Airachnid is treacherous Decepticon Spider from Transformers Prime
She is like the female equivalent of Starscream expect much more sadistic. She is an expert tracker can find pretty much anything she wants. She also has no problem with killing her enemies and never gives them last words.
Airachnid is voiced by Gina Torres.

She has allied herself with Phantom.
With her army of Insecticons, she hopes to both tear out Megatron's spark and aid her true master in his conquest.
Because of her alliance with Phantom. She is essentially immune to any relation of punishment from the heroes and some of the Decepticons, including Megatron.
