Colonel Ike Sloan is a huge bastard Colonel who wants to use the stolen missiles to nuke all of Earth in order to reduce the planet to the prehistoric stone age and rebuild it to make his own empire where only the strongest will rule and the rest will become cybernetic slaves. He is known for killing Dragons to take their blood in making him and his cyborg army stronger. He's also making slaves out of them and convert those dragons into obedient cyborg weapons.
He is pretty much Sergeant Rex Power Colt's creator father and shows little to no concern killing off his own soldier and son he brought back to life. He's even a huge asshole to his own henchmen and is glad they're killed off because if they can't even match up to his son's skills eliminating the threat they are better off dead and not worth the effort to be his troops.
With all the resources he has, he thinks himself to be the new Zeus of gods.
Colonel Ike Sloan's insanity is described as a man with less self-control than a child-star who hit puberty. When questioned being called out as insane by others, Cololnel Ike Sloan ignores it like it was nothing and goes off into speaking a different subject.
Katherine's Alliance[]
Ike Sloan had become a member of Katherine's Alliance for him to obtain the other universes nuclear missiles and wants to launch them out to kill off most of the other universes population factions that strive for peace including his own world's Earth for the strong to rise out as living in a world where violence always thriving instead of peace because it's the better solution being the most dominant than co-existence for the strong to be determined to be the best dominant soldiers for his army and Colonel Ike Sloan to be known as a god. With the dragon bloods of all those dragons he killed, he will use it to infect the survivors and turn them into his strong emotionless cyborg super soldiers with the dragons being used as mind-controlled cybernetic beasts to use as weapons.
