Andariel is both a villain and boss in Diablo 2 . She is also one of the Lesser Evils of Diablo lore, who was believed to be close to Diablo prior to her death. She was known by the title of Maiden of Anguish and had an affinity for causing emotional distress. Despite being from Hell, Andariel had an aversion to fire.
