Members of Fourth Echelon

Fourth Echelon is a "Blacker than Black" operations unit for the U.S. Government from the Splinter Cell Universe. Some heroes from other universes have either allied with them or joined up themselves.

Their unit is completely mobile, meaning that they have no permenent ground base. Their Headquarters is a custom modified cargo plane known as the Paladin.

Fourth Echelon is granted with the Fifth Freedom in order to do whatever it takes to protect the U.S, even if it means breaking the law, going assault in the A.O. against recommendation, etc.
