heroes reports to the two.
After checking on the villains and scolding Grime and Sasha for laziness, Toffee tells Ushari to get Chip Whistler and that he and Bill have a mission for him to get in touch with some more contracts. Toffee states that he has blocked the Disney universes until they submit to him except for Mewni and that he started with St.Canard and continued from there from letting them stop Toffee and Bill CIpher. Ushari asks Toffee what about Big City Greens, Amphibia, and The BOiling Isles, Toffee answers that he needs those places unblocked as those places can't be afforded to be blocked and that will risk too much attention, he states no one would care about the other places. Bill asks Toffee to take him to Gravity Falls and that he can excute his own plan against the entire team, Toffee tells Ushari he's in charge while they're out.
Toffee sees over the disney villains as they are requiring sources for him. Glomgold is acquiring wealth, N0S-4A2, Don Karnage and Lord Dominator are acquiring ships and star cruisers for enforcement and police states, Sasha and Grime are basically doing their task more subtly and Odalia Blight with Derek have been capturing Danville residents and making pistachio copies. Bill Cipher and Toffee are both in Gravity Falls as Bill decides that the weirdness must be brought to the surface and that he is going to make it happen. Toffee asks where Bill will do this, Bill states that he can go after Ford and his crew, Those disney kids and the nerds at the mansion.
Toffee asks about Mandarin's task since they didn't give him a task like the other disney villains. Bill Cipher states he has something special for Mandarin and that he has him working with Morag. Toffee asks about Morag and how they will dipose of her, Bill states eventually she is still more useful to them as an ally than being dispoable
Toffee in the middle of his plot, sends over Pinstripe to assist Grime and Sasha in his plans for Brighton as they may need help. Pinstripe asks what about the dark cannons and why they havn't used any in a while. Toffee states he has no more use for it now with Odalia on his team and he doesn't want to be figured out. As soon as he sends Pinstripe through the portal, Ushari appears with Toffee and Toffee instructs Ushari for a mission. Ushari and Toffee agree to have Pinstripe killed and sends Ushari to poison him. Ushari nods and follows Pinstripe into the portal
Toffee states that it's been a pleasure but the Don has no more use to him. Toffee and Bill Cipher see the bunker's work and Bill makes another plan regarding the shack and Toffee asks what he has in mind and Bill states an home invasion as he snaps his fingers and this is when zombies emerge from the ground and sends them at the shack. Toffee asks if that is all he's doing. Bill states he wants to see how this works
Toffee learns that Fiddleford didn't die but Ibuki did put the mansion out of comission, though he also got to test his own gauntlet, He is in contact with Odalia and Alador Blight about the gauntlet, He is a little annoyed with Alador for only having 1 gauntlet with Alador stating that Toffee only has 4 fingers on his right hand and he would have no reason to make a gauntlet for 4 fingers and that the important thing is it worked
Toffee concedes to this point and apologizes about being harsh and tells him it was an efficent weapon and Odalia states that Derek has been killed, so the pisatchios are gone from their plan. Toffee states that it was inevitable consdering was Chip told him. Bill tells Toffee that just one zodiac is left, but he has a backup plan in mind and that he needs to follow his plot to the drime
Sasha and Grime tell Toffee their attempt to Brighton was hindered and Ushari has been offed by a pecuilar trio deciding to leave Lalo as they agree with his questioning with Toffee. Toffee states that Team Free Will was in Gravity Falls so who could have done this, Grime tells Toffee that a small human girl with glasses, a tall guy decked in sliver metal and a floating vampire in a bowler's hat and blue skin.
The Shadow Blot accepts his payment from Toffee and he asks does Toffee have had any other jobs for him, and Toffee states he does have some other tasks for him.
Chapter 8[]
Toffee makes an adjustment to his plans, and decides on just going straight for the Interdemisonal Rift as that is the key to success. Toffee puts Pinstripe, Promethus and Ibuki to tail the heroes after learning of the heroes being in Mewni and instructs Ibuki to kill the former two afterwards.
Toffee also knows Ford has the Rift and this is where he calls Shadow Blot to steal the rift when he has the change as this needs a clean pair of hands.
The Blights report to Toffee about their attempt to getting more people to get their stuff and get more people on their side wasn't successful as someone crashed their meeting.
Toffee asks them how did this happen, and Odalia explains that it was a floating blue monocole wearing vampire who had a wand, a sliver themed manbot and a man with an orange and black mask. Toffee begins to reaize something and tells the Blights to keep an eye out.
Toffee is aware now of something, he realizes that Bender is in the game now and is after him with Slade and Anti Cosmo as well. Mandarin and N0S-4a2 try to figure out the three of them got involved though they suspect Slade, Anti Cosmo and Bender got involved against them since the Casino Incident. Toffee asks Glomgold, Sasha an d Grime who all dealt with him why he wasn't informed and Sasha explais she didn't know he had a history with them
Toffee concedes and decides to speed up his plan now with this knowledge in mind and decides to do something about the trio. N0S-4A2 spectualtes that King Andrias was proably how they found out as no one could have possibly could have told him except him and Toffee agrees and tells the vampire that he has a way of dealing with him once and for all.
He goes to the Blight Manor and ambushes Bender, Anti Cosmo and Slade with the intent of bringing the three down, Toffee questions them on why they're after him which he learns that Bender is against his Disney agenda as he is one himself. Toffee confused as he was unaware of this himself and learns of the Fox buy out
Toffee tries to convince the three of them to help him as he wants things back to the way they were similar to Bender and that he himself wants the old world back. He is shot at by Slade in reponse who doesn't trust Toffee. Toffee dissapointed by this tries to kill them.
Toffee fights the three of them and equips his gauntlet and alongside Odalia fights them. Toffee uses his gauntlet to insure hell on the three of them, Anti Cosmo engages in him due to having his own reality warping magic while Slade and Bender deal with Odalia,
Slade and Bender manage to stop the abdomination with the help of Harrison who showed up as Odalia was unaware of the tracking device. Toffee after plenty of back and forths with Anti Cosmo decides to use the full power of it to kill Anti Cosmo, Bender and Slade when Luan and Harrison arrive to stop Toffee with a pie and a riffle
Toffee unamused by the pie as he wipes off get attacked again by Cleo Subprime who joined Luan and Harrison to The Boiling Isles to help Slade, Bender and Anti Cosmo. Toffee decides to leave as he knows he has the rift now and does so as he avoids the six going after him.
Toffee arrives back at his lair with the rift presented to him by The Shadow Blot which Toffee is pleased about and gives Blot the honor to break it. Shadow Blot is not succesfull as Ford was prepared this time in case. Toffee and Chip have the newly recruited Zhan Tiri break it which she does and Bill comes in physical form finally and starts Weirdmagedon
Chapter 9[]
Toffee now that he has merged with Bill Cipher enslaves and conquers universes he has acess over.Toffee Cipher techinally goes all over killing or petrifying innocent civillains and even when The Time Baby shows up to stop Toffee Cipher with Time Agents intend to bring Toffee Cipher. Toffee Cipher is warned if he doesn't stop he'll destory the multiverse, and Toffee Cipher really doesn't care and kills Time Baby.
After killing time Baby, He notices General Yuman and realizes she is trying to stop the Weridmagedon effects and attacks Yuman and cripples her hard to make she doesn't get off easy even after she gets away.
Toffee Cipher finds out about Cleopatra and that's she Cleo who Toffee believed he had her killed. That said he makes another plan to take advantage of this
Toffee Cipher sends Zhang Tiri to pursue Marcy and to stop the Gang, He also puts pirority on Don Karnage, Sasha, Mandarin Phantom Blot and Grime to go after Andrias as he wants them to conquer Newtopia and potentially kill Marcy, Bender and the rest.
Toffee Cipher sends Morag to Royal Woods and the rest come with him to go after Team Free Will as a token of appreication for her loyalty. Toffee Cipher gets shot at and this is when Ford is noticied and Bill takes over and tries to mapulitate Ford to help him. When Ford denounces this, Toffee Cipher sends Zhang Tiri after she came back from Marcy to kill Ford and Anne who Toffee noticed as well.
Toffee and Bill defuse and decide to put a false flag operation into operation by having Bill Cipher go out of his way to harm civillains for Toffee to step in and stop Bill. Toffee encounters Cleopatra and they fight each other with Cleo out for revenge on Toffee for everything he done and start overpowering him as Toffee had planned.
Toffee is eventually taken out by Cleopatra and this is when he reveals his ace as Cleo wails on him. Toffee reveals he has recorded everything and reveals to the multiverse that Cleo is the person reponsible for Weirdmagedon as she wanted this to happen and that Bill Cipher is free as a result. Toffee states he's the one who saving the multiverse and "banishs" Bill Cipher by attacking him
Toffee is hailed in as the savior for saving the universe from Bill Cipher and Bill who is secretly in Toffee's suit pocket states that Toffee has them right in their hands. . Despite knowing Toffee and Bill have lost their henchmen outside their demons and monsters and decides to use them to stall the remaining heroes as Bill senses Lydia, Lincoln, Ford, Luz, Cricket, Anne, Marcy Wu, Bender, Slade, Anti Cosmo, Luan, Harrison as well as Sid and King Andiras are all gunning for him.
Chapter 10 (Final Chapter)[]
Toffee Cipher content sets up for his preparation speech for his multiversal conquest and that he has succeeded with his plans at the time. Bill and Toffee agree that they must be ready for more reisistance from the multiverse for who opposes their rule.
Toffee Cipher encounters the six of them and he states dryly that they made it. With Ford says of course they did and that they're all alone and have no one to protect them. Toffee Cipher states he doesn't need anyone and that he can take on anything they dish
Lydia not impressed states that She stopped Toffee and Bill before and she can do it again, She is mocked by Bill in regards to that the fact that she "beat" them and that they let her win. Ford and Lincoln both defend this and say that was being killed part of the plan and Anne decides to strike and the others follow suit.
Toffee Cipher noticably proves they can take on anything, as everything the six throw at him doesn't faze him. Lydia uses her gauntets to basically attempt to hurt Toffee, and at best gets stalemates with Toffee and Bill's powers as they are able to counteract the stones influence power. Lydia aware of that the powers are holding her back but is still uncertain of going further than 50%. Toffee Cipher then bascially grabs her with his tail and tries to strangle Lydia by her neck trying to suffocate her, Lydia bites his tail and spits it out disgusted with the taste.
Toffee Cipher then summons all 6 of the stones powers at once on Lydia, crushing her under the gravity, slowing her down, mind raping her mind to make her go nuts to attack the others to see them as monsters, and distorting reality in front of her, Ford and Cricket both manage to stop this in order to stop Lydia going crazy. Lydia repels them with her attempt on the time stone
This is when Lydia, Lincoln, Ford, Anne, Luz and Cricket all show up and interrupt them. Toffee Cipher engages against the six and defeats all of them while everything is a minor inconvience. Toffee basically brutalizes Lydia in particular using Bill's powers while delivering brutal beatdowns to Lincoln, Anne, Luz and Cricket while Bill take over when dealing with Ford. Toffee Cipher imprisons the six and prepares to kill them only for them to sense someone else arround and they leave
Toffee Cipher sensed something in the throne room as that's what Bill figures and that Toffee Cipher find Marcy Wu with Slade, Bender, Anti Cosmo, Harrison Wells and Luan are basically heisting off his throne to their annoyance that they're stealing what belongs to Tofee Cipher. Some trades afterwards, Toffee Cipher decides to just kill Bender, Slade and Anti Cosmo to just get them out of the way and the fact he tried back in the Boiling Isles
Toffee Cipher similar to his encounter with Team Free Wil manages to once again come up on top despite the other six's attempts to take Toffee Cipher down. He traps Marcy Wu and uses this to attempt to kill Luan, Bender, Slade, Anti Cosmo and Harrison Wells. Then he has to deal with Andrias who arrives to save Marcy and Toffee Cipher decides to feed Harrison, Anti Cosmo, Slade, Luan, Bender and Marcy Wu to the henchmaniacs as a snacks and send them down.
Toffee Cipher continues to fight King Andrias and eventually manages to use some of these powers to freeze Andrias intending to frost the newt to death as he leaves to attend Team Free Will
As Toffee Cipher shows up with the intent to kill all six them in turn now they are not distracted and taunts Ford about he'll just going to start killing the others and asks Ford who should they kill. Toffee Cipher decides to settle on Lydia to get under Ford as Bill requests this, Lydia then sprays Toffee Cipher in the eye with mace causing Toffee Cipher to reel as he states does Lydia know how it feels to get one's eyes sprayed as this is Bill coming out.
Lydia breaks her own prison with 75% of the gauntlet's power and uses the power stone to shatter Lydia's cell with Lincoln and they escape to Ford, Anne, Luz and Cricket's suprise. Lydia and Lincoln tell the others to save themselves as they'll handle Toffee Cipher to Ford's shock that shouldn't
Lincoln states that they all beat Toffee and Bill separately and can do it again, They exchange a fist bump and Lydia tosses one of her gauntlets to Lincoln and they run with Lincoln taunting Toffee Cipher which makes furious and Toffee Cipher strangles Ford telling they'll wait here
Toffee Cipher goes Red and shows more monster like saying they have some kids they need to turn into corpses and that Ford will learn why having kids was a mistake.
He is snapped mysteriously by Sid who did something real damage to him and Toffee and Bill recongize this and this is when the others wander how Sid got in here. Toffee Cipher takes no chances and goes after Sid who tries to zap Toffee Cipher more with not so charged shots and then throw Sid off a cliff intending to kill her.
As Lydia and Lincoln run from Toffee Cipher and nativagte through the pyramid as Toffee Cipher states when they get these geeks, They will rip their molecules and atoms bit by bit as the two escape consistency and use the Gauntlets to slow down the two as they escape both of them
Lydia does recongize it's Bill showing the hate due to Toffee's more composed behavior and Lincoln notes that their attempts to hurt them work this time and spectualtes why when Lydia had both of them on and Lydia states she's using 1 now like Lincoln
Toffee Cipher traps the two and tries to slow the two down which is counted by Lydia directing Lincoln how to use the time stone to counter this. Toffee Cipher distory reality on them Lydia tells Lincoln to use the reality stone and he tells her he knows and the two undo the attempt. Toffee Cipher roasted Lydia with lasers and Lincoln jumps to save Lydia and stops Toffee Cipher from dropping part of the pyramid on Lydia
Lincolin tosses her up to sock Toffee Cipher's face and then she uses the space zone to teleport away from the reatialation
Lincoln shoulder tackles Toffee and then uses the mind stone to subdue Toffee Cipher and Lydia uses the teleknesis to toss Toffee Cipher to the floor and sends him in multiple directions and then Toffee Cipher tries to impale Lincoln but Lydia snaps him away with the space stone.
Lydia and Lincoln both recongize they're on equal terms with them so they need to separate them so Lincoln and Lydia think what to do and Lincoln has an idea, combine the gauntlets which Lydia isn't sure on, but Lincoln convinces her if they can use the guantlets together it can allow Ford to stop them
Lydia and Lincoln both hold the gauntlets together and snaps their fingers and a massive expolsion occurs as a result. Both of them are tired in turn, but Toffee and Bill CIpher have been separated so the plan to sepearte them and They decide to kill the two but they are saved by Ford, Luz, Anne and Cricket. Lydia, Lincoln and Ford decide to purse Bill to finish the job as the others go after Toffee. Toffee notes Lydia and Lincoln pursuing Bill and gives a sincere bow as a sign of respect for the two managing to put a great fight against him.
Toffee is ambushed by Luz, Anne and Cricket who he is dissappointed in compared to Lydia and Lincoln who have showed to him in their tussle to be truly worthy foes despite being kids. He is also ambushed by Bender, Marcy Wu, Slade, Anti Cosmo, Luan Loud, Sid Chang and King Andiras. Realizing that he is outnumbered, and now they all got him now that he's being separated from Bill Cipher.
Toffee decides to make his final stand and go out fightnig with the gauntlet he kept from his attack on Team Free Will, Bender, Slade and Anti Cosmo. Despite being outnumbered, Toffee has the upperhand on them due to his healing factor allowing to tank a great deal of the damage they afflict on him. Toffee's healing factor is eventually figured out as the 11 all make a plan to beat Toffee and put it into action.
Luan uses her hydro powers to pin Toffee down and with Marcy's nitroglcyin, Bender's futuritic RPG, Slade's C3P0, Anti Cosmo's anti fairy magic, Harrison's energy weapon, King Andrias's Sword, Luz's magic, Anne using some explosives she got from Wally and Cricket slingshoting a Deku Nut at him. He is pretty much down for the count in goo and Sid evaporizes Toffee with the Wand. Toffee seems content with this though as he has accomplshed what he set off to do, and ponders will Bill defeat Lydia due to their not so different aspects as he is finally killed.

Chapter 5[]
Toffee is revealed to been the one who has a machine to clone Septarians that he handed to Ratiskor and has his monster army from the past guard it from Marcy, Tom and Jessie. He has a video for Lydia and Lincoln that Marcy got. Toffee who basically reveals that he was the one who plotted the clone army of septarians with Ratiskor being the one to carry it out in the event of his death which he suspected he was. Toffee then tells the two, to see how they will do in this case as he wants to see if the duo beating him in the future was a fluke or the real deal. Lincoln is naturally confused at this as is Lydia that Toffee would anticpate this and still be respectful towards them.
Multiversal Noir[]
While not appearing, it was his actions that led to M.O.D.A.B and Bender trying to find Lizbeth and it turns that Maka Albarn and Hunson Abader was investigating Toffee as well and Ratiskor was harassing Bender, Luan, Anti Cosmo, Wile E, Captain Hero, Cleo, Bean and Deathstroke to get revenge for is death.

Toffee's actions toward Cleo has led her to basically go on a war path against humanity. He also is revealed to have recruited Sweet Pete into his opeartions and leaked info on Harry Wells's Nano Gauntlet for Sweet Pete to use and give to M.A.L.I.C.E
The Prankster Point Paradox[]
Chip Whislter and Odalia Blight desiring revenge on Cricket Green, Team Free Will, Bender and Slade's Ensemble join forces with The Prankster while Sasha and Grime betray the cult and work with the heroes respectfully. Similar to Sweet Pete, Toffee had a connection with F.O.W.L though with Black Heron who he had on pay roll as an assassin who he used to try and kill Bender, Slade, Anti Cosmo, Luan Loud and Harry Wells. He hired her before Weirdmagedon to kill them in case he forgot to do so himself.
Toffee's legacy is also known through The Boiling Isles as well, Toffee is revealed to have history with Emperor Belos thorugh a temporaily team up which led to the two backstabbing each other as Hunter revealed This heavily implies Toffee brought in Odalia and Alador Blight to serve as moles in Belos's coven so he can take out Belos once he becomes Disney's king. It also came to light Toffee was assembling a disney army of inner circle to go against Belos and try to conquer the Demon Realmn
Chang's Guide To The Galaxy[]
Prologue[]
Toffee appears in Sid's thoughts and he basically tells Sid that he isn't to be afraid of. The Upside Down effects occur in the concert and powerful magic presists on her. Sid states she won't let this happen and that she will stop what Toffee is ploting. Toffee states that Sid's optiisim is admirable but she forgets something. He ain't doing this, this is Mewni Magic like Sid has in the Mewni Wand and monsters were opressed and killed by those who have it. Sid is no better than those Butterflys, Sid calls his bluff and states that Eclpisa is a monster lover and so was Comet who Toffee killed. Toffee stated he did was his ruler asked, Sid states that is no excuse.
Sid steps to attack Toffee except she doesn't have the wand, Toffee states that by killing him Team Free Will has basically allowed someone who wants the death of monsters to appear on the radar. Sid doesn't believe him and states she'll stop Mina when she emerges and now go away as she screams awake.
Chapter 2[]
Sid lies down with the white hair strand and questions herself once more on how it even happened. She hears Toffee's own voice saying it's envidence that magic is evil. Sid tells Toffee quietly not to alert the others to get out out of her head. Toffee states that he's not lying, Sid questions what this has to done with magic. Toffee states to her, she'll know soon later considering Belos and Mina Loveberry.
Sid questions Toffee's reasons for going to her. Toffee states she'll know in time but warns her that it may be best to keep her surroundings in mind. Sid thinks about the Magic Comission again and what Globgor and Eclpisa said in regards to them, she also thinks about the Covens under Belos.
Chapter 4[]
Toffee once again resurfaces in Sid's mind as she learns Charms, Defence Against the Dark Arts, Herbology, Potions (class), Transfiguration (class), Care of Magical Creatures with Marcy. He warns Sid about getting too involved in magic isn't going to help her and that it will doom her or everyone around her if she gets too into magic.
He appears again after Sid accidentaly kills Cloyd and Becky and points out that this happens when she gets too involved she gets people killed when she doesn't mean to, Sid calls out his hypocrisy, He tries to mapulate her to continue his crusade of destroying magic, though it doesn't bite as Sid refuses to consider magic evil but more wild.
Chapter 6[]
Toffee once again making a point of taunting Sid once again about the evils of magic and how she's turning into a witch and is now seeing the evil of it. He keeps taunting Sid about this as she takes on the others and eventually Sid tells Bender and the others about his return after her transmutation to a witch completes itself.
Chapter 7[]
He once again taunts Sid, but this time Sid truly ignores hhim and then gets him out of her head, leaving him no longer able to linger.
Magic Wars[]
Toffee is one of the main antagonists of the crossover story Magic Wars. He successfully destroys magic and has gone missing.

Toffee's Master and partner in the stories he's in. Toffee leads his cult and is the mastermind behind his power. Despite this Toffee and Bill Cipher do manage to get along for themselves and are very capable of working together. They even have the ability to fuse together after Bill returns to full power.
Toffee and Bill both though do have contrasts most significantly Toffee's cold composed attitude to Bill's most eccentric and temperament

Toffee's right hand man in The Weridmagedon Cult and in his allegiance to Thawne. Similar to Bill Cipher, Toffee has some attachment to the energy vampire and is always quick to praise him for his successes and be reasonable with his failures. Toffee's relationships with him and Bill Cipher are parraels to Ford, Lincoln and Lydia's relationship
The Weridmagedon Cult[]
Toffee's relationship with his cult is complicated and it depends on what kind of villain it is. Toffee is dismissive of and actively maulptiating his own non disney henchman and actively plots to have them killed for his own ends. That being said, this excludes Morag who Toffee seems to keep on his team as she is loyal to him and could be helpful,
With The Disney Villains, Toffee is noticeably a better boss and more lient/reasonable with them if to keep them on his side in a pragmatic light. This is why he doesn't kill Sasha or Grime for plotting against him and is content with them getting locked up. He keeps his word with them and treats them better than his Non Disney Villains.
Eobard Thawne[]
Toffee's former boss and employer in The Legion of Past, Present and Future Evil who he served as his tactiican. Toffee though has no loyalty for Thawne and used the legion to bring back Bill Cipher, and just followed him to build his own plans. Toffee betrays Thawne and plays his fate into his hands after finding out of his weakness to the Black Flash.
Deathstroke[]
Toffee's former co-worker in TGTTA 2, Unlike Thawne and The Joker who he was callous and dismissive. He had some respect for Deathstroke for being the other level headed member of the legion. That being said, Toffee and Deathstroke opposed each other at the end when Deathstroke sided with Lydia, Bender, Slade and the others against him and Deathstroke was among those pertrified by Toffee and Bill at starting Weirdmagedon.
The Joker[]
Toffee and The Joker have a hostile relationship with each other and Toffee doesn't think very highly of Joker considering him an overgrown psychopathic manchild with a fixation with his arch enemy and that he was only good for desturction, Joker for his part hated Toffee for being a boring lawyer who didn't give the reactions he got from Deathstorke. Like Thawne, Toffee took out Joker after revealing his hand.
Lydia Lopez[]
Lydia becomes Toffee's central rival of the heroes which went back as far of TGTTA 2 when he targeted her at the end with Bill Cipher. Return of the Weridmagedon Cult has them take the roles of the main heroine/villain and they are more similar than they think as they work against each other. Toffee though for his part sees her as a worthy opponent to him. Toffee seemed disappointed by Lydia going after Bill Cipher when he preferred death at her hands then her friends and the King of Newtopia compared to him taking his loss to her well.
Lincoln Loud[]
Toffee doesn't have much feelings on Lincoln beside seeing him as a secondary rival. Like Lydia, He does hold some respect for Lincoln for similar reasons after he and Lydia managed to defuse him and Bill
Bender[]
Unlike most villains, Toffee lacks a personal history with The B Team's leader and is cautious dealing with him. Toffee doesn't underestimate him and has no desire to get his attention upon returning from the dead in Return of the Weirdmagedon Cult. When he learns Bender is on to him , he decides to speed up his plans to get the jump on the robot. Alongside Marcy Wu, Luan Loud, Slade, Anti Cosmo, Harry Wells, King Andrias, Luz, Sid, Cricket Green, Anne Boonchuy and Sid Chang, Bender was one of the characters that killed Toffee.
King Andrias[]
A Former friend and archenemy of Toffee, Unlike the others Toffee does seriously hate the king of Newtopia for killing Seth (His King) and for betraying his trust when Toffee killed Comet moon first. King Andrias and Toffee take each other personally with Toffee forgoing subtlity to kill King Andrias due to this hate. King Andrias for his part works with the heroes to defeat Toffee and directly assists them in taking out his archrival.
Marcy Wu[]
Toffee and Marcy don't have much of an interaction with one another, but Marcy and Toffee both have one thing in common. Both of them have inner circles of allies composed of mostly Disney Heroes or Villains, making them a respective Good and Evil Counterpart to one another.
Emperor Belos[]
Toffee and Belos temporarily team up in Magic Wars, but have opposing goals.
It is revealed before the events of Return of the Weirdmagedon Cult that the two have history and temporarily worked together before they mutually betrayed each other. Toffee is also revealed to have build his inner circle as one way to take over the Demon Realm from Belos and used the Blights to be his moles.
The Collector[]
Toffee summons The Collector and makes a deal with him, to give him a spell that destroys all magic. The Collector agrees but becomes upset after losing his magic.
