Customer Service is one of the main villains from Kirby: Right Back At Ya.
He joins Phobos instead of Nightmare. He is also one of the main members and best friends of Phobos' League.
Unlike most villains, he is really isn't aligned with any one in particular, he just sells his services for a fee to other villains and knows when to bail when things get too messy as shown against The Smoking Man, The Cartel and N.Tropy. He is also pragmatic as he will sell services and assistance to the heroes as well if it means he gets more money as he assisted against N.Tropy as well and worked against Belos when he and Mina's plans would kill all monsters which is his top source of selling.

Chapter 5[]
Meanwhile The Prankster, Captain Puttty and Lorenzo are all contacting their associates which are Don Eladio, Don Bolsa and The Customer Service Guy from N.M.E. Captain Putty and Prankster ask for more operatives to help in their plans to acquire more money for the Cartel so they can get provide resources for them.
Prankster states she just needs a way to keep Marcy and Bender off her trials and contacts Customer Service for a monster to use against them. Lorenzo advises something that is dangerous but also has discretion as it goes for the rules in regarding to inncoents, The Prankster decicdes on Cy Bugs and Customer Service state she won't regret this purchase and they will do her work. Prankster offers the Cartel Money revealing she did take a good deal of the cartel's money in their meeting so they can play into her trap as well.
Chapter 7[]
The Prankster gets her new monsters from Customer Serice in small mutant like monsters with rabbit like appearances with some resemblances to Homer's Son Bart to use for her plans. She pays him straight out and they cease communication.
Countdown To Chang's Guide To The Galaxy[]
Chapter 1[]
CSM calls up Nightmare Enterprises and gets the N.M.E Sales Guy who as smooth talking and cheerful as he is before. The Smoking Man wants help with his operations and plans, he has the Russians, aliens and his violent but handy partner Homelander to instill his master plans, though he may need something else.
The Sales Guy knows exact what he wants, and says that Nightmare Enterprises is a prevailer of fine monsters and that for a price, he can sell The Smoking Man monsters to use in what he needs done. CSM states that he'll take it as he can't assess the Upside Down anymore at this point.
Customer Service seems a bit perturbed that CSM associated with The Upside Down forces and asks if he really needs his help. CSM says he does and doesn't go around calling out who he associates. Customer Service says that he has provided some of his stylish clients with find monsters, including fellow monster supremacist Toffee and that he can send what Smoking Man wants and CSM agrees to this, and he puts his order in.
It turns after his contact with The Smoking Man, he send some of his company's monsters and this was ambushed with Larke Tanner who figured out to get to Deathstroke for help.
Chapter 2[]
With the intent to make more profit, he sells off the ice dragon monster to the CSM and with The Smoking Man having sent A member of the Valley Gang Sweet Pete used to run to find them, The Salesman sends the ice dragon monster as back up to deal with it.
The Smoking Man and Homelander discuss how The Salesman's Ice Dragon monster didn't work in trying to freeze the heroes and how Jimmy the Polar Bear was beaten by a kid. The Salesman states he knows what he's doing and that this was a test. Jimmy the Polar bear states that it was them and that The CSM will have to try a more subtle approach to find the two kids.
The Salesman intends to send more monsters after Vought's oppositon and charges CSM for it. CSM admits it's worth every penny, he does suspect that he left a loose end in his doctor and if his moves got Lydia or Lincoln's attention, he might try to help them as he knows something.
Dregg and Z9 attack Slade and his crew as themselves and with Octopus monsters provided by The Sales Guy. It turns out he got a hold of the alien from Forced Kin and summons it to help Z9 deal with Slade, Marcy and The Ray-03, hurting all three of them in the progress.
Chapter 3[]
He got into connections with the Space Pirates. He spefically brought in The Omega Pirate. The N.M.E Sales Guys tell them that if they capture theses other guys, they will gather more support and be on their way to re esatblish themselves on top ever since they lost their commanders
The NME Salesman offers monsters to Thragg, but he turns it down saying he has resources to deal with this. THe Salesman warns Thragg that it may be unwise to treat the two as mere pests and that his assoication to CSM has been compmproised. Thragg sees The Salesman under him and tells him he didn't ask for his 2 cents.
The Salesman was once again in service with The Smoking Man and gave some reccomend monsters to him. All to prepare for his attack with General Z-9, Dregg and The Irkens, with Anti Cosmo and Bender.
Vladmir and The Irkens have prepared their next plan with the monsters NME Salesman send over in Morphoids and that the plan is to have them used on the citizens of this city to have them give the world to the Irkens, The NME Salesman charges the Algmighty Tallest and CSM for the monsters he found and that he expects them to keep buying. Vladmir insults him saying that he's a hustler. The Sales Dude just lets it roll off him and states he'll see.
The NME Salesman calls up Homelander, Jacob Hopkins and A-Train the three and states he's got some sea monsters that can help out with the operation, for a nomial fee. A-Train is recultant to trust him, though Hopkins and Homelander are more willing to listen, The NMe Salesman show them the mess of sea monsters he has and they agree as The Salesman and them agree that it's a drop of the money for Vought
A-Train states they're investigating trust in that hustler, Hopkins states and they're still associated with someone who needs compound V to get his super speed.
He sends a Sushi Monster, a tornado mosnter and a squid monster to accompany The Deep.
The Smoking Man is carefully working on his true plan as he intends, which he has hidden away to prevent anyone from figuring out. Homelander appears as well as The Sales Guy, and CSM asks about their arrivals. With Lincoln and Lydia Revealed, The Sales Guy implores to let his big guys take care of business as he has been aware of the fact that the cracks that caused people from the future to arrive.
Homelander And CSM inquire him on this, The NME Sales Guy states that he knows what he's talking and that rifts have occured when it comes to them following Bender, Anti Cosmo, Luan and Harry Wells. He also states that it's also the case with Lincoln and Lydia too.
CSM states that he has an plan of his own and that he will have Jimmy follow as well as Bob The Dwarf and insect villains of his own to deal with the shrinking girl. NME Sales Man warns him that it won't be so easy, unless he has a Microtizer.
The Sales Guy talks to CSM about another opporunity to use monsters, CSM states his monsters don't seem like they're working. The NME Sales Guy tells him that they are managing to acquire knowledge which is more important then killing is the best solution approach he takes. The Sales Guy does have an plan involved regarding Sinnoh which he and The CSM agree too.
The Sales Guy states that it looks like Godhood is what this guy is going for and The Sales Guy doesn't know about their little friends, but he wants to speed thing up. He decides to scout Sinnoh to find something to give to the head.
Chapter 4[]
The Sales Guy gets a contact on Vladmir Makarov and his men, and sends a monster to them to use on the group. His choice was the headcrabs, which he got a contact on them. The Salesman suggested to that they get them under control, before they attack them too.
The NME Sales Guy then signs off, his plan does work at the XS apart from Truman and attacked by the head crabs which forces them to be quarrintined in case something gets loose.
Upon learning that Leonard Snart and Mick Rory have info on Vought and The CSM that they are intending to give to Slade, he sends mini monsters to stall them so Slade doesn't get the info, this plan is successful and it allows them to have to rely on AC and Bender who he kept an eye on with a telescope to help Putty and Homelander.
To ensure of the plans of the CSM to Succeed, he sends Destoryahs to Townsvile to stop anyone from stopping the team from preventing quarantine which he succeeds at.
Chapter 5[]
The Sales Man makes a plan of own to trap the heroes, in space and he manages to overhear Dregg and The Neutralizer being sent off to go after the crew. Knowing that his foes are going to find a way around of this, he makes a distraction plan of his owl. The Heavy Lobster, which The Sales Man places in a capsule to send to the ship.
While his attempt to have the Heavy Lobster doesn't work out well enough, it managed to do the job he wanted and with The Smoking Man, he pays attention to The Time Eater and how the resources for it aren't exactly present. He and CSM send Zib to do this for them.
As The Sales Guy waits for Zib, he decides to put the head crabs into overdrive and control the X Family with them as a way to assist Makarov in capturing the spies. This plan does manage to work as The Sales Guy and the others capture everyone other than Truman, Jack Bauer and Diane.
He decides to keep The Xs Locked out in the Russian prison, as he has his own plans for them when this is all done.
The Smoking Man and Zib both call the guy for different reasons afterwards. The Smoking Man isn't pleased with The Sales Guy hustling him with monsters and aliens that fail and that he is making money off the Conspiracy for this which The Sales Guy defends saying he was doing his job. Zib calls him for getting involved in his personal plans as The Sales Guy warns him not to pursue personal plans against Bender, Anti Cosmo and Slade.
The Salesman sends Dark Balls to Charon and the Conspiracy to use on the legendary Pokemon. He is using this as a freebie, though as he says to himself, Since he gave them he can use this as leverage to get back at the CSM for calling him a bad hustler.
Chapter 6[]
As he learns Lincoln and Lydia are getting the legendary pokemon that can be only assessed from old Wi-Fi events, The Sales Man admires the cleverness of the duo respectively and that they are really out to stop The Conspiracy. He attends a meeting with Charon, Captain Putty and CSM and they discuss how to deal with the two's plans as Putty also knows
The Salesman reveals his own ace up his sleeve he has been holding on to, Snag the Creation Duo respectively and control them, with The Dark Balls, He reveals that he got his hand on a Snag Machine to use respectively and using a Lugia in Oore as an example of the true effectiveness of it. He hands The Smoking Man THe Snag Machine and The Dark Balls respectively. He tells The Smoking Man to have The Time Eater bring them in respectively and then capture them, The CSM refuses to pay him for it at first, But The Sales Guy blackmails him to pay him or he'll will expose his connections to Vought and that won't look good for him
After the capture of Dialga and Palkia by The Smoking Man, The NME Sales Man knowing of the final battle beginning to emerge decides to sit back respectfully and observe who will be joining the arena other than the kids.
Customer Service leaves CSM to be defeated as he knows Vought and his affilations will be basically exposed with Saul, Bender, Libby, Slade, and Anti Cosmo basically exposing him. He seems content as he managed to rack in the dough with all of the stuff he soicting the Smoking Man into getting.

Chapter 6[]
He randomly appears with his monsters from Night Mare Enterprises to attack Vecna and Mina Loveberry respectfully. The Sales Guy is revealed to have done so to get back at Mina Loveberry for trying to kill his way of making profits and that Vecna is also an issue for his monsters as well. This is also the first time the heroes actually meet him as he was behind the scenes
The Sales Guy offers his own stuff for a price to deal with the Emperor and his forces. He offers a counter to the Draining Spell in that something can stop it and he can hand to them for a price.
Chapter 7[]
Customer Service sends his monsters to deal with Mina Loveberry and the Destroyahs to hunt down Belos's location. He spies on Belos and learns of the Collector, revealing he was a sales man for Toffee as well
Customer Service finds out Bender and Slade knew about The Collector and offers a way to get the kid back to normal for a price. And a way to stop the Solarian which they take
Chapter 8[]
Customer Service keeps an eye on things and has Mina pinned down and has his monsters help Sid, Eclpisa and Glbgor deal with Mina Loveberry. Customer Service's plan works and Mina is depowered and taken down. He learns Sid wants to stay a witch but doesn't want to look like one, He agrees and tells his monsters not to harm the kid and leave.

He decides to cut the Lydias, Lincolns and Hobie a deal to help deal with what will be coming. He mentions his Doctor turned on him and Nightmare Enterprises by helping in multiversal destruction. He will tell them what to do against this plan and how to deactivate the plan as long as they recover something for him and he'll make it cheap as well. The heroes decide to trust him and he follows through sending them over to Flying Rhino Junior High
